Victor and Maria, the owners, were very hospitable. They made sure that their guests are comfortable and even went beyond by providing us anti-altitude sickness meds when we started having symptoms! The breakfast was delicious, we had packed snacks when we left early for Machu Picchu. The king bed room is nice and cozy, with modern bathroom. We felt very welcome and cared while we were in Cusco! Highly recommended to everyone visiting! The reception is also open 24hrs.

Originally, I felt that the hair dryer was not the configuration of each room. I came back later because there was no room and changed a hotel. O café da manhã é ótimo, bem como o atendimento do Brady é da moça responsável que, lamentavelmente , não me recordo o nome agora, mas faz falta um bolo para completar o cardapio. Os funcionários da recepção, Mônica, Alfred, Diego são prestativos, educados e disponíveis para solucionar as demandas dos hóspedes. Ele fica próximo a estação de trem e também dos dois prestadores de transporte para Machu Picchu, Inka Rail e Peru Rail, o que facilita muito para embarcar com destino ao Santuario. Para chegar ao centro histórico a pé leva uns 15 a 20 minutos, e de aplicativo uns 5 minutos e o custo é cerca de 12 soles. Tenho somente uma observação para melhoria da hospedagem que seria buscar uma maneira de minimizar o barulho da recepção para os quartos do piso térreo, considerando que na madrugada muitos dos hóspedes saem com destino a Machu Picchu.

Two couples run. Very nice location, about 5 minutes walk from Cusco Square. However, it is on the slope and the air is thin in the first place because it is a high altitude place. You can also take a shared bus from the airport to the square (if you have a lot of momentum and a lot of heart). However, hot water did not come out at first in the shower. Excellent quality with such cheap price. But you have to aware that satffs might unable to speak English but only Spanish. But never mind, we use google translate and everything is fine. Rooms are clean and facilities are in good condition. Not close to Main Square, need to walk about 20 minutes. But still it is value for price. Suitable for those who just need a clean bed and a clean washroom and nothing else.

The boss was very welcoming and gave us the largest room in the hotel with three beds. The whole hotel is actually what we call a private house modification in China, but the whole Reshui Town is basically the same. This one is by the river, and it is a bit noisy at night. The bath water is quite hot, and the quilt in the room is a bit damp. But the price is there, it is not a problem to stay for one night.

I stayed here 4 nights before and after the Salkantay trek. The first 4 nights were in a studio room which is very nicely decorated with plants and flowers, the last 4 nights were in a double room with a view of the city. I enjoyed my stay in both. The checkout was very easy, I left the key and bags in my room when I left at 4.30am for the salkantay trek, and when I returned, I was immediately brought to my new room with my bags already inside, which felt really nice after a tiring 5 days. The breakfast was nice, had fresh papaya or orange juice. The location was great as well, just about 5 min walk down to the main square (about 10min up) and the first 2 streets from the main square have police officers around which made me feel safer. Also many cafe and restaurants in the streets around it. I was having diarrhoea and feeling unwell on my last day and was grateful that I could check out later to have a longer rest.
