The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and even upgraded my room for free. The room itself was very spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find it had a Xiaomi TV, which made watching TV quite convenient. When I checked out, she even gave me two straw bookmarks as a small gift. The hotel's location is also excellent. Right outside is Shuyuanmen Street, and a short walk to the left takes you to the City Wall and Yongning Gate subway station, making it super convenient to get around.

Good bedrooms - new, comfortable beds with curtains light, a socket and a shelf. AC working perfectly. There were international travellers, you can exchange info about your travels. The common areas are like following: the roof tarrace is great at night and early morning. During the day it is too hot there. The common area downstairs, at the reception, is not very convenient for any meetings - people smoke there (it is allowed in China!). So, thr only chance to meetnew people is at night at the roof tarrace - if it is not raining. Otherwose, you have to stay in your room. However, staff is very helpful.

The AC barely functioned despite extreme heat, making the room unbearable day and night. When I asked to switch rooms, the receptionist focused more on playing games on their phone rather than pay attention to me and later claimed 'AC is off for everyone' due to 'non-AC hours'—unreasonable for such weather. The hotel website advertises AC but omits this restriction. Service was unprofessional. location was good though.

The room was incredibly spacious, and the friendly front desk staff even gave us an upgrade. The location is excellent, very close to the Bell Tower, and there's a lively snack street right across from the hotel in the evenings. All the hotel facilities are brand new, with top-brand washing machines and refrigerators. Most importantly, it offers fantastic value for money, impeccable service, and spotless cleanliness. Complimentary tea bags and bottled water were also provided. Highly recommended!

I was in town for Zhou Shen's concert and decided to extend my stay for two days to do some sightseeing. The hotel's location is fantastic – it's quite central and super close to the subway exit, literally just a two or three-minute walk. Getting to attractions like the Drum Tower, Bell Tower, Xi'an City Wall, and Datang Everbright City was incredibly convenient, with most major sights being just a 30-minute subway ride away. While it's a bit further from the Olympic Sports Center (about an hour's journey), the transfer between Line 4 and Line 14 is very straightforward. Knowing the hotel was just steps from the subway exit made me feel very at ease. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, the housekeeping staff were very polite, and the front desk team were all friendly and helpful. All in all, I had a fantastic stay.

The room itself looked decent enough. The mattress was quite firm, which could be beneficial for those with back issues. However, there was a faint foot odor in the room, and the complimentary slippers also had an unpleasant smell, leading me to question if they had been properly sanitized.

The hotel is strategically located next to the Bell Tower, within walking distance of Muslim Street and Xiyang Market. It has free underground parking, the rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas. The waiters are warm and thoughtful.

Excellent location. Located within the city wall. You can actually see the wall from the hotel. I don't recommend living in the rooftop rooms in July. Mosquito and flies are very common in xian. should choose one of the regular room. Easy access to great food and xian city scenic area. You can see the city wall just outside the hotel. And when you walk along the xian city wall that is the hotel

The location is excellent; it's not directly on the main road but offers extremely convenient public transport right outside, and it's also very quiet at night. They could provide more toiletries, like conditioner. I had a very comfortable stay for 6 days. The food in Xi'an is absolutely fantastic, though a little salty. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. The Zhongchao Travel Agency that partners with the hotel is the most user-friendly, convenient, and cost-effective travel agency I've ever used. It completely changed my preconceived notions about travel agencies. Booking was easy, travel was worry-free, communication was smooth, the explanations were thorough and thoughtful, and the price was excellent value. I'd recommend it to any friends visiting Xi'an.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It was very clean and located just minutes from the airport, which made everything super convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and even offered me free airport pickup and drop-off, which I really appreciated. They regularly checked to make sure everything was okay during my stay. The room was comfortable, the price was very affordable, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again .High recommended place…
