I stayed here for three nights across three rooms, with two children and four elders. The check-in experience was great; the rooms were clean and tidy. The location is super convenient – East and West Alley is right downstairs, and Jingjiang Prince City is directly opposite. Elephant Trunk Hill Park is only about a 10-minute walk away. Next door to the hotel is Osmanthus Commune, making it easy to buy local specialties. The hotel offers free laundry service, which is a really thoughtful touch. It's so nice to change into clean clothes after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel's food was also delicious, and the restaurant service was excellent. While the breakfast area isn't huge, there's a good variety of food, and the rice noodles were particularly tasty. **Hygiene:** The rooms were clean and tidy. **Environment:** Very convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. **Service:** Excellent, with free laundry service. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite new and well-maintained. There's also a free rooftop viewing platform where you can take photos with provided headwear.

Service: The service here is absolutely top-notch, easily meeting five-star standards in my opinion. Everyone was incredibly attentive and friendly. I arrived early and my room wasn't ready yet, so they kindly upgraded me. When I had some initial confusion about the upgraded room, they even thoughtfully showed us the original room type (the video is of the original room type). Hygiene: The room was exceptionally clean. This is the first hotel I've stayed at where the plastic slippers in the bathroom were individually sealed for each guest, ensuring they're new every time! The bathrobes were also replaced daily and sealed for disinfection. It really put my mind at ease; they pay attention to so many excellent details! Facilities: The entire room was smart-controlled, though I struggled a bit with adjusting the air conditioning. I ended up relying on the smart speaker to control it. I booked a landmark view, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning view of the river – absolutely beautiful! The photos turned out even better than ones I paid for in Yangshuo! There was no pushy sales tactics, and all extra costs were clearly communicated to me upfront. The cost for hair styling and the additional photos combined was less than a quarter of what I've paid for professional photo shoots elsewhere, but the results were truly fantastic! You could honestly just use these photos as is, without any further edits!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! We could walk to Sun and Moon Pagodas, Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, Elephant Trunk Hill Park, and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes cruise terminal. The front desk lady was incredibly warm and helpful; she even walked us to our room when we checked in and gave our child a small gift when we checked out. The room was clean and tidy, and our child absolutely loved the 270-degree panoramic bay window. The breakfast was also delicious and really suited our taste; our child enjoyed it a lot.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is ideally located: next to the pedestrian street and lively street food area in the evening, close to the river for wonderful walks, and surrounded by restaurants, small shops, and charming authentic alleys. It is also beautifully decorated, both in the common areas and in the rooms. In the common areas, there is complimentary tea, coffee, traditional clothes to try on, a washing machine, and a dryer available. As for the room, it is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Lastly, the staff are very kind and helpful, truly flawless!

I'm really happy with this hotel! The environment, cleanliness, and style were all great. They even upgraded my room. The front desk staff were all very attentive. Opening the window, you're greeted with a Ming Dynasty-style pastoral view, truly allowing you to experience the local life and culture. The bicycles provided were also very convenient. The fried rice noodles for breakfast were delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time. I never leave reviews, but this time I truly feel my choice was worthwhile!

Seeing the crowds below, huddled in the cold wind watching the musical fountain, instantly filled us with a sense of contentment! The restaurant manager was exceptionally service-oriented; we stayed two nights, and on our departure day, we wanted yogurt for breakfast, but they had run out. The manager went out and bought us a large tub, which was very touching. Now for the negatives: check-in is at 2 PM. We arrived a little past noon, and were told the room wasn't ready, which is understandable. We didn't originally plan to eat, but to kill time while waiting, we went out for a meal. When we returned after 2 PM, the front desk staff inquired about the room's status, and housekeeping replied that cleaning hadn't even started. I had arrived at the designated check-in time, and they were notified over an hour beforehand to clean. Regardless of the reason, there's no excuse for this issue. Although the front desk staff upgraded us to a different room type, it doesn't mask the underlying management problem. Then, less than two minutes after entering the room, the power went out. It came back on shortly, but when we returned from sightseeing, the power was out again. We had to wait in the dark for the maintenance worker to arrive. Even the worker couldn't find the cause, and in the end, I discovered the problem myself: it was the power card. The 'complimentary coffee' was lukewarm when brewed, and the 'complimentary Liuzhou rice noodles' were also lukewarm – speechless! Breakfast options were limited and the taste was poor. The female server at the noodle station was swearing incessantly, using explicit language three times in a row while talking to another staff member. It was quite shocking! A good reputation and good business aren't destroyed by others; they are often slowly ruined from within. This hotel has such great potential and started off well. I hope it continues to improve rather than sabotaging its own future. Let's all strive for that! The yogurt in the last photo was bought by the restaurant manager and given to us just before we left. He insisted we take it in the car (we were self-driving). We didn't drink it and brought it back. It was a very warm gesture, thank you!

It is the hotel I imagined, with warm service, complete facilities and elegant environment. The breakfast is rich and the meal time is early. The restaurant is garden-style. The room is large, and the air conditioner has a small flaw, which can be solved by manual setting. Overall it is OK.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious and clean. The view from the room is nice. The buffet breakfast has a great variety. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. All staff members were friendly and polite. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time and will recommend it to friends and families who would be traveling to Dongxing.

This hotel really sets the benchmark for service. Every little detail is impressive, from the snacks upon arrival, the small gifts, and the on-demand service, to the farewell gift at check-out – everything felt so warm and thoughtful. As someone who travels frequently for work, this is the only place where I truly feel a human touch. I even booked this same hotel when I went to Yangshuo, but I still think the service in Guilin is superior. When I returned, I stayed here again, and they even upgraded us to a 'Little Duck' themed room, which my child absolutely loved! I don't think any other hotel will ever impress my child as much as this one. The 10th floor is decorated entirely with children's preferences in mind, featuring a large activity area and unique child-friendly touches in every room. I love it!
