This was our last leg of our China trip. The 4 days 3 nights stay at Manyuan was wonderful. The team of staff we met was thoughtful and helpful, and the lead staff 彭谊stood out as a true attentive person. She guided us to book DiDi online Taxi and recommended places for dinner. In addition to enthusiastically recommending us places to go and buying tickets for us for the WuLingYuan National park and ZhangJiaJie Great Canyon with discount, we could feel that they were very concerned about our daily life. My wife said that every day when we returned to the hotel, she felt like she was back home when she heard the friendly ”You're back”. Our female butler 缘缘 helps monitor my online 淘宝purchase that delivered to the hotel. Another two staff worth mentioned was 晓晓 who guide us on the route in the national park of places of interest and skip others if time constraints. And 陈双凤who help us to setup the herbal foot bath. We have chosen Manyuan for its non smoking, clean, spacious rooms that overseeing the stream and sitting there with a glass of wine. It is also easy access to WuLingYuan National Park East gate. There are plenty of Chinese selection for the breakfast. My wife and I especially enjoyed and appreciated the coffee machine, which hardly available in other hotels. We are deeply grateful that we were allowed for late checkout with a small fee due midnight flight. This is really warm and accommodating experience and highly recommend Manyuan to future travelers coming to ZhangJiaJie. 这是我们中国之旅的最后一站。在曼缘的四天三夜住宿经历非常愉快。我们遇到的酒店员工都非常周到与乐于助人，领队彭谊是一位富有经验又细心的人。她指导我们预订滴滴在线出租车并推荐晚餐地点。 除了热心地向我们推荐景点并为我们购买武陵源国家公园和张家界大峡谷的折扣门票外，我们能感受到她们真诚的关心我们的出入起居生活。我的妻子说，每天回到酒店，听到親切的一声＂回来啦＂都感到自己像回到了家。 我们的女管家缘缘帮我跟进我网上购买的淘宝商品送到酒店。另外两位值得一提的员工是晓晓，她指导我们游览国家公园的景点路线。她会建议如果时间紧迫，跳过其他景点。还有陈双凤帮助我们设置草药足浴。 我们选择满园酒店是因为这里有干净、宽敞的禁烟客房，在阳台可以俯瞰溪流，小酎一杯。从酒店前往武陵源国家公园东门也很方便。早餐有很多选择。我和妻子特别喜欢并感谢酒店的咖啡机，这在其他酒店很难找到。 由于我们的搭的是午夜航班，酒店允许我们以付个小费用延迟退房，我们对此深表感谢。对我们来说这是一个非常温暖和照顾周到的住宿体验，强烈推荐未来来张家界的旅客入住曼缘渡假酒店。

Had a pleasant time staying here. Reception was friendly and very helpful in booking tickets for attractions. It was easy to communicate through WeChat, the forest is a 10 minute walk to the entrance . Located close to the shops and the theatre show. Our last day was at Tianmen mountain which is an hour from this hotel. Reception told us we could leave our luggage with them and for 20 yuan per piece they would consign our luggage to the station for us and we could pick it up from there. It worked out extremely well for us as the station is 30 mins from the mountain. Breakfast was good and our view from the room was awesome! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful hotel! The most important thing for us was the location — it’s right next to the funicular, which was very convenient. I especially want to highlight the front desk staff: everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the young woman who helped us with breakfast for our child, called a taxi, walked us to the car, and even gave a toy to our child — it was incredibly kind and touching! Unfortunately, I didn’t ask her name, but I’d like to express my deep gratitude for her care and attention. Overall, the entire staff left a great impression. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have everything you need, except for bathrobes. Breakfasts were excellent — a wide variety of dishes to suit any taste, and finally, during this trip around China, we found real European cuisine! We had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel.

Location is very strategic in town, very close to tianmen cable way, & many restaurants around it. The staffs were the best, very helpful eventho they can’t speak English they tried the best to help. They even help me booked a car to go to the glass bridge & tianmen so I can make it in a day. There’s a travel agent also next to it so you can ask information & buy ticket from there. The facility was best, from breakfast to room, they even upgraded my room to the best one. Thank you!

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The experience was above our expectations. The rooms are very comfortable and new, with huge spaces. The hotel also provides a self-service laundry, which was super convenient. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. We were also provided with transfers to the main locations of interest for a reasonable payment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to newcomers to Zhangjiajie National Park. The staff gave us route maps, booked tickets for us, and stayed in contact throughout our stay, even before our arrival. Thank you very much!

We have a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurant and transportation . The hotel is located next to Changsha railway station.  All the receptionist are very friendly and attentive..  They even upgraded my room during my check-in.  Special thanks to receptionist No. 6 and 9 who have assisted me during my stay. Overall, we have a pleasant day in the hotel and will come back again..

