The hotel's location is super convenient, directly opposite the cable car station, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is very clean, which made for a great experience. The service was attentive, and breakfast was abundant with a wide variety of choices. Areas for improvement regarding facilities include: 1. Adding a few hooks in the bathroom. It's inconvenient to have to step out of the shower to dry off and get dressed. 2. The room doors are quite noisy when closing, and you can hear the doors closing from neighboring rooms. 3. The elevator wait times are a bit long, averaging 1-2 minutes. 4. The TV size could be larger. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

This hotel offers a perfect room for a family of three. The hygiene is excellent, and they provide disposable towels. The breakfast is also very delicate and thoughtfully prepared. The location is fantastic, right next to the Maglev station. When we checked out, the owner even drove us to the high-speed rail station, which was incredibly convenient. From the window, you can enjoy a quiet night view, as it's far from the noisy bar street. It's very peaceful. There are a few great restaurants if you walk towards the ancient town, though getting in and out of the ancient town itself is a bit of a walk.

The hotel is located at the entrance of the upstream scenic area, offering a tranquil escape from the bustling surroundings. The cat is adorable and well-behaved. Facilities: The bathroom is tiny, and the shower is really cramped. Mosquito repellent is provided, but it's not very effective, so I recommend bringing your own. Service: The staff (guys) are very enthusiastic and attentive. The guesthouse doesn't have an elevator, but someone will help you with your luggage 🧳. Environment: Open the French windows, and the real view is shown in Picture 1. It's stunning! The ancient town is very lively at night. I recommend exploring the architecture and trying the local snacks during the day. The fried tofu and sticky rice yogurt drink are excellent! You absolutely must try the restaurant in Picture 3! The owner is incredibly welcoming!

I want to take a moment here to describe one of my best moments with the staff from this establishment. Not only this place is located neitherly next to the fall for the best view; but they were always there to provide mewith the best care I also never experienced before from giving me a private tour around from themselves willingness, give me free liquor or drinks even if I didn’t want to some time.🤗. I got dressed up from his brothers shop; for me was an honour to be like having their cultural outfit for the day, show me the best restaurants around to taste the rich flavours of the region. And off course the incredible view at night from my balcony is unbelievable. This pale can receive sigle, couple and families. The room are rusting and very warm. It’s for me a 5 stars of the personality of the place and base on luxury. You won’t regret it! 👍🏼💝🙏

1. The room was spacious with high ceilings and an open feel. Stepping out, you're greeted by the pool and mountain views. 2. Breakfast was plentiful, a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options, perfect for fueling up before heading out to the mountains. 3. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Mid Gate, which helps you avoid the crowds and tour groups typically found at the East Gate. This means no long queues, direct access to transportation, saving time, and avoiding stress – no need to wake up extra early during your vacation. 4. The owner was incredibly thoughtful and provided exceptional service. They helped us plan our itinerary even before we arrived. When the weather unexpectedly changed during our stay, they quickly adjusted our plans to make sure we made the most of the good weather. 👍

The hotel is well located with eateries nearby, easy for a solo traveller. The room is amazingly beautiful and comfortable. The front desk & other hotel staffs are approachable and helpful. Especially the laundry room for guest, the staff will help to transfer your washed laundry into the dryer. When you are not back to collect your laundry in time, they will help to put them into clean laundry bags provided by the hotel. In other words, the washers and dryers are readily available for next user. I m impressed with this additional service.

The hotel was very close to the center and had an amazing view (river, bridge and even a show). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was also very kind, he came to pick us up and carried our luggage to the hotel and called us a taxi (didi is not available in Fenghuang). The only downside is that something was leaking in the bathroom so the floors were wet (but that did not bother us) and some things weren't clean (the bedside lamp had so much dust and we found a hair on the mattress).

This was my first time in Changsha, and I discovered this hotel through [App Name]. However, I didn't book through the cheaper options I saw on [another App - screenshot provided], as I also found this hotel on Trip.com. Although there was a price difference between the two platforms, I didn't hesitate and paid a higher price than what was listed on [App Name]. But I encountered some significant issues: 1. I felt that the staff were not very accommodating to out-of-town guests when assigning rooms. The hotel's promotions mentioned beautiful panoramic views, but my room actually faced a residential building and was on the shaded side. 2. The promised welcome fruit, coffee, and bottled water were completely missing. 3. When I booked, it stated that first-time users would receive a complimentary room upgrade. Yet, when I checked in, this was never even mentioned. Don't tell me all the rooms were full; I checked around 10 PM that day and saw all room types were available for booking. 4. I specifically requested a quiet room in my booking notes. Instead, they placed me opposite what seemed to be a staff lounge or staff room, where I could clearly hear them talking in the mornings. I'm not sure if your service approach to out-of-towners is one of neglect or intentional disregard, but my overall experience was very negative. You might say, 'If there's a problem, go to the front desk.' But I already made specific notes. Should I really have to communicate everything a second time? Good service isn't just about a sweet, gentle voice; it's about satisfying every detail a customer brings up. I can only say I probably won't be returning next time. This level of service, for over 600 yuan for two nights, is just not worth it.

This second visit to Changsha left a lasting impression, all thanks to Pujing Hotel! The stay was absolutely perfect!!! From check-in, I felt so much genuine care – they proactively upgraded my room when they saw I was traveling with a child, which I really appreciate. A big thank you to the lady who checked me in on the afternoon of May 29th. The room had a fantastic, open view facing south towards a quiet residential area, incredibly comfortable and peaceful. The hotel exit is right by the subway station, making it super convenient to get to scenic spots and shopping areas! During my stay, there was also afternoon tea available. For laundry service, I just needed to book in advance, and someone would pick it up, wash it, fold it neatly, and return it. The front desk even provided taxi vouchers to the high-speed rail station, saving both hassle and money. Housekeeping service was always prompt (e.g., they immediately refilled the hand soap when it ran out). I stayed for two nights, and the room was spotlessly clean each day. With such attention to detail and value-added experiences, I'll definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit this city!

Love it! Went on low season and the staff (小李）upgraded the room for us. 270 degree view of the mountains. We arrived past dinner time and every one was very hospitable and they had the chef wait for us abit and had dinner cooked for us. Highly recommend the stir fry cucumber. Super shiok if u are Singaporean like me. Breakfast was local fare which was a good change from hotel food. Local but delicious 😋. Don't need to prebook any of your Zhangjiajie tickets. Just pre inform them and they will help you plan and book accordingly. Remember the day starts and ends early and both parks are a easy but it is still a hike/walk nonetheless. So if you want to visit more than 1 attraction a day, remember to sleep early and start ur day early. Overall, a FANTASTIC stay and of I come back, this is sure the place I wanna stay.
