In this small town, this hotel is very special, the room is clean, the overall is very good, the front desk girl is particularly enthusiastic, forgot to ask what the name is.
The Blue Windows house is an excellent choice for travelers. The apartment was perfect for three people. It was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful (Beatris). I definitely will stay again. I love it
I especially like Cuenca.
The hotel is a former residence. Every room layout will be different. Waiting for you to check in to explore surprises. Or have a terrace, or a balcony.
The room can see the St. Pablo Bridge and the monastery opposite, and it takes ten minutes to walk. On the bridge you can see the hanging house and our hotel.
Breakfast in the restaurant, the window is beautiful, very pleasant.
The location is relatively remote, but it is no problem for self-driving tours. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant is large. There are mosquitoes in the summer. It is recommended that the front desk prepare mosquito coils. There is no kettle in the room, and the one borrowed from the front desk was broken. Suggestions for improvement
The price is very high, you can park at the door, if you park in the underground garage, it will cost 15 euros a night. The parking lot is a bit small and is a voice-controlled light, a bit scary hahahahaha
Nice location.
Pretty hotel.
Good service with helpful reception staff.
Could be improved with better cleaning in the room and a fresher smell.
Prices become indecent around summer, same as every big city in Spain. However it’s certainly not worth the price paid.

Location is good, in the heart of the old city. Hotel and rooms are average/good We had a good stay. However all these experience were spoiled by the poor services of the waitress during the breakfast. The waitress were cool and seemed to have very bad mood. The breakfast room was closed using a rope until the waitress came and slowly checked the customers one by one. The waitress were impolite and even told the customers to eat in certain manner. The hotel rating would be much better if they have better training to their waitress.

Very Good
GGuoyibingA hotel I personally like very much, converted from a medieval monastery, the location is excellent, it is a perfect attraction in itself, highly recommended
GGuest UserEl hotel no está muy bien ubicado, no tiene estacionamiento propio y es muy difícil estacion**** cerca. El hotel esta bonito y tiene todo lo necesario para un estancia agradable pero si es muy complicado estacion**** cerca.
The hotel is not very well located, it does not have its own parking lot and it is very difficult to park nearby. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay but it is very difficult to park nearby.
WWEIRANBreakfast did not eat! A little distance from the scenic spot! It is very convenient to drive by car. It is necessary to go a little earlier. Sometimes it will be no place at night. There is no charge for parking! There is a bus to the cliff house at the door
NNoel Carpio1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock.
2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion.
3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria.
4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.

BBendilaohuThe hotel is in the center of Cuenca, and the city garden is at the door. Walk to the old city cathedral and the hanging house for about 1 km. The old town prohibits non-registered resident vehicles, and will automatically shoot fines. There are many paid parking spaces on the roadside around, and free parking is available from 8 pm to 9 am. The front desk service was warm and the room was large and comfortable. The restaurant is also open to the outside world, very good.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, but it's not in the old town. It's on the hill opposite the old town, so you can overlook the old town, the church and the castle. The sunset is very beautiful. You must stay at this hotel when you go to Toledo. Check in at 15:00. If you arrive early, you can only send your luggage and go to the old town. There are shuttle buses to the old town, or you can walk. It will take about an hour to walk.

CChunyaziIn order to see the Cardinal's Resident Cathedral and the ancient Roman Bridge in Toledo, staying at the Maria Hotel, the beauty at the front desk arranged a nice room for us, you can see the church on the mountain, there is a parking garage.
