The location of the room is quite remote and the transportation is not very convenient. The windows are not soundproofed, and the noise from cars and loading and unloading outside is quite loud. Other aspects are good, such as hygiene, breakfast, and service attitude.
Don't ever book in Ctrip, it will be twice as expensive as going to the site. I booked 900 krona online for one night. The room was very small. After the friend came, I ordered 500 kr. and the room was much bigger than mine.
There was only 1 bus which was coming to the location, though it was nearby airport (8min drive) and hotel provides the facility for pick up/drop, main issue was the availability of food was limited and hence it will be good to carry something as there was hardly any restaurants nearby and even ubereats delivery was not available.

The hotel is close to the subway station Brommaplan and it is very convenient to go to the city center attractions. Hotel health, staff are very polite. There is a drink machine in the hotel lobby, and you can make your own coffee or tea 24 hours a day. If the hotel restaurant has the remaining food (such as cakes, croissants) during breakfast, the staff will be placed in the lobby for guests to enjoy. We checked out very early, had to catch the train, no time to eat breakfast. The staff is very nice and helped us pack breakfast and take it away, very intimate.
With such gushing reviews, I think we set our expectations a bit high for this property. Were we upset that we had booked this accommodation? No, but we were left wondering how it had garnered such reviews. It was basic. It was a kilometer from any public transportation. The breakfast was OK. The room was minimal and the shower incredibly poor - I feel for anyone with a lot of hair. (We actually used the butt sprayer to shower as it had water pressure.) The laundry facilities are two washers/two dryers, highly overpriced (as we had just come from Oslo where the cost was a fourth) and only allowed to be used between certain hours. It was overall a decent stay, but this is not a hotel that I will be raving about when I chat about my travels.
The service was good . We can kept our luggage there. The shuttle bus service is free. The bus stop infront of Terminal 2and 4. At terminal the bus stop at 13. It run every 30 min. The room is ok. The breakfast served since 4 am. not much variation but nice. They don't have a real time of the shuttle bus schedule, so you have to wait for it.
Abdi was very accommodating on my arrival. I had arrived early and needed to leave my bag on the premises. He waited for me to organise myself and made me coffee.
The place had the most comfy beds for a jetlagged sleep, I highly recommend this place for a good rest.
The location was in a really lovely area, just a little bit out of town from where my friends were...but the transport is really easy to get to and from the city centre.
There are also some really nice shops, restaurants and cafes around the hotel that I discovered after I checked out.

Very Good
SSoniaNDAbsolutely loved the hotel. Perfect choice! It’s only a 25 mn walk to Gamla Stan, and it’s right in the center quite literally touching the central metro/train station.
The Arlanda express train takes you door to door from the airport to the hotel in 18 mn.
The room was comfortable, clean and modern. I love the design of the hotel, very cool.
Best of all was the morning receptionist at the ‘barception’, Zhila (Sheila). Friendliest I’ve ever met and so helpful! She let me know about the Strawberry app which allowed me to get free coffee and skip the line at a concert I was there for, she had a smile for us every morning and loved a chat.
Really the best choice in Stockholm, and very good price for the quality. I’ll only stay here when I come to Sweden!
GGuest UserVery convenient location to Arlanda airport. Punctual complimentary shuttle service. Incredible breakfast which far exceeded my expectations. Quiet at night. Perfect for my short layover. The sauna and gym were being renovated which was a disappointment to us so unable to review.
JJM MacaWe couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our quick vacation in Stockholm this April 2024. Motel L is stylish, reasonably priced and conveniently located. Upon entering the hotel, we were impressed by the contemporary design of the lobby and the carpeted floors. Our check in experience was a breeze. At 15 sqm, our room was on the small side but it was never lacking in style – there were two comfortable Carpe Diem beds and a rainshower in the bathroom. The soundproofing was also excellent affording us two restful nights.
The location is unbeatable – there’s a coffeeshop (Espresso House) and a supermarket (ICA Supermarket) right next door. And the Martensdal tram station is just literally outside the hotel, like less than 50 steps away. It usually took us 20-30 minutes to get to T-Centralen.
We were very pleased with Motel L and would never hesitate to come back here. Also worth mentioning are the warm and friendly staff. Shout out to May who really charmed us with her personality during our stay!
AArsuHOverall lovely location and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Where they lost points was because there were a lot of spiders present. If travellers are okay with that then it’s fine - I unfortunately don’t want one crawling on me at night. I killed some in my room and at night and i was on edge for a bit. I went to reception and they said no other room was available. They provided me with a spray but mentioned it was strong and I would have to stay out for a little bit before I could return.
The following morning staff came to clean the room and found nothing, but then when I went back there were more spiders. When I spoke to management they just said that there are spiders here and they do their best to clean and that there was nothing else they could do for me. I told them at check out that the spider issue did dampen my experience - and the manager was okay with that.
SS1nc¥Before you book, pls be aware all the rooms in this hotel without window except suite room which only 2 units available. Good location, easy access to the Slussen Metro esp with big luggage.Since it is newly built building, the condition is very new. But the drainage in the shower room was bad designed, flooding when showering. Even after complaints to the host counter, they also cnt improve the situation. So the toilet floor always wet. There only 4 levels which I stay at basement. Bring your only toiletries as only basic soap provided. Self check in & check out. This is a new concept basic or budget hotel which they hv common area. I saw many guests use this place as co-working space too. No restaurant in this hotel so no breakfast provided. Only have vending machine and laundry room.

PPeter SS Tani stayed for three nights in Hotel Bla Blom l. A great experience and a pretty smooth journey from Arlanda airport to the hotel. I took the airport bus to Central station Stockholm, then subway to Slussen. Hopped onto bus 474 to Vattenhjulet stop, and a five minute walk to Hotel Bla Blom. Hotel has a beautiful history, and its pride on ceramics and porcelain designed paraphernalia, antiques are spectacular. Great scenary by the isle. I need to commend on Ms Camilla Ekstrom, who was at the reception and restaurant in those three days, has always bring out a welcoming smile, and provided superb advice in transport and shopping recommendations when asked. Always attentive to customers' needs! Thank you, Camilla ! You are wonderful!
YydewsCame to the first hotel in Sweden, the first impression is very good! Hotel check-in in the afternoon, not in advance. But the front desk service is good! There are also free fruits, drinks and snacks. The surroundings of the hotel are a bit far from the scenic spots, 2-3km away from the old city, the hotel has a kitchen, and there are supermarkets around, so you can cook your own meals easily!
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect — close to many attractions and public transport. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I truly felt welcome and relaxed throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
GGuest UserIf you live in the city center, you should choose this one. It has a great location, enough space, and more rooms. One of the five chain stores in Stockholm, it provides free hot water and coffee 24 hours a day, but does not provide tea bags, which are provided by its airport hotel. Another difference is that the tea cups here are not like those in the airport store, which have no handles. There is a No. 4 bus that goes directly to Ostra Station less than 300 meters from the door. You can read books freely in the library of the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden, which is the leading science, engineering and technology discipline in Northern Europe.
