Room is not bad though I requested for a quieter room I can actually hear people next room and outside corridor. I can hear doors being shut or being slammed. Got woken by the shower twice in the night like turning itself on/leaking badly for a couple of minutes. Reported to the receptionist in the morning as I checked out and wasn’t sorry about being disturbed by the shower twice.

This room was amazing for the price. I asked a quiet area of the hotel and was put on the 12th floor at the end of a corridor and couldn’t hear a thing. Staff were efficient and quick to respond. Room was super spacious - modern bathroom with bath (from which you can view the tv!) and separate shower. Comfortable sofa. Lots of space. Handy mirror angles. Only downside was I don’t think the room had been cleaned in a couple of weeks / hasn’t had guests because it was VERY dusty. And the milk curdled in my tea and left it ‘chunky’ which was fairly rank. Aside from that would recommend and would go back.

Good solid hilton hotel located near LHR T5. Airport hoppa bus service provides a direct link from airport to hotel for a charge. Excellent full English breakfast is great value if you pre purchase at the front desk upon check in (£12). Note similar hotels within the LHR area are charging £20+. Enjoy your stay!

**3-Star Review for voco Hotel** I recently stayed at a voco hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel has a modern and vibrant atmosphere that I really enjoyed upon arrival. The décor is stylish, and the overall ambiance is inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome during check-in. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. While the room was clean and well-appointed, I found it to be smaller than I expected, which made it a bit cramped for two guests. Additionally, I encountered some minor issues with the amenities; for instance, the Wi-Fi was somewhat unreliable at times, which was frustrating during my stay. The hotel's location was decent, with several restaurants and attractions within walking distance, but it wasn't as central as I had hoped. Overall, voco has a great concept with its focus on sustainability and unique twists, but a few tweaks could enhance the overall experience. I would consider staying again, but with slightly lower expectations.

The hotel floor is not high, the room is still big, we are on the 3rd floor, but the room has a musty smell because the window is sealed. The front desk was very polite, saw children, and gave lollipop chocolate. Close to Heathrow, I met a lot of air stewardesses. Seeing the familiarity of the front desk, it was fixed. But it is not convenient to eat around. The hotel's own restaurant is very good. The front desk took the initiative to give the card and can get a 30% discount. If you go back to the city to catch a plane, it is recommended

ABC Hotel maintained cleanliness standards, but the room size was smaller than expected. The beautiful décor compensated for the limitations. While the location was a little far from major attractions, it was not difficult to find. Suitable for those valuing cleanliness and aesthetics, but consider alternatives for more spacious accommodations and a central location.

The location is very good, with good food, drinks, fun and shopping nearby. I stay here every time I come here. My children are very satisfied. The service is average, but it is okay for one or two days. Compared with the surrounding areas, it is still good. The price-performance ratio is incomparable. This is the UK.

It is nice hotel with good view. The room has different type of room. The one I stayed name Academy room is not the best choice is a long walk from the reception of lobby. The ROM of suit is much more convenient and better view.

Good environment. No nice quiet working space. Small gym. I tried 3 different rooms. No cupboards or almirahs. Clothes are supposed to be hanged on wall. Irons are supposed to be done in separate designated room (impractical for lazy people 😅).  Breakfast is nice but not so many options. Staff were nice. Washrooms were not very pleasant to use. Seats were quite uncomfortable and sink tap was too close to be used easily.

Pentahotel is as good as always ！comfortable and stylish with a relaxed vibe. The room was very spacious, which I really appreciated, though there’s no air conditioning, which might be an issue on warmer days. I especially enjoy the ground floor area where is a great space to hang out with friends, play some table tennis or darts, and have a few drinks. It’s definitely one of the hotel’s highlights. However, the drinks could be improved. The rosé wine seemed flat, like it had been opened too long… no bubbles at all, which made it taste off. I don’t think I should’ve been charged for that. Also, the martini cocktail was too bitter, probably because the mix wasn’t balanced properly. Overall, still a solid stay with a great social space, just skip the cocktails next time.
