The room is quite comfortable, everything you need is provided. Clean. Ideal location near the airport. Of the minuses: soundproofing (towards the street everything is ok, you can't really hear cars, etc., but you can hear your neighbors well) and an ambiguous situation with the receptionist who called us a taxi himself, we waited for him longer than the promised 5 minutes, then the taxi driver talked to this young man for some time, after which he tried to go not by the meter, but by some tariff, which he could not demonstrate. The apartments fully meet the requirements of travelers who need to spend the night near the airport, even more than that, but the aftertaste from the incident with the taxi involving the receptionist remained.

In the center of Antalya, the transportation is very convenient, the hotel is cheap, and the room is big. The hotel does not have a restaurant. It is convenient to go to the airport, so after we went to Israel, we went back to Antalya from Tel Aviv to stay one night and transited to Paris. The light rail in Antalya can directly swipe credit cards. With the symbol in the photo. No need to buy a ticket at the machine. I use the full currency card of China Merchants Bank.

A very good hotel. First of all, the location is excellent. It is in the core of the old town of Antalya, two steps away from the Port of Rome. There are dozens of cafes, bars and restaurants around, each of which has a famous singer. Resident singing, very lively. Although we were in a busy city, the people at the front desk of the hotel were very nice and we were given a room facing the swimming pool, which was very quiet. The courtyard is full of orange trees, grafted with lemons. Drinking orange juice squeezed from fresh oranges picked directly from the trees under the trees is particularly fresh and pleasant. In addition, breakfast and dinner were both great, especially dinner. I didn't expect that a hotel's dinner would be so good. The Turkish meatloaf is the best I have eaten in different cities in so many days. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. I had a great sleep. All in all, I feel very good. Hotels in Turkey are generally good. The key is that the service attitude is particularly good, which is very similar to that in China. Another point is that the price of the hotel is very cheap and the price-performance ratio is extremely high.

Stayed in La Casa Carina solo and really had an enjoyable experience. Checked in super late in the morning due to delays in my flight but the receptionist still waited for me. Managed to stay on the top floor and the amenities were sufficient. Body soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, kettle, room slippers were all provided. Though you can sometimes hear conversations in the common corridor, it gets quiet past 11pm so that was no issue with me. Overall, value-performance is extremely commendable. Location: very convenient as it’s located in the Old Town so virtually all the restaurants and shops are walking distance. Away from the main road as well so there were no disturbances at night. It’s located near common pick up spots for day tours as well. Extremely pleased with the location.

Reservamos una noche en este hotel. En la descripción del mismo decía que disponía de parking. Cuando llegamos aparcamos en la misma puerta para sacar nuestro equipaje, hicimos el check-in y pagamos el totalidad de la reserva. Cuando preguntamos por el parking la persona de recepción nos dijo (entre risas) que el parking era la calle. Le comentamos que eso no era un parking, que la calle era la calle y que no podia consider**** parking en ninguno de lo casos. Pedimos que nos devolviera el dinero ya que habían ofertado un servicio del que no disponian. La recepcionista se puso en contacto con el jefe, el cual argumentó que en ningún momento había publicidad engañosa ya que  decian que disponian de parking y que en ningún momento de parking privado (ese es el argumento al que se acogió durante todo el tiempo) Respondimos diciendo que la calle no era un parking, que era calle nada más, y que no podían poner esas cosas ya que llevaban a engaños y confusiones. Si en un establecimiento pone que dispone de parking la calle nunca se considera un parking. Nos pusimos en contacto con Booking ya que queríamos recuperar nuestro dinero (no habíamos usado la habitación) y buscarnos otro lugar, pero el propietario insistió en que el dinero no lo devolvía. Como solución propuso que nos pagaba un parking privado a metros del hotel, pero nos negamos, ya que se trataba de un descampado con muy mala pinta  que era todavía peor que la calle. Además ya no teníamos ganas de quedarnos en ese alojamiento por el trato que estabamos recibiendo por parte del personal. Muy malas maneras en la comunicación, con muy mal trato hacia nosotros. Demostró una total falta de profesionalidad , porque sin haber usado la habitación lo más fácil y beneficioso para todos hubiera sido hacer la devolución del importe. Está claro que se trata de personas que se ponen al frente de negocios los cuales no tienen ningún tipo de formación. Afortunadamente Booking solventó el problema y nos hizo la devolución del importe. De todas formas agradecí no quedarme en ese lugar, el olor que había en la recepción era muy desgradable. Olia como si hubieran freido todas las patatas fritas de Turquia, daba muy mala imagen ese olor en un hotel. Resumiendo, falta de profesionalidad y trato con el cliente. And it was really bad. We had an eight month old baby with us so we could not stay there. Got downgraded for smaller room - Where are the blankets? Even when we asked for blankets, we got the same bed covers which were already in the room (it is cold Under them) - The bathroom smelled - The toilet was loose?! Like loose bolts and when you sit on it, it felt like it was going to fall over. - The floor was so dirty that we could not be in socks or barefoot in this room. My baby got so dirty from the crawling that we did not let her on the floor again after 5 min. Our feet looked like we had walked outside - You get what you pay for but in this case, the price was too high. I could stay here for a night or two but not with this price we payd - there was some mold in the bathroom Overall the room looked like it hadn't been finished with the construction. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is because the owner was nice and the location. Otherwise it would have been a 1.

