JJUNGHWAN INWe had a pleasant stay here—thanks to Yumi and the staff for being so kind and helpful!
Their bright and cheerful attitude really lifted our mood.
We visited Qianzhou to go to Mangshan, and overall, the hotel was a good choice.
The room was clean, and the location is slightly tucked away, so it's quiet and peaceful.
There's a small shop on the ground floor where you can get snacks, and although it's mainly fruit wine, they even sell Korean soju.
Most things were great, but one issue: in some rooms, there was a noticeable smell from the bathroom.
It definitely needs improvement.
If that gets fixed, this place would be top-tier in terms of value for money.

GGuest UserVery impressed by the 2 front desk ladies who helped us changed our 3 nights booking to 2 nights. Didn't get their names, they worked the noon shift, 12-8pm, on 11 Dec 2025.
They could not understand Trip.com English and used a translation app to navigate through the otherwise fixed booking that did not allow for changes. It was a long process and they were very patient throughout.
Great service, highly recommended 👏

GGuest UserI chose this hotel when I came to Chenzhou. The environment is quite good! The room rate is also very affordable. It is recommended to book in advance! It is close to the high-speed rail station and can be reached on foot. It also provides free high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off service. The front desk is very considerate and took the initiative to help me make an appointment. The room is quite large. The fragrance is very comfortable as soon as you enter the door. The shampoo is very easy to use. After washing your hair, it is fragrant and smooth. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The staff Xiao Guo has a good service attitude. The room is large and the bathroom is spacious. The hotel also called in advance to ask about room requirements, which was super thoughtful. Breakfast was good too. Choosing the Hotel Chain Vienna has always been my first choice. It is very safe to stay here. I will come to this hotel again next time I have the chance. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserJ Hotel is relatively new, located in Wuling Square. The decoration style is very suitable for young people. The hotel is generally OK. There are McDonald's, tea restaurants, and shopping malls around it. It is very convenient and can be reached on foot. The hot water in the bathroom is very stable. The curtains are electric and can be controlled by Tmall Genie. It is very intelligent. There is central air conditioning. The ladies and brothers at the front desk are also very enthusiastic. They also recommended local specialties to us. It is delicious, but we are Cantonese and can't eat spicy food. This hotel is very cost-effective. I will recommend it to my friends. It will be a happy trip.

GGuest UserThe room is comfortable, fully equipped, clean and tidy, and the service is very good. The nearby environment is quite good for people who drive trams. There is a charging station behind the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel only takes about 10 minutes to Xiaodongjiang Scenic Area and about 20 minutes to Gaoyiling. It is highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel offers great value for money. Parking is convenient, and it's right next to the main entrance of the South Gate scenic area. I originally booked one night but ended up extending for another. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the service is attentive. The front desk staff were very welcoming, gave me tips on how to explore the area, and even recommended local specialty restaurants, which were excellent. You can also catch the sunset from the hotel. Definitely a recommended place to stay! 👍

The elderly in the same group forgot to bring their ID card. The front desk was not impatient at all.
