When I step in to the hotel after a long travel., the first smile from the receptionist .. turned my tired in to energetic. This hotel located very close all eateries, shoppings and casinos. We can enjoy all these with in the building itself. Without expose to cold or rain.

Pros:
It’s very cheap — only around RM100 per night including tax! Really affordable and super worth it! The room is also spacious. Parking can be waived for free!
Cons:
It’s about a 20-minute drive up to Genting First World (about 10 minutes drive down from Genting to the hotel). The location is a bit far and secluded. The reception, parking, and hotel entrance are quite far apart. Every time you go out, you need to get the parking waived, change elevators, and walk quite a bit. After getting our room card and parking ticket, we had to go to the 7th floor, exit the lift, and switch to another elevator just to get to the one that leads to the rooms. We noticed it wasn’t just us — everyone seemed lost and confused. The directions and signage were really unclear. Every time we went out, someone was asking for directions.

Overall, the stay is very comfortable and i will definitely come back during my next trip. Had a few issues in the room but nothing complicated, the staff were very friendly and helpful, all problems solved within half an hour. Breakfast is good with normal usual choices (toast is good! Strawberry jam and pandan kaya paste is good too!) but the dining environment is superb and cooling. Would 100% recommend this hotel 😄

So far it was fun and peaceful environment. The jacuzzi and night lights was beautiful. Lots of picture was captured. Thanks to the staff that helps us prepare for the jacuzzi…it was nice and warm. Really relax and great experience.

Overall is good. The location is quite convenient. The golf course is in front of the balcony and the scenery is beautiful. The house is quite clean, the kitchen has a microwave, rice cooker, hot water bottle, refrigerator, kitchenware, etc. The only thing to improve is that the wash basins of the two toilets are a bit blocked (the water is slow). You need to wait for the water to flow. The next person can use 😂, and one of the water heaters can't operate without hot water! ! The 16-degree weather didn't have to take a hot bath. It was really cold and shivering. If the above is handled well, it will be more perfect. I will still choose this one next time I go to Cameron. Iris house resort

Apartment comes with full kitchen facilities, and everything is working. So very happy with that. Cleanliness of the apartment in general is very questionable though. Not very clean and do take note of that. But the beds are clean so that’s a plus.
Love the view and when we were there, Genting was covered in a thick fog and mist, so was very very magical and very enjoyable weather.

Location is close to the Genting Resort.The apartment has a microwave, water dispenser and induction cooker, which are convenient for family use.The room light is cosy and the bed is comfortable. There are broken parts in the clothes hanging hook and the toilet paper holder. Besides, there is a smoke detector on top of the bed ceiling floor keeps flashing disturbing the sleep. I hope the balcony and the futon bed mattress cover can be cleaned properly, looking at the stains on the bedsheet covers made me sleep at the living sofa better. General rating is moderate.

Great environment. Relaxing and doable. Great Sunrise except for occasional overcast. The beach is white. The size of the room is comfortable. Beds are big. The deluxe room has a small balcony which leads to the swimming pool and dining hall. The room is not the cleanest. Saw some baby cockroaches running around the bathroom. The pillows are way too soft. The Aircon power is very weak Occasional power trips.
There are a few dive shops along the way. Good selection for divers who wants different experience diving around Juara. Food prices are average. There is a roti canai shop mia cafe. Which sells out out very quickly. Be on time at 7am if you want to try it.

Everything is good… but the corridor is dirty cannot enjoy when go outside. All facilities provided but when I use wash machine not clean so well maybe need to be service. Hopefully can improve more good service and the staff help me change room due to our req. Thank you.

AAnonymous UserCheck in took about 2 hours. Booked under Trip (3rd party) can’t check in using kiosk. I asked the officer and he gave me Q number for counter. Waited for 90 pax. When reach counter the lady mentioned need to pay RM15 for counter check in.She mentioned I supposed need to go to kiosk check in assistant. But the officer at the first place didn’t mention this. The instruction is very messy. Hope Genting can improve this and give a clearer instruction.