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by an employee at the counter named Meesa. She went above and beyond to assist us, offering great restaurant recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed, including providing water during our multi-night stay. Her dedication and genuine care for guests truly reflect the high standards of hospitality that every hotel should strive for. Meesa is an excellent example of service-minded professionalism, and her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and applaud the team for their commitment to great service. I had a pleasant stay overall, but there was an issue on the first night that affected my experience. My sleep was disrupted due to a strong smell of smoke coming from another room, which somehow entered my room. This was disappointing as it impacted my comfort during the stay.

Very good service , the hotel accommodated all my requests! Breakfast was great ! The location is a little far from everything but is in a quiet place. Lots of places to eat around. I wanted to do laundry but the laundry room was quite humid and scary looking so I didn’t go! Otherwise pretty good hotel. Shampoo , conditioner and body wash are amazing.

Strategic location - only 2 mins away from the 黄兴步行街. Excellent service - I arrived earlier than the check-in time and they have managed in order for me to check in earlier. Great effort. Prompt response - They will ask you to add their WeChat. Anything you need could send a message through WeChat and a reasonably fast response. Cleanliness - Clean, they will clean your room everyday even though we were staying for 3 nights. Trash was also taken care of. Amenities were also refurbished. Wonderful Hospitality - they offered a check out souvenirs and ask if we need anything on our way to the railway station. Definitely worth your money.

I really enjoyed my 3-night stay there. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The front desk staff, especially the welcoming gentleman I met upon arrival, was very friendly. While the staff didn’t speak English, they made an effort to understand me, and I was able to communicate using a translator. The hotel also offers free laundry facilities on the second floor and complimentary coffee in the lobby. The hotel room was spotless. If I have the chance to return, this would definitely be my first choice. The only downside was a slight smell of smoke in the elevator and lobby area.

Upon arrival, we are warmly welcome by the counter staff~叶子小姐 who assisted me in checking in to the room. She was so kind to give us a free up grade of having 4 beds (1 king, 1 single and 2 single beds instead of my original 3 beds ~ 1 king, 1 double and 1 single) on top of that, she added me in the WeChat to introduce places of interest to visit and to message her if we needed further assistance. The location is good as malls everywhere near hotel. There is also a karaoke at level 4. Use 大众点评网to book the room. We had a good deal of having singing session for a small room for RMB $40.🤫

The service and amenities are great for families - my children enjoyed it very much. The location is super convenient.

Very near to subway and high speed train station but for a first timer, it's kind of difficult to locate the hotel as there is no direction signage to the hotel, luckily Baidu map helped a lot. Other than that, room quality is the best, almost 5 stars standard if not on par. Clean and well maintained room with Baidu assistant controller.

It is close to the airport, however, it is still too far to walk. Their promised bus was actually publicly shared between multiple hotels. By the time it arrived at our hotel, it was too full to let us on. We almost missed our flight because of this. The hotel should accept partial responsibility for this, because they claim they have a free shuttle service every thirty minutes, which is not completely true. Otherwise it was good value for money. 它离机场很近，但步行仍然太远。他们承诺的巴士实际上在多家酒店之间公开共享。当它到达我们的酒店时，太多人我们无法上。因此，我们差点错过了航班。酒店应该对此承担部分责任，因为他们声称每三十分钟有一次免费班车服务，但这并不完全正确。否则，它物有所值。

The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is just 2 Metro stops away from popular shopping district Wuyi Square. It is also conveniently located on the same Metro line as the airport station. There is also a convenience store and food street nearby to the hotel. Staff at the hotel were very helpful, offering us more bottled water when requested and the reception staff also sent us recommendations for food and tourist attractions. Hotel room was also clean with all required amenities available. Breakfast buffet was also delicious and had a good spread. Overall a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Very convenient location for Changsha South Railway. Room clean and spacious. Laundry facilities and gym on 15th floor. However, I was shocked at the lack of sound proofing between rooms. As someone who had chosen the hotel as I had an early train the next morning, I was continually woken up through the night by other guests returning. You can even hear fellow guests turning on / off their light switches in the neighbouring rooms…

I had a wonderful stay at Metropolo Hotel Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain. The location is fantastic, situated in a great area close to Tianmen Mountain and other attractions. The staff were friendly and very helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was not only affordable but also clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. Overall, it’s a great value hotel with excellent service and a prime location!

I absolutely loved this hotel! My friend and I stayed here and the staff were absolutely stellar! I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the staff was so hands-on and helpful. From the moment I booked the room, Dandan the butler had been communicating with me about booking tickets and airport pickup. When we got there, they picked us up and went over an itinerary that fit our needs since we were only there two days. Dandan took care of all our transportation to the scenic places AND the staff also took us (free of charge!) to a really great massage place after we got back because our feet hurt. On our second day, my friend had to go to the hospital for something minor and they gave her a ride without hesitation, again free of charge. I’ve truly never had such an amazing experience at a hotel. Dandan was very responsive to all our questions and needs when we were in the park. Also the place is very clean and the rooms are lovely!!! Breakfast is good and the view is great. I love that it’s attached to a cafe so that was cool to hang out after a whole day of walking at the national park. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks so much Dandan you really made our experience stress free and so much better!!!!

