Nice hotel, clean. The main disadvantage was that the room's windows faced the street where the main entrance was and it was quite noisy due to passing traffic; there was not much difference between an open and a closed window. The renovation is recent, but signs of wear are beginning to show. 10 minutes to the beach, along the way: a vacant lot, a busy road, in some places there are no sidewalks. The street with restaurants is right next to it, it’s a little cheaper there than on the first line. I didn’t understand the cleaning - it was 4 nights, at the time of arrival the towels were perfectly clean, fresh, on the first day they changed the towels, on the second day I refused, on the third I hoped that at least the floor would be vacuumed with sand from the beach... but no. Breakfast is modest, sliced cheese and sausage, olives, breakfast cereals, boiled eggs, some kind of deep-fried cheese rolls or fried sausages and a lot of good quality jam. In general, the hotel is not bad for the money, but there are a couple of nuances, I would rather return.

Stayed in La Casa Carina solo and really had an enjoyable experience. Checked in super late in the morning due to delays in my flight but the receptionist still waited for me. Managed to stay on the top floor and the amenities were sufficient. Body soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, kettle, room slippers were all provided. Though you can sometimes hear conversations in the common corridor, it gets quiet past 11pm so that was no issue with me. Overall, value-performance is extremely commendable.
Location: very convenient as it’s located in the Old Town so virtually all the restaurants and shops are walking distance. Away from the main road as well so there were no disturbances at night. It’s located near common pick up spots for day tours as well. Extremely pleased with the location.
Красивый вид, чисто и опрятно, есть все необходимое, недалеко от пляжа, есть завтрак, это был прекрасный выходной день, спасибо за прекрасный номер, нам все очень понравилось, советую, цена и качество непременно соответствуют
I didn't pay attention to the check-in list, so I was charged an extra 255 per person. The elevator is small and the room is a bit old. It's probably a domestic economy hotel built 2-3 years ago.
The hotel is close to the sea, the room is bright and comfortable, and the sea view is endless. The breakfast is on the 7th floor and the sea view breakfast is very positive. The breakfast is not wrong. The taste is OK. The price is reasonable in the off-season.
Overall, a good combination of price and quality. The food is ok. Mostly chicken, but sometimes fish and meat. In the second half of November (or so it happened) there are many adult vacationers and locals. At the disco on the beach, every other one plays Russian and Turkish songs. After November 15, the pier is dismantled and there is no entry into the sea from it.
Plus: New hotel, spacious apartments, up to sea 10 minutes, Rosa Respecific Administrator (hello!), delicious and full breakfasts, grocery downstairs and a little brand clothing. Minus: I didn't have enough of a normal piece of soap, were helms. The location of the hotel in the village of Conakla, not Alanya, take into account this. It is better to take the rooms on the opposite side of the track, sleep strongly. Please contact Rose, she will help you with it.
We went during the holiday period, the hotel was very crowded, but we were very pleased, the pools, aqua park, pools and slides were amazing. The meals were sufficient in variety. We stayed in a standard room in the main building. The room was clean and spacious. Club rooms are a little small for families with children. The sea is calm in the mornings, a bit wavy in the afternoon, and the coastal areas are rocky. Sea shoes are a must. If you enter from the pier, there is no problem. We recommend it to everyone.