AAnonymous UserThis is my second time booking this hotel. This time, I chose the Garden Chalet King. The room is spacious, but the bathroom is smaller compared to the Beach Chalet. In the Beach Chalet, the sink, shower, and toilet are all inside the bathroom. For the Garden Chalet, the sink is placed outside, right next to the entrance.
The chalet has a balcony facing a pond, which could have been a nice feature. Unfortunately, it wasn’t well maintained and was covered in lizard droppings. Even inside the room, I found ants and baby cockroaches. The room felt dusty and poorly maintained.
Despite the condition of the room, the environment is still pleasant. It’s walking distance to the beach, with plenty of food options nearby. The town is also not too far if you want to explore.

AAnonymous UserHad a great time at this boutique hotel. It’s relatively new and adopt a very interesting design concept. They only have 10 rooms I think. The landscaping around the hotel was really nice. The location of this place is in Tanah Rata, so it’s not as crowded as Brinchang, also it’s not as congested in terms of traffic. You only get one car park per room. It’s situated right at the end of the street, quite secluded and very private.
There’s no one waiting during check in, basically, you text a number and someone comes out to give you keys to your room and ask for breakfast selection for the following morning. All communication was done through the WhatsApp. We also asked for extra towels and shampoo, owners were very courteous and generous.
Felt very safe for my family with young children could just roam around freely. In terms of amenities, there’s no swimming pool or gym facilities. But there’s a place to do bbq and gather in the common area. They give you the auto gate lock if you were to drive out and come back late at night, you can allow yourself in and lock the gate yourself.
In the morning you can hear very loud bird chirping. The air was very fresh! But we were awoken by the loud noise of grass trimming from next door, some government office. There’s also a dormitory next door and you can hear evening prayers.
Nearby, there’s a lot of shops and restaurants whereby you will find no problems settling your meals, about 5 mins walk down to the Main Street.
Just a few things to note :
- There’s a lot of stairs and if you have elderly in your entourage, it is not very convenient getting to the room. You may ask for ground floor rooms of course. The stairs worked super well for my children though, they just enjoyed going up and down so much!
- We booked loft rooms. The toilet and bath tub is located next to the main door. It’s open concept, meaning if you were to take a shower at night or go to toilet, it’s going to be cold.
- The beds are on the top floor, so if you need the bathroom in the middle of the night, you have to walk down the stairs.
- The bathtub and shower design is not so convenient for young children or elderly.
- Breakfast comes in very cute tiffin boxes. They place it outside your door around 8 plus. However, I always couldn’t catch their delivery on time, and most times the food is rather cold already.
Overall, I still enjoyed my stay very much. I think would very suitable for young couples, and groups of young travelers.

Mmeemee teongThe parking lot is limited bcoz it's open for public as well, extra careful when u turn in to parking entrance, very steep down to basement, need to tell the parking attendant if u are guests, else u need to pay parking fees, location is great, next to sheep sanctuary, quite smelly when the wind blow towards hostel, cleanliness need to be improved, toilet overflow during shower, I hv to clear d clots in bathroom drainage, beds too soft for those having problem with backbone issues, no lift to the rooms (highest us 3rd floor), there is beautiful garden setting at ground floor

TTom ShantiAbsolutely love this hotel. Its located at the heart of the national park! Park center is also located within the resort, all the nature walks are literally a stone throw away. If you were to stay elsewhere, you have to cross the river.
Breakfast and dinner were amazing!
The jungle walk, late berkoh boat ride and night boat ride are absolutely must!
Boat rides seat 4pax, so if you are in a party of 4 will be the best else you would have to find others to share or pay for the whole boat.
River ferry to the village is just Rm1 each way. 1min ride and a avaliable readily, we didn't had to wait at all.
In my opinion this is the beat place to stay in.