It's not everyone's cup of tea, but a hotel where the waitress is taking the leftovers from the restaurant to feed the cats? It gets my vote! It's a short walk to the beach. The hotel is about at the end of the shops, and if you walk east on any street from here, you will find an infinite variety of shops, cafes, bike hire, tattooists, excursion bookings, you name it. The shops the locals use are on the north side of town. There is a great open air gym about 15 minutes' walk away on the seafront, and a more basic one a bit closer. You will get a wake-up call at 7am when the faithful are called to prayer. The hotel is next to the bus station, so it's not the quietest spot. I was there in winter, I have no idea how busy it gets in summer. Staff are lovely. The hotel is a bit run down, but for the price, you can't really go wrong. I enjoyed the food: plenty for a vegetarian to eat and there's always dessert! I can't recommend the house wine, but the beer was lovely. Not strong, so I could drink lots. Mostly I just ate and slept in the hotel. There's wifi in the lobby, and when everyone's in the restaurant, it grinds to a halt. The room had only two electric sockets, and the fridge was plugged into one of those. I didn't use the pool or the hamam. All the books in the lobby are in German. When you find the juice bar on the sea front straight down from the hotel, try the Ginger Mix. Best thing ever!

The Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Town.like a lot of Hotels in the town it's up a hill. The check in and reception was quick and pleasant. Our room had a great sea view.The room was clean and was a reasonable size.The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well. The breakfast was Turkish and you could ask for fried eggs or omelette etc .The coffee machine was a tad slow. The staff were all very helpful and always smiling. The pool area was clean as was the pool itself which was quiet most of the day. The Hotel dog was lovely and was no bother at all. If we ever came through here again we would definitely stop here.

We had a family gathering to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We came together from different parts of the world and had an amazing stay in White Garden. The accommodation and service was perfect. Lovely family run hotel in the centre of the old town that more than matched our expectations.The owners and staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Everything was spotless, healthy breakfast choices. Highly recommend it. Thank you to the team at White Garden we had a special time there.

Living and resting in the direct sense ) the room was opposite the pool on the first floor. When the settlement was 1.5 l of water sugar tea coffee - filled in cleaning, cleaning once every two or three days. The only thing was heard walking from a nearby restaurant somewhere in the quarter, But it was a couple of times singing very soulfully and loudly until you listened to not sleep until 2 nights. And so constant silence. Only cats in the morning came miaukali. WiFi is worthy. Before the sea 5 minutes , on the way there are lots of coffee . Location is just excellent . I recommend

Recently stayed at this hotel for one night, when we arrived at the room the bed was not made, there was no sheets or towels in the room. After asking at the reception twice we were eventually given towels but no bed sheets, as we were only here for one night and it was late we didn't bother to ask again and made do with what we had. The following afternoon we received a call from the hotel stating we had ”stole” the bed sheets and towels from the hotel room and demanded we paid €300 for the stolen goods. The hotel tried to charge my card for 7 separate transactions totally to £370. Luckily I had taken photos of the room when we are arrived and I forwarded these to the managers email address showing the date and time the photos were taken. Needless to say after the photos were sent we didn't get a reply or an apology. Really disappointed with the service and the way we were treated and branded as a thief.

