5-Star Hotels in Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany

Very good, clean and comfortable, with a good sense of space; water is expensive in Europe, so I added extra purified water; the external environment is beautiful~

Highly recommended – modern, high-quality, and genuinely welcoming! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, new, modern, and furnished to a very high standard – truly a place to feel at home! Everything shines, is spotlessly clean, and stylishly designed. Guests are welcomed with genuine warmth and friendliness, and the staff are incredibly kind, polite, and professional. It's evident that a lot of effort goes into ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. Breakfast was outstanding – lovingly prepared and presented, with everything your heart could desire. A particular highlight was the perfectly prepared avocado toast with Eggs Benedict – simply divine! The coffee was also delicious and served with a friendly smile. The location is central, yet remarkably quiet. There's a fantastic view, making it a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. The room's decor is stylish and beautifully coordinated. We felt completely at home and will definitely be back!

The hotel was very clean and the room facilities were well-equipped. Above all, I was grateful that slippers were provided, which is rare in European hotels. Access from the central station was somewhat inconvenient, as it was necessary to climb a footbridge to cross a large road, and the lobby was on the ground. Also, although I paid through Trip.com, I was forced to pay an additional one-night deposit (149 euros) on the day, and although it is pending, it will take a month for the refund to be made... Perhaps the connection with trip.com is not working properly.

No baby bed was offered to us. Given the bed configuration in the room (two single beds pushed together), getting a baby to sleep isn't exactly easy. The beds, moreover, have mattresses that are too soft, and I think they're actually filled with water, which, beyond comfort, could be recommended. The bathroom doesn't have a door, so there's no room for privacy...

If there is a Steigenberger hotel in the city I am visiting, it's my hotel of choice. Super clean, organized, well maintained, and has everything I need and more. The quality standard is there,always. Here in Stuttgart, was perfect,as usual

The hotel is just below Heidelberg Castle, and the lake is Lake Neka, with invincible scenery. The hotel waiter looked at us very enthusiastically. We didn't need to say anything to know that we were waiting for us. He helped us arrange parking. Check-in was very fast. A girl also helped us with a heavy box. The elevator couldn't fit. She took the stairs to lift it up. Breakfast is very positive, not the ordinary kind of buffet, but specially prepared for us.

The hotel was fantastic and very stylish. I'd definitely love to stay here again if I'm in the area. Highly recommended! RUMOURS is a niche design boutique hotel that's part of the Marriott family. They also have locations in Munich and Baden-Baden, with each property boasting its own unique design. There's something about its simple and clean aesthetic that I really love!

Reception needs to be improved. More Training for the new associates is necessary.  More space in the Sauna will be great,  Towels in Sauna was missing.  Outstanding Dinner and Breakfast.

This is one of the few privately owned five-star hotels in Europe. It is indeed a five-star hotel in terms of rooms, services, breakfast, etc. The room is European style, simple and comfortable, and it is worth experiencing. A room for 3 people can have an extra bed, which is a wall bed, which is relatively rare. It was a surprise on this trip to Europe.

The spa area was very nice and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally well stocked and there were enough places to sit. Unfortunately, the waitress in the breakfast room seemed a bit rushed and had her own ideas about who should sit where so that their routes were as short as possible. Humanly understandable, but not so happy with the service in a hotel like this.