The hotel is strategically located near the bus station, many shops and restaurants are just walking distance. The room is very spacious and comfortable, giving us really good rest after the tiring hike in the national park. The front desk is helpful too, they recommended us a very good restaurant for our dinner. I really had a good stay there.

I am very happy yo have chosen this hotel. as i walked around town looking at most home stay, I felt that hotel kechao has provided such an excellent service with their special way. Upon arrival, they have given a lot of instructions on how to visit this town. They have also given us some fruits once we were back to the room. The room is probably one of the best in town I would say. I have studied a lot of other hotels but I am so happy with this one. Plus it is directly next to famous hongqiao bridge. Before you start your journey they gave you a rough guide instructions on how best to walk around the ancient town. Once you start walking, you can use the interactive map the hotel sent you via wechat. All in all, this is the best stay throughout my trip. Thanks to both the staff Hwa Hwa and Yingzi. They have been such a great help. All the photos are from my own stay. Have I mentioned their breakfast? My gosh... It was one of the most satisfying one. They brought it to our room. Maybe because it was the low season but it is really much appreciated. Nice breakfast. Their shampoo is so fragrant that we wanted to buy but too bad it wasn't for sale. Plus the room has got the smart control system using xiaudo. But only in Chinese. We definitely appreciate they hotel for their service.

Had a great stay at this hotel! Because the hotel is new, all the amenities are in great condition and is very nicely renovated and clean! The location is also ideal if you want a quieter spot near the ancient town. The hotel provides unlimited free transport to the entrance of the ancient town as well, which makes it more convenient to get around! Yanzi (燕子管家） is also a great host and helps to arrange transportation from the train station 👍 overall great service, quite convenient location, and clean/beautiful room!

I left my jacket at the hotel with passport. Hotel staff was very helpful to arrange for driver to send it over to me who was waiting at the railway station, in time for me to catch the train. Really appreciate the hotel for their excellent service. Prompt attention to guests is apparent from the moment I booked this hotel. It was a great stay in Fenghuanggucheng. Thanks!

Service was excellent here, each one of the workers was so friendly and gave us free fruit and snacks the day we arrived. They let us choose which room we wanted to stay in, and also organised pick ups to and from the hotel, which we really appreciate. View was lovely too and we were able to see the fireworks. Highly recommend staying here :)

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, quiet and comfy with nice view of the town. The impeccable and responsive service is unmatchable! The breakfast was adequate and the home cooked noodles were delicious. We would stay here again next time.

Strategically located within the Fenghuang Ancient Town, easily accessible as it closed to the main road. Closed to restaurants. We had a room facing the enchanting river with Beautiful view anytime of the day. The forever friendly and helpful ladyboss who explained all the walking distance tourists spots.

This inn was well located in the heart of the old town with shops, cafes and restaurants in close proximity, yet ideally away from the noise and the bustle so that one can sleep very soundly. It has a lovely roof terrace which offers a panoramic view of the river. A late night snack was offered and the kind owner even gave us a bottle of local candy. He also arranged for our transport to the rail station without charge. Because my partner has trouble climbing stairs, the considerate owner arranged for us to have a room on a lower floor. All in all, a very pleasant stay and i would definitely book this inn again.

Good comfortable hotel in Fenghuang. It was in a great location because it was just far enough away from the river to not hear the loud noises at night from the nightclubs, but close enough that we could step outside and immediately be in the old city. The beds were comfortable and the staff were happy to provide extra pillows and bottles of water upon request. A very nice stay.

The stay was so beautiful & homey! We were picked up from the train station for free and the driver helped us with the baggages as soon as he saw us. Upon arriving, the lady owner and aunties also helped us carried all our big luggages happily. In the morning the owners & aunties greeted us & served us breakfast, making us feel very at home. Great location as its walking distance and the center of all the popular spots to visit in Fenghuang. The owner also help arranged ride back to railway station, thou the fee was more than Didi, we still chose their transport as it was much more convenient and definitely a more safer drive. Overall i recommend the stay to anyone visiting Fenghuang. Thank you for the owners and aunties for the great hospitality. We had a very comfortable & memorable stay!

We liked the decor of the hotel. The location is very central, right on the river and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. We had a room with a balcony and were able to watch the dragon boat training during the day. Our room was spacious and had everything you needed. Everywhere was very clean. The hotel staff helped us organize excursions. When we left, a member of staff accompanied us in the car. We had a very nice chat. We had a pleasant stay and felt welcome.
