The counter staff was good. Help us to arrange our room near the exit area as we have two elderly people with legs problem. However, sound proof not good. As we can hear a lot of lorries are passed by especially after midnight. So most of us dint sleep well. Bathroom is clean. Water Shower was strong. Bed generally is clean. But red bolster got weird smell.

Very poor self service check-in process. There were no proper directions and guidance. Used the self check machines hoping to check in early, only to found out that all online bookings of hotels need to first Q up at the OTA line for the staff to input your ID in their booking system before you can do self check in. Total time spent waiting at the OTA Q is about 1 hr. Took a Q number of for service counter to help but they were 50 over people in-front of me. As I have child with me, decided to go for lunch. Came back at 3pm to do self check in and no keep showing no room available. Ended up I had to approach the service counter for help. As I have missed my Q number, I approached the supervisor but was told to wait at counter 10 which was not moving. As I saw counter 7 was cleared, I went up and was served by Miss Dyna. I appreciated her outstanding customer service. Knowing that I had booked 2 rooms, she straight away assigned adjoining rooms for me without asking. However, the first assigned rooms weren’t adjoining so we have to return back to counter and approach her. She apologised and re-assigned the rooms to us and this time is correct. Glad to serve by her which makes our day pleasant. As for the rooms, don’t expect too much. I was assigned to level 4 and facing another room windows. The floors weren’t clean as hair, dirt can still be found on floor, so we go to buy slippers. no wifi in the hotels and network in the rooms were poor. Despite having data roaming or even eSIM it was bad. The only plus point was easy accessible. Best to get better rooms if with children. The rooms photos should be updated as is misleading.

The unit was really good. Some noise pollution due to ongoing construction nearby. Very clean and comfy. Check in process can take up to half an hour and starts on at 3pm. Checkout is at 11am (should consider changing to 12 noon) Short drive to many restaurants and convenient stores. Really good stay. Will return again soon.

Good points - Clean room. Clean bathroom. Bed was comfy. Bedsheets was nice and clean. Bath towels were clean and fluffy. Plenty of lifts. Shower was hot. Breakfast buffet was expected for the price paid. Bad points - Room was small. Had a full length window facing another block of rooms. Unable to open the glass window. Aircon was not cold - woke up a few times feeling hot. Unable to control the aircon. Bath mat was not provided. Carpet in the corridor outside looks like it has not been vacuumed for months. Keycard was a bit difficult to work - had to keep swiping it to open the door.

Thanks for the owner i got upgraded to Whyndam Ion Majestic. So lucky the reception said im the choosen one. The hotel really new and pretty. Service of the hoteliers really great. The breakfast really really nice with lot of varieties. The hotel room so nice have some small pantry. Really enjoy and will go back here again for sure

The toilet in the room smelled bad for the three days we stayed. When I got up the next morning , I press the cleaning notice in the room ,but no one came to deal with it at 9.30pm. I complained to the management staff in the apps, and the answer I got was that the room could not be cleaned until I stayed for more that four days. In the end, the management staff said they could only change towel for you. Fortunately the staff were polite.

1st time staying in Ion d'Lement, nice unit with 3 rooms and lovely price on Thursday night. Spacious apartment, TV with limited channels, wifi, clear procedure to check-in and out. Mineral water provided, comfy bed, warm indoor swimming pool, pool towels provided, food & restaurant available at the same floor. Colder weather than Gohtong Jaya. Will return.. and check out the evening and morning from the unit!

Beautiful and clean hotel, with friendly staffs! Booked the deluxe room with balcony and I have nothing bad to say. The view and design is nice, room is equipped with Smart TV. There’s laundry machine and coway water refill outside at the public area too. Location is close to all the restaurants/coffeeshops (walking distance). Do note that parking is not free. All in all, an excellent experience!

Our stay here was great, Room was complete with all amenities, can cook can do laundry. Building facilities also was nice. Check in was okay for me, as management texted all the details before we arrive. Thank you maple home! Definitely will repeat whenever come Genting again.

My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. I was assigned a room at 4th floor. Since its at lower level of its 15 storey, I requested a room facing not facing the noisy main street. Good choice: view of a football filed, a mosque and part of the city. The room: The Hotel management probably believe that 1980s heyday decor is a selling point. Save for the flat screen telly, the rest still preserves its 80s setting: louvred wardrobe, bedside cabinet central console with rocker switches, blanket on top of sheets (not quilt), tiled (not marbled) bathroom floor, queen (not king) bed. They try to keep the cleanliness but the permanent stains on chairs, moulds around aircond vent, peeling furniture paint, mildew on bathroom wall are beyond the housekeeping department’s routine; the whole place needs serious makeover.

Just had a fantastic stay at Adena Beach Resort in Kuantan! 🌴 The resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury with its beautiful beachfront location. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the South China Sea. 🏖️ The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable. The highlight was definitely the direct access to the beach, where we enjoyed long walks and serene sunsets. Great for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation if you’re looking to unwind by the sea.

Spacious studio! Nice view from the hotel ! Kids pool is the best! My kids have so much fun 😍 Near the beach and great sport water facilities jet ski & atv.. numbers of local foods nearby and it's not too far from the hotel. Definitely worth every penny! Surely will be coming back soon!

Location of hotel is great, at the center of kuantan city and easy access to many places. The room is clean n comfortable. Breakfast is good also.

Unfortunately we got the parking view and 3rd floor. And the parking is far. Climb downstairs. Key on the other hand. U gotta jimmy to open it. Perks of facing parking is it is not loud. Boring tv channel selection. Basic kitchen. Water heater not functioning properly. No toothpaste whatsoever just a soap shower gel. Wont repeat because its a bit scary. Eerie a bit. We felt like someone is watching us.lol. anyways, Its still nice place to stay but I wont repeat, nice pool tho. Tq. Atleast it is clean.overall. nice experience. The host is friendly and easy access through whatsapp only.didnt answer any calls. On top of that, there are flies in the room and Aircond suiz for the twin room needs fixing. Good place to stay for short stay and if you dont mind far parking and facing car park as for us, we dont mind. 3rd floor.

The beach is approximately 100m away. There are no sea-view rooms. The price is reasonable. You can request a buggy if you need to go to the restaurant at Royal Chulan Villa. The room condition is average – the air conditioning is cold, and the bathroom is clean. However, the sofa might need an upgrade. Breakfast is not bad. The staff are helpful and friendly. It’s also within walking distance to Marion Cafe if that’s important to you.

Very easy self check in thanks to host instructions. We really enjoy our stay here. Timurbay is very suitable for family, and if you prefer staying in than exploring Kuantan. This place is a bit far from the town (around 20 min) but everything is complete and nearby. Got many pools and direct access to the beach, got cafes and shops around. The room is also very comfortable and clean 👍🏻

Never doubt about E Red Hotel because ive stay in their hotel in Bukit Mertajam last week, when i found out there have E Red Hotel in Kuantan i straightaway booked with a second doubt! Good job on the management and all the team members from E Red Hotel
