It has been a memorable stay for us. The hotel is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk to the Twin Pagoda, the Elephant Hill, and Zhenyang Pedestrian St. Besides, they are many good restaurants around the vicinity. Our selected rooms are huge with minimal chic design. Friendly service staff. Loved the chat service via Wechat, where we could book our transport to and fro the Railway Station. There's complimentary dessert served to our room. On top of that, they even printed our favourite photos taken during our stay and have it framed for us for free!!! And the robot delivered to our room. We will miss talking to Shishi in the Wechat asking about our needs. This is a very interactive hotel where communications are done through their Wechat, and you get prompt services. Good breakfast varities and friendly service staff. Highly recommended to try the local Guilin dry noodle at breakfast. It is as good as those outside. We will miss staying in this hotel. Thanks you SYYF hotel!

Great staying experience with perfectly maintained facilities and intelligent room control panel. There is also a 24-hour butler service through wechat which was very convenient and the staff was responsive. Special thanks to all the friendly receptionists and staff, especially Mr Wang from front desk, who addressed our questions with great passion and empathy. Would revisit when I come to Guilin again!

The room was clean and spacious, the buffet breakfast was delicious, and the location was great. The free afternoon tea provided on the rooftop was also a nice touch and the views were great from there. There is also a laundry area that is free to use. An interesting note is that there are some rooms facing the pool and elevator, and you can see into them as you ride the elevator. It was very kind of them to give us a little gift as we left and we would definitely come back and stay again.

Upon checking in, a very welcome greetings from Jolin, the service counter staff. Great service and always get greetings every day when we are at the lobby. The hotel location is great and convenient. The room is cleaned. A great location to stay and enjoy our holidays. Nice breakfast and well recommended.

We had a decent stay in the family room of this hotel. It was located close to the busy part of the city center and right next to the park with the pagoda. We had bunkbeds for the kids in a separate part of the room. The bunkbeds were super firm and uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was small and limited in choice. However, the room was clean and the hotel staff were nice. Since we only stayed one night, the negatives were not a big deal. 

Excellent experience! Very nice staff, very very clean, fully equipped. No smoke of cigarettes, the hotel actually smelled very nicely and fresh. The rooms are clean and completely new. Front desk lady helped us a lot with getting transported! Highly recommend! The beds are a bit hard but that's the standard in China, they're very comfortable still and new. So it's just their preference I assume. Loved the M60 Plus toilet !

The housekeeping lady even went above and beyond to wipe some dirt off our luggage and left us extra water. Sam also left us a small departure gift which was very thoughtful. Location was very convenient — walking distance from West Street but without the noise and crowds. Cars are not allowed on the street from 12-4 daily, but this didn't cause us any trouble at all.

It was my first time in Guilin. I didn't know. I booked a cheap room. The front desk lady was very good. She told us that the hotel had a view room and we could pay 🤏🏻🤏🏻🤏🏻🤏🏻 for an upgrade. After seeing the room, I decided to pay for it! The view is amazing Hygiene: The room was clean🉐very clean, no odor or dust, it was still OK Facilities: The hot water in the room was very comfortable. After playing for a day, I took a hot bath and lay on the bed to watch the night view of Guilin. It was really amazing

Great place to stay overnight in yangshuo! View right over the river and onto the karst mountains into the background, high quality room, very helpful in assisting me with organising activities in and around yangshuo. Will go back.

Room view vs Customer Service. Pros : Credit to the lady who spoke English at the reception. She is a gem to the hotel, she went the extra miles to ensure our plans went well. Perfect, Xiaojie ! Becoz of her, we are willing to give 5 stars ! Cons : Lake view, almost fully blocked by the roof of the restaurant below, which is a total disappointment ! Neverthe less, stunning mountain view. Room tips : Go for a higher floor, the lake view might be slightly better. Do add some fake grass carpet over the roof for a more pleasant sight.

Like the location as it is smacked in West street. Views are awesome. Down side is that West Street is crowded and could be a little noisy as you can hear the music from the bars in the area but if you close the door and windows it can block out most of the noise. Also, a little difficult to walk on the cobbled street with luggages as car cannot enter West street so you will have to walk for a bit. Hotel provide free drinks/coffee/tea at the lobby. Plus point: my room have a bird view of the entire West street with the mountains as a back drop. They also have a nice rooftop for photography with pool.

Actually nicely located just at the alley of the happening street, just that the access is a bit tricky. Very narrow car access, might need to walk in. Would be challenging if you bring heavy luggage. The hotel is nicely renovated, and have nice view from rooftop deck.

Room is very clean & comfy, I stay at room 8501, can enjoy sunrise scenery from balcony around 7am+, hotel location about 6km from west street, able to call didi so quite convenient, e-bike can rent from reception at $30/day, return by 11.30pm on the same day. Customer service officer very polite and responsive through WeChat, can book attraction ticket with them which much more cheaper than online booking. Hotel also provides complimentary one trip from hotel to bus station. Overall very satisfied with the stay, one of the improvement can be done is breakfast. Breakfast menu for both day of our stay are the same which includes Guilin noodles, hard boil egg, sweet potato, mantou & banana.