I stay here every time I’m in Antalya. The hotel is old but has everything needed. I don’t like the small shower cabin, and bathroom itself needs to be updated. The furniture at the balcony and at the pool is very dirty, looks like they never clean it. The breakfasts are very good, and the staff are nice and helpful. There’s a construction started in front of the hotel, it will be worse after they lay the ground, and after the new hotel is built, there won’t be any seaview or sun for the hotel.

The room is clean and tidy, the furniture is new, and the heat and flow of hot water are even and well controlled. p1 is a photo of the sea from the balcony. When the wind is not strong, you can see the reflection of the clouds. The two ladies at the front desk are very warm and lovely. The hotel has laundry service, which is calculated as 300 lire for a large bag. If you go to the beach or go to the sea You can talk to the lady at the front desk and she will give you a large rag to wipe your body or cushion your chair for free. Room service ends at 15:30. The sisters and aunts in charge of cleaning are very clean. In addition to daily cleaning, they also replace the full set of bath towels, bathrobes, towels, etc. in the room every time they clean. You can order food from the hotel kitchen by scanning the QR code. It closes at 21:00. There are several male employees working in shifts at night, so it is very safe. Behind the hotel is the police station. Don't park in front of the police station, otherwise you will be questioned. You can park in the dedicated parking space next to the hotel. The first floor below is the swimming pool and restaurant. I think the hotel's breakfast is really good. It's quite delicious. It's served for a long time. The Turkish black tea is delicious. p4 is a night view taken from the outside of the room. The few pictures in the review are taken directly from Apple and Fuji without filters. I really miss wasting time in Kas every day.

My flight was delayed , + transfer time so didn’t arrive until 2 am local time . The communication from The owner Ercan was so helpful In relieving the stress of being behind the estimated time of arrival . He stayed on-site , late to check me in & welcome me . The breakfast room was stunning with the views across the bays , matched by the foods on offer . The staff also were extremely helpful , with a warm manner . My room was wonderfully furnished . The location was perfect for ATM / pharmacy/ supermarket/ & into Kas town for a wander . A 10% discount for Leymona Beach club opposite . Located on the same road as both the Ancient Amphitheater & the public Free beach (10/15 mins walk) Overall I’d highly recommend Thankyou Ercan & the team for my wonderful stay

I went there after the New Year because winter is the off-season, and one night is less than 100. It is the king of price-performance ratio. It is a complete apartment, two bedrooms and one living room, furniture, electrical appliances and kitchenware. You can park around the apartment. We parked in the open space downstairs in the apartment next door. The parking in Turkey is very convenient. Just find an open space without affecting the traffic. The pictures on the Internet are all real shots. The apartment is very cute. We cook our own meals at night. The boss is very kind. What's wrong with living on the top floor. Make a call and immediately solve it Look at other small towns and compare Kas is a very popular town in Europe. Many Turkish natives come here every month or even every week. There is no breakfast and the location is not on the seaside. But the town is not big. Walk to the seaside for ten minutes. And there are supermarkets everywhere, it’s very convenient to buy food and eat

I like the town of Kash very much. This location is also great. On the border of the most lively area, I go out to various small shops. I go to the port for three minutes. The front desk can also help with the car. There is a spa downstairs. After taking the bus for 10 hours, I pressed a comfortable one to the hotel.

