It was a perfect stay. The rooms were lovely, clean and the beds very comfortable. The stuff was always very helpful, offer us a doctor and gave us good tips when we feel bad about the high. They brought our dirty clothes to a laundry and mad breakfast every day.
The few was great and the b&b was close to the center but very quiet as well.
I can highly recommend that place.
Two couples run. Very nice location, about 5 minutes walk from Cusco Square. However, it is on the slope and the air is thin in the first place because it is a high altitude place. You can also take a shared bus from the airport to the square (if you have a lot of momentum and a lot of heart). However, hot water did not come out at first in the shower. Therefore, I had to contact my husband who runs the hotel every time, and that point might have been inconvenient. However, if there is anything on WhatsApp, they will rushed in, let me put my luggage in round 々 when I go to Machu Picchu, and secure a shared bus to the recommended hydroelectric power station. The service on that point was optimal.

I am very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. The decoration is very warm and stylish. The mattress in the house is also very soft. The heating shower is also very high-end. The hot water is sufficient. The key is that there is hot water in the house. You can drink it. This is very important for the Chinese. I also praise the front desk brother for his good service. You can order takeaway and call a taxi. The front desk brother is also very handsome, thank you. I will definitely stay here next time, and the price is very cost-effective. There is a small park at the door, very quiet, the breakfast waiter will also speak English, very satisfied in all aspects

I am generally lazy to comment on the hotel, but this hotel is superb in terms of environment and staff service. I can't help but give 5 stars. First of all, the room is very clean, the decoration is a bit Cusco style, hot water and heating are also available 24 hours a day (not like the motto room is small, Dark, heating limited time supply)
Secondly, the staff is very patient with the customers, answer every question seriously, provide laundry service, really good wife, next time I will set this
Just near the airport, if you live here, you can walk along the pedestrian road to the pier, but if you are in a hurry, you have to take a taxi. Breakfast is not bad, enough to eat enough. There is heating inside and outside the room, and you have to open half of the window to sleep when you sleep, because it is too warm. No matter where you live, you can see the snowy mountains or lakes, especially the clean glass windows in the restaurant. It is no problem to take pictures directly in front of the window. The cleaning staff is really praiseworthy.
Small boutique hotel which is a bit away from the Center of Cusco. The stairs are small maybe problematic if too much luggage

GGuest UserHad two separate bookings with the hotel as I was going to Machu Picchu and staying overnight there. During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.
KK TravelsLet me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice.
But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath.
The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it.
I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep.
Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh
GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel twice; in between I went to Macchu Pichu and left the baggage at the hotel.
Location wise - it’s very central with a PeruRail office next door albeit the other ones are not too far.
Reception is 24hr and there is a nice courtyard with a restaurant as well as a common area with a kitchen at the back.
I stayed in the Teepee tent on both occasions; first time the rate was more affordable at around gbp40/night. In July, the night gets cold. But the tent does have additional blankets and a heater. This worked except on the last night as it seems it stopped in middle of the night. Without the heater, the room was quite cold. The common bathroom is at the back; the showers are ok and you get enough privacy. I noticed the hot water does take a while to come through. I left the baggage in the storage - no issues. Overall good but for same price bracket I would try somewhere else.
CcindyDo not think twice to stay here, just book it!
Me and my husband had an amazing stay here during our trip in Cusco. The hotel is located at the heart of Cusco city and just a few minutes walk to the plaza, along with nearby shops and restaurants. It is run by a lovely family (Jose, Johann, and Miriam) who will greet you very warmly.
We had to get up incredibly early (4am!) for a tour and Jose prepared a packed breakfast for us. I told my husband it feels as if our parents prepared the breakfast because it was very thoughtful and we never got hungry throughout the trip :)
Johan speaks really good english so you will face no issue trying to get some tips around the city.
Thank you so much Johan and family for welcoming us, we will recommend you to everyone looking for a place to stay in Cusco🩷
SS_KKThe rooms were clean and comfortable with a storage heater and hot shower. About 10 minutes walk to the main square. However, when we arrived it was a little strange for us when the receptionist said that we didn't have a booking there even though we had and I had the confirmation receipt to show him. He wasn't responsive until I called Trip.com online service, and then he continued looking and said that he actually found it, so maybe be aware of this happening when you arrive. It was also a little strange that after they checked us in, we had a lot of luggage and staff showed us to the rooms that were quite a walk away and up one set of stairs and two sets of elevators, that they didn't help with anything of the bags. We only noticed this as we had much better service in other hotels in Cusco.
GGuest UserThis hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the markets & main plaza. The beds are comfortable. Rooms with king bed are small. The courtyard is nice. The breakfast was average to below average. The internet is free but intermittent at best. There is a nightclub nearby which plays loud music until 3:30am which makes it really difficult to sleep.
The reason I'm giving this hotel a 3 star is because of the excellent service we received from Oscar Silva Casafranca. He was courteous, efficient and always pleasant & smiling. He helped with our baggage & was quick to answer any questions or queries we had. He's a huge asset to this hotel.
GGuest UserKatari Apart Hotel at Qorikancha was the perfect accommodation for my 3-day trip to Cusco! It is in a great central location, within walking distance to the various plazas with shopping and restaurants. My room was great - clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Alex was an INCREDIBLE host - he was so attentive and responsive and gave me some excellent recommendations for things to do and see and restaurants to eat at. I was able to store my luggage after check out on my last day since I had an evening flight and Alex helped hail a taxi for me to ensure a fair price and safe ride.
Jjy1890Great hotel, just a bit far off the usual areas. Best if you want to be close to the airport. It's around 20-30 minutes to the center. Especially with the traffic around.
Warm shower, good bed and bonus with a personal heater in the room. Sadly no blow dryer in the room. The tub spills out water so be mindful of this.
