Guest UserFront office counter staff are friendly and helpful. Although there are only two staff from Nepal can speak some simple English.
Buffets breakfast priced at 1800 Japanese yen is value for money! Rooms are big and comfortable with space for big luggage. Hotel amenities are amazing. You even have choices of pillows!
Front office duty manager Mr Oka-san was super helpful. He took the initiative to print out the train timetable for us without us asking ! I was truly impressed!

ひょとこThis hotel opened last year, so it was very clean. I booked a twin room, and it was really comfortable with a separate bathroom (no bathtub, though), a two-seater sofa, and spacious beds.
The public bath was also very clean and enjoyable! ✌️
I opted for breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious! Plus, all the staff provided excellent service.
I honestly couldn't find a single flaw! I even signed up for the Dormy Inn membership during my stay and am already thinking about which Dormy Inn to visit next.
It was a wonderful hotel, and I made some great memories. Thank you!

hwee yin LeeThe hotel is very close to JR Station. After exiting from the West Gate, you can immediately spot a tall building. Take the elevator through a door to the left of the building to the third floor. If it's not yet check-in time, you can store your luggage at the concierge desk on the third floor. From the third floor, take another elevator to the reception on the sixteenth floor to check in. Then, take another elevator from the sixteenth floor to your room's floor. The highest room floor is the 28th floor. The higher you stay, the more expansive the view, and you can even see the JR Station. Additionally, guests staying here can use the fitness equipment on the sixteenth floor.
The room was clean and quiet, with excellent soundproofing. I loved their small coffee machine and the Coway water dispenser in the bathroom, but I especially enjoyed the expansive view from the room. My only minor regret is not trying their breakfast. The next time I come to Fukui, I will definitely stay here again and make sure to try the breakfast.

circleyIt's a beautiful Japanese hotel, with Japanese-style accommodation and dining. The service is also very good, and the food is very thoughtful. But the room is too hot at night, the air conditioner is not adjusted well, the quilt is too thick, and I sweated when I slept in April, so I didn't sleep well.

The hotel's location near the JR station is very convenient, and there's a department store right next door. The hotel itself is quite new and the room facilities are excellent. What I love most about the Dormy Inn group are their hot spring facilities and their thoughtful breakfast selection. This particular location feels just as good as Onyado Nono.

The room was exactly the Japanese-style room I had imagined, very comfortable. The balcony had a washbasin, which was convenient for larger groups. The onsen (hot spring) was fantastic. Complimentary drinks were served in the evenings, and you could comfortably relax in the lobby. There were three discount stores opposite the hotel, perfect for those who wanted to do some shopping.

The hotel is super close to the station, about a 3-minute walk, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel facilities and environment are great, and the staff are very friendly. The large public bath is also very comfortable. Plus, there's free ramen at 9:30 PM!

Anonymous UserThis was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at!
It's a beautiful hotel with a 'Japanese' theme, and every corner was meticulously maintained. When checking in, a staff member pleasantly offered to wipe the wheels of my suitcase because the floors were tatami, which was a nice touch.
There were so many free amenities, it was amazing! There was a massage chair, manga (which you could take to your room), Yakult and ice cream after your bath, and even late-night soba noodles! You could also get ice in paper cups, so I could chill drinks from the vending machine next door.
What I particularly loved was the cold pillow! Pillowcases and ice pillows were available outside the changing room, and I brought one to my room to use while sleeping. I had such a good night's sleep! You could also watch subscription services in the room (this was paid).
The breakfast was delicious too... Honestly, everything was perfect!
The bath area was also lovely, with wind chimes softly jingling, and the sauna smelled great. The shower was a ReFa, and the hairdryer was a Kinujo... (Incidentally, I was so impressed that I bought a ReFa shower head for my own home after I got back!)
Everything I've ever wished for in a hotel was here! It was so good that I'm already planning my next trip specifically to stay at another 'Nono' series Dormy Inn hotel! The hotel is now the destination itself!
Thank you so much! It made for a wonderful trip!

熱血娜娜Very good hot spring hotel, first-class service facilities, friendly staff, although the room is a bit old, but clean and comfortable. The Japanese-style room is very beautiful. The one I stayed in had a private open-air bath, which was very beautiful! On the day I stayed there, we were the only Chinese, and the other customers I saw were all Japanese. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly to foreigners! English speaking staff! Although the price is a bit expensive, it's worth it! The location is about an 8-minute drive from JR Aragatsu Onsen Station, and a taxi is not expensive. The hotel has a dedicated bus shuttle, just book it on the official website. There's not much to do around here. The buffet has a rich variety of food and drinks. But we only have 90 minutes to eat, it would be better if we could have 120 minutes. If you do not choose the buffet, you can choose the Kaiseki cuisine. You can drink as much as you want in the room, including Japanese sake, beer and juice. All in all, I would stay here again.