A friendly, central, clean and cute hotel. Kind & helpful staff. The decor was artistic and our room compact with all facilities. The breakfast was excellent - tasty, fresh, big selection & we even asked for some cooking tips. Soothing, sea views. Quiet, parking outside. A stone's throw from the shops, harbour and local mosque - handy. We'd booked after seeing the hotel mentioned in a recent piece in ”The Guardian” newspaper. A good choice for our first visit to Kas. Hotel location is very good, the view is wide, you can see the invincible sea view, the kitchen equipment in the suite is very new, the dishwasher washing machine is all available, this area is also very quiet, very suitable for stopping and rest, travel needs good physical strength, keep energy, see more scenery ... There is also an episode, booked a standard sea view room for more than ten days in a row, but the hotel's official website shows some sea view rooms, and then an employee often knocks on the door and asks us to change rooms. At first, I don't understand why this is? Later, I learned that it was a mistake on the website. Finally, the hotel owner was very friendly to solve the problem and it was commendable! We had an excellent stay here, (so much so that we booked an extra two nights). The accomodation is very modern and fresh with a contemporary feel to it. You are welcomed with a drink of tea or coffee, nice touch. The manager was excellent, always on hand and very helpful as was his assistant. The rooms are a good size, very clean and comfortable. With good wifi. (There were many guests apparently working remotely). The breakfast was a great spread, buffet style, with something to everyones taste I'm sure. The apartments are very central, with restuarants, supermarkets, dolmus and harbour all very close by. There is a lift to all floors. The communal areas were very pleasant to sit around. We stayed in a suite with a balcony for the first two nights but to be honest the rooftop suites with the low door access to a larger balcony had a much more commanding view and are less expensive.

A very clean hostel. They gave clean towels and a hair dryer. The rooms have air conditioning. The employees are very friendly. Every time we entered, they asked us how we were doing. Breakfast ***meat was good. The only downside is that there is no refrigerator in the room, but there is a large refrigerator that you can use in the common area. You can reach Patara beach in less than 5 minutes by car.

From check in to check out we had an amazing experience. The hotel is a family run property and the owners are very friendly and professional. The comms on WhatsApp was very efficient as rather than going back n forth to the reception or other areas we would communicate on WhatsApp and made it so easy. The hotel is on top of the hill with gated and controlled entrance. A quaint hotel, as we got to reception and sat down to check in we immediately created this impression that we were going to have a wonderful stay at this hotel and we exactly did that. The staff is truly friendly and couldn’t do more, offered all the information and assistance one could ask for. They offered to park our car away that’s is looked after by the guard, helped with out luggage and check in was very efficient. The property offers beautiful view as displayed on the web, has a swimming pool with mountain attached to it with a man made waterfall into the pool giving it a natural waterfall from a mountain. Very clean. There is bar at the pool that offers hot and cold drinks all day long and also breakfast is served at this area with beautiful views of Kas and Mediterranean. The rooms are very clean including shower room and offers tea/coffee facilities with clean towels, safe, complimentary water and lemonade on the first day only. The hotel doesn’t offer lunch or dinner but offer to get delivery at the hotel but we didn’t need it as Kas centre/main square/marina is only 2 mins walk down the steps from the hotel, what a superb location for this hotel, you can be in hustle and bustle of Kas in the evening and in 2 mins back to the tranquility of the hotel. The hotel also arranged a boat tour for us from a reputable company and the cost was same as going direct don’t charge extra to arrange it. We also opted for sea room view which was well worth it, we would sit and have our drinks at sunset in the balcony and then head down to the streets of Kas for some shopping and dinner. The Kas town is very small with a few strays but with lots of eateries that we loved, one of the streets you come across down from hotel represents Greek style as being in Mykonos old town offering white wash cobbled street with everyone posing for the photos in beautiful location. We loved our stay and definitely recommend and even go back.

A great hotel for its budget, new stylish rooms, a beautiful cozy setting in the Hall and restaurant. From the downsides this breakfast, strongly don't eat big hopes, it will be great if something is bitten and the plate will not be beaten, but most likely the plate will be beaten and the pancakes will end before you take them and nobody will offer new ) only a wheat egg or omlet with vegetables will remain )

Great location, 5 or so minute walk to the beach. The staff are great. The pool is amazing, very clean. Would deffo come back. This holiday was much needed as a family member has been very sick the past couple if years. We all needed to de-stress. Thanks to all the staff at HMA.