My family stayed at Metown hotel for three nights and it’s been a great experience!  The staff is very nice, friendly and very helpful!  The rooms is 100% as pictured on the site, very clean and cozy! The weather was a bit cold, so we used the ac for heating and it worked perfectly! Also, there are washing machines with driers on the roof, which is a very important facility for families with kids!  The view of the mountains is breathtaking from the roof!  We had a set breakfast on Friday morning, and buffet breakfast on the weekend! Nice selection, suitable for all the age groups!  The hotel has lots of amenities for kids: a little farm with cutest alpacas, bunnies and pigeons, a sand pit, indoor playground and even a little library! Also, there is a huge slide in the middle, which was fun to ride as our room was on the second floor!  The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, with little cafes and bike rentals around!  My kids received gifts when we were leaving!  Great and unforgettable experience! We would definitely come back to stay there again!

Facilities: The hotel is newly opened, and the facilities are all new Hygiene: The sanitary environment is quite good Environment: I felt quite stunning as soon as I entered the door, and it was almost the same as the pictures in the promotion, without any ”photo deception”. Service: The lady at the front desk was very nice. We arrived late and upgraded our room type. Overall, the stay was quite comfortable and the experience exceeded expectations.

The hotel is very close to the night market. We arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. and walked to the night market. Although many stalls had closed, we could still get something to eat. The room was very new and not too small, but I really don't understand why a new hotel opened 24 years ago doesn't have electric curtains. In addition, the long sofa with a table was placed where the curtains were, so it was not convenient to open and close the curtains! I didn't see any sandals for the shower, and the phone in the room was just a decoration and couldn't make calls... Other than that, everything was ok, and the front desk service attitude was also good.

I was very satisfied with the choice of Atour Hotel for this trip to Nanning! I, a person who is not used to commenting, can't help but talk about it. I often take my family out to play, and I have certain requirements for the hotel I stay in. I have never been to Nanning. Ctrip compared it for a long time. In fact, I was entangled in choosing Atour and several other hotels. In the end, I compared the reviews. Atour Hotel's meticulous service made me feel more at ease, because since there is no difference in hardware, then look at the software. This point wins, and I choose it decisively. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and was very satisfied! One is that the room is very large and very clean. The water provided is also very good. My family has a lot of drinking water needs haha. On the day I checked in, I and my wife were sent half a cup of tea with the right temperature to drink. Note that it is half a cup of details. I felt warm in my heart at the time. The food brought back from going out needs to be heated up, and the front desk was also very enthusiastic to heat it up twice, and the temperature was just right. Including the need to cut fruit, it also helped to cut it because it was not safe to leave the knife in the house. I took the fruit away to help cut it and even put it on the plate! The location is easy to find, the front desk Xiaoli is considerate and hospitable, the hotel is equipped with a 24-hour gym, the laundry room is very convenient with LG industrial washing & drying machines. The guest room equipment is also very new and clean. Intelligent equipments like Xiaodua, automatic curtain and night lamp are plus points. The breakfast provided by the hotel is very good. Staffs of the hotel are very supportive and nice. Though, they can not speak English, we still communicate well via Google translate. There is a very very good restaurant near to the hotel (you can see in the restaurant bill attached, just 900m far from the hotel). We also can reach Nanning Renmin Park by foot (i.e 25-30 mins).

The hotel I stayed in this time really gave me a big surprise. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I felt the elegant and grand atmosphere. The front desk staff Xiao Liang was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in procedure was very quick. The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and fully equipped. The bedding was comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The hotel's breakfast was also rich, varied, and delicious. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with convenient transportation and travel. In short, this stay experience was great, and I strongly recommend everyone to stay here!

Excellent hotel. Very modern and clean. Noise insulation was great. Our rooms were near the lift lobby. No noise issues. The bed was the most comfortable one amongst the five hotels we stayed at during our visit in Guangxi. Laundry room available. Free of charge. The basin, shower room and toilet were very clean. Housekeeping did a good job. All the white towels were comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I liked steamed sweet potato, corn and yam. Lots of healthy options. The food presentation was great. Quality coffee was provided. It would be great if the hard boiled eggs were not overcooked. The hotel is located two stations away from Qingxiu park station. The Metro is right outside the hotel. Only 2 - 3 yuan away from Chaoyang and MixC mall. Ample choice of eateries surrounding the hotel. However, mostly Chinese cuisine. The morning market and fruit market are within the proximity. The receptionists were very professional. One of them helped us (5 pax) to book taxis to the airport. It cost CNY124 to the airport. Meter taxi. Overall, we had a pleasant 3 night stay. Highly recommended.

The one I booked before said there was no window and I needed to upgrade and add 49. Later I canceled the subscription and re-booked with Ctrip. The female employee at the front desk had a dark face. She didn't know if she had a heavy workload and was in a irritable mood. Have you done any surveys or statistics on how many guests use this small tea set? If it falls on the ground and breaks, whose fault is it? In the display area on the first floor, it seems that this tea set is not cheap.

Hygiene: The room is spacious and clean. It feels bright and comfortable as soon as you enter the door. Environment: The hotel is located in the center of the business district, very lively, the room is on a high floor, the scenery is beautiful, not noisy, quiet in the bustling, comfortable😊 Service: The service is warm and considerate. We were introduced to many fun and delicious things around. The front desk lady responded to our requests. We went to see the Qingxiushan New Year Lantern Festival according to the recommendation. It was really beautiful. High cost performance and great experience!

Nice hotel, friendly staff. It says “international” but they only seem to speak Chinese here. Clean rooms but no fridge. All other things, free wi-fi, slippers, toiletries, tea and bottled water included. Breakfast included in our price gave a large selection of Chinese food.