GGuest UserVery good location - in Old Town and close to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping, the old city marina, hidirilik tower, karaalioglu park, and pick up point for day trips which is just outside the hadrian gate.
The room was quite small and many things didnt function. Unaccessible bedside drawers, tv and safe didnt work, small old shower with no proper ventilation, no space to hang/dry anything except for wardrobe, beddings smelling of cat food. The ac worked really well though.
The staff communication was polite yet terrible. I needed early check in and contacting them prior to staying was a nightmare. Either they didnt pick up, or if they did, they'd tell you they don't know/call back later. Upon arriving early morning 6am, we were told by the night shift manager that'd hed provide us the room early around 9am and agreed that it doesnt make sense to pay for early check in just for 3 hours and we could just lounge around by the pool until the. But this was a lie. The day manager simply dismissed us and asked for extra nights cost for a room that was in the attic with barely any space to stand straight. Frustrated and disappointed, we just ended up waiting till 2pm for check in.
We didnt have wifi for an entire day despite complaining. The wifi in rooms is different to wifi in lobby which the staff didnt seem to understand. They simply didnt bother completing the wifi process which is why we couldnt access the wifi in the room.
Throughout our stay, we had different information provided by different 5 staff which got very very frustrating. Water bottle and amenities etc is only provided on the first day which is not clearly mentioned in description. One staff told us there is housekeeping every third day when we requested for few things, however this isnt true as per other staff/owner.
Breakfast was ok. Not much selection in warm food, only chips and sausages and eggs.
The indoor area looks pretty with the plants and swimming pool. Lots of cute cats. There are 3 parrots and one of them talks! the noise levels are expectedly high if youre facing the pool area. Not ideal if youre a light sleeper.
Overall, great location but needs better service.

GGuest UserThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.
GGuest UserPros:
-they gave us early check-in
-the outlook of the hotel is good
-the lobby got plenty of sofa and TV
-the staffs are helpful and nice
-the A/C is very enough
Cons:
-the lock on the door is hard to open
-the toilet is dirty
Overall ok!
EeyecandygoThe location is excellent, 300 meters away from the long-distance bus station, suitable for friends who travel by bus. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the bustling places on the beach, which can be described as quiet. There is an elevator and the free breakfast is not bad. From the price point of view, there is almost nothing to fault. If you come to Kas next time, you will choose this one! I really like the oil paintings on the wall of his front desk!
AAnechkaVery, very good hotel. Everything is top notch: rooms, bedding, cleanliness. The breakfast is incredible. The whole area is cozy and clean. The view from the hotel is gorgeous. Who cares: no TV in the room. Refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer - everything is there.
FFilizWe stayed at the Lara garden hotel as a family in the Netherlands.
Our rooms have sea view and pool view. Our rooms were clean and large.
Their staff were very attentive and friendly.
Breakfast is open buffet. If you wish, you can attend the open buffet meals at lunch and dinner.
There is a shuttle to the sea. It's a bit far.
Our service that took us to Görkem sea was very interesting. We thank you.
Lara garden.
You are now the place where I will stay in Antalya.
Best regards, Filiz
OOlgaVKthe first meeting and accommodation was perfect, all the issues that arose were resolved. The cleaning is perfect. Breakfast is the same every day - eggs, 2 types of cheese, fried sausage and slices, French fries and puff fingers with cheese and meat, 2 types of fruit, lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes, bread...
there is no safe in the room, as stated in the description.
the main problem was when leaving. I have paid for breakfast on the last day. but I was leaving around 5 in the morning, so I asked for a lunch box or something like that. the employee took my order in the morning and said - we will leave you a plate. In the evening there was another employee who confirmed my order - he said that breakfast would be waiting for me at 5 in the morning.
in the morning there were no employees and there was no breakfast. There was nothing! even hot water! An employee boiled water for me. That's it. I tried to tell him to look for my plate in the refrigerator, but he didn't.
if the staff had immediately said that there was no such service, I would have cooked breakfast for myself. but they promised and did nothing!
such an attitude towards customers is not acceptable.
XXinchunyuThis hotel is about 2 kilometers away from the airport. The room is very clean and tidy, and the price-performance ratio is relatively high. In order to catch the early flight the next day, there are several large motorcycles nearby, which are very convenient for eating and shopping. I took Uber to the airport the next morning, which seemed to be more cost-effective than taking a taxi. The taxis here don't use meters, and the driver charges whatever he says. The price is much more expensive than in China. The Chu drivers rip off the Chinese.
OOrtegaVery close to the airport to spend a night there if you have a flight very early in the morning.
I had an issue with the reception. They requested the payment again but it was paid through Trip.com and I had to showed them the expense on my bank account.