This hotel is in a quiet part of town with a pool and garden area. There are eight floors with lovely views and a spa in the basement. Really nice food and friendly service. Families enjoy the facilities. The Reception staff are charming and very helpful. For some reason I paid twice for my 4-night stay, once when booking and again at check-in (my own mistake) and a few days after my stay, the second payment was refunded to my bank account. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Alanya.

The cleaning was the worst experience I ever had. The cleaning lady came every second day, but you coulnd't really tell if she has been there or not. The day we checked in the room was already dirty. The room was always smelling when we came home from being out. The staff was really unfriendly, and we weren't allowed to bring anything to drink or eat in our room unless it was bought from their own shop. I have never experienced something like that, and I have been traveling many years in Turkey at many different cities and many different hotels, Marmaris, Istanbul, Kusadassi, Antalya, and Alanya. The toilet door couldn't close probably. When we were taking shower the water ran out of the shower cabin, so the floor got really wet in the bathroom. One of the staff gave us some more floor-towels and told us just to use them. One day the water was really much on the floor, so we used a normal towel. The day after, we were told, that we had ruined the towel by using it at the floor and we had to pay 50 lira for a new towel for them. The staircase task was always smelling, like there has been smoking 10.000 cigarettes there, and the floor never has been washed. We were living at the 3th floor and the wifi was really bad and slow. All together a really bad experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this hotel. I have read some of the other commentes, that guests have left about this hotel at booking.com. The manager wrote some really nasty things back. I left this review on booking and the manager wrote back: ”Hello İda Maria Sonne Hansen from Africa and Vikas Kushwaha from İndia I think you live in Europe but you didn't learn any culture, kindness from Europe You dont have done picture but we have photo of the towels you soiled. Animals would use the room cleaner than you. People like you should not come to Turkey. i hope to see you agein Grettings” I'm danish, and yes my boyfriend is from India. I don't understand why is written I'm from Africa? And even if I was then how can that be relevant? It seems so racist to me.

I dont even know where to start writing this review but i saw someone writing that they could not believe their luck for finding this place, and that is exactly how i feel. The first day we came here and checked in we got home made limonade from the garden and our keys to the room. All the roms are so so so beautiful, each with its own feel, decorated with antiques and art used in a clever way so they feel very cozy but so fresh at the same time. The cleaning was fantastic, they even rolled up our phone charging cables!!! so lovely The food is amazing! Breakfast with lovely music underneath citrus trees with a cup of turkish tea, i will miss these moments so much! Really fresh breakfast and i was impressed about how much of it that was vegetarian! The jams are home made and i fell in love with the rose jam, i had to have it every day because it was so good. Dinners in the evenings with faerie lights, live music and freshly caught shrimps was magical! But most of all the staff is what made these two weeks so special, i’ve never been to a hotel like this, they all made us feel so welcome, seen and comfortable and ive loved getting to know them. This is the first time i feel like i want to go back to a city because of the hotel and not beacause of the city! Good location in Alanya but very very noisy both in hotel, hard marble communal stairs and corridors, and on street with revving cars bikes and loud shouting by people coming back from clubs throughout the night. Be aware, being close to a mosque does have a loud speaker calling at 06:25am every morning. Despite me emailing hotel ahead of time to ask for a quiet room, to no avail. Satisfactory food for 3* and what you’re paying for. Good professional staff, mostly, but bar staff seem to ‘have to’ under pour a 125ml wine under bar manager; white wine ran out for 5 days, so had to have red. After complaints from guests , lack of hot water for showers was rectified. Beds very uncomfortable and we received a twin and not a double. Very good roof top view Promised food/lunch box for trip back to airport but staff on reception said the ones sitting there weren’t ours despite us ordering it as advised by 7pm the evening before. Staff on reception appeared not to engage or care. Wi-Fi was very poor and only free in lobby that has 16 seats . Took 30mins to load at times; cutting in and out, Awful. Unheated pool is small plunge pool so misleading, and 6/8 Sun loungers on tiny upper deck poor. Never used any of it. A good base but not overall going any extra mile to try to make your stay the best possible. We didn’t get involved with other guests who complained amongst each other. Not bad but could try harder.
