We were late getting there 00:00hrs, the security gate was shut. We called through for code, ok we’re in!
Machine asked for last name on booking- no booking found!! Put 1st and last name - booking found! Hooray, now 1am.
Room ok clean enough for 1 night, no towels at all for 3 people!!
Always smell of cigarettes smoking in room & corridor!!
The clerks on the morning shift and the evening shift are all very friendly and willing to communicate and inform about nearby supermarket facilities and so on.
The environment is very average, just enough for one night's sleep.
Being able to walk to Ikea next door was an unexpected bonus.
The breakfast croissant was delicious.
Not far from the city center, the traffic is convenient, the front desk staff are very enthusiastic and can park for free. Breakfast is simple. The bathroom sewer tastes heavier.
Good points: Friendly helpful staff, both on check in at 3am and at checkout at 12pm. Secure gated parking in front of the rooms. En suite bathroom. Clean bedding.
Bad points were: °Flashing bedside light that would not turn off all night.
°Door to the room from outside would not close properly unless slammed very hard (possibly waking up half of the hotel).
°Cleaner banging on the door about 8am after only being asleep for about 3 hours. (no Do not disturb sign)
Overall its not a bad place to rest for a few hours before undertaking a long journey but don't expect luxury then you won't be disappointed. (Bring eye mask and ear plugs if you can)
This hotel is very clean, it is very convenient to leave with a password when entering and leaving.
There is a big supermarket not far from the nearby, it is convenient to eat and drink, that is, it is a bit far from the train station, catching the car early.
Arrived from coming across on ferry so arrived after 9pm but checkin was very straight forward. Good breakfast and exceptional value for money. Perfect for one night stay
For the price, it is absolutely not a 3 star hotel, but the service and the friendliness of the staff are for me the most important.
What is a pity is the sanitary cabin, too small and the room is also small but for 1 to 3 days it is bearable

LLaizihaiyangdezhoufengVery close to the airport, five minutes walk to the airport, very suitable for a hotel to catch an early flight
BBertholdoThe room was clean but with a low hairdryer, the air conditioning was warm and the winter -4 was a full breakfast or breakfast buffet. And the best of all next to restaurants and shopping, and 10 minutes from the airport. And it has a taxi station that serves guests, very important because the uber/bolt cancelled when the race was short and the rates are up to 60 euros in flight hours instead of 14 euros. And the taxi charged 25.
GGuest UserHi I’m very happy first of all the location is fantastic, the room was extremely clean, clean bedding, clean cooking area , microwave was very clean the fridge as well toilet was clean , I felt at home , I did not go to restaurants I was cooking my own food which is excellent, the supermarket carrefour is just round the corner of the hotel , and the big shopping centre Eurasia Lille just round the corner excellent location to someone that want to save money on transport, another thing both Lille Europe station and Lille Flandre is just round the corner, it’s a walking distance, everything is just next to each other , I will definitely come back to visit Lille again and stay at the hotel, good customer care excellent communication, all staff can speak different languages which is excellent, thank you séjour Lille affaires apart hotel see you next time THANKYOU
AAnonymous Userif you compare from train station it is littbe bit far. But all is okay because lille is also small. Wifi is very well. Recommended hostel for lille.
AAnonymous UserArrived around 23:00 with reception closed. Access to the room was not available until the tourist tax was paid (1€60) but the out of hours machine only took credit card and I only had cash and Apple Pay. Luckily another person with a credit card was booking in and used her credit card for me in exchange for the cash.
The room was basic which was fine but the pillow was completely inadequate with no spare pillows available in the room and reception closed.
The bathroom door looked like someone had put a fist through it with no attempt at a repair.
Other nearby B&B hotels are much better. This is certainly in need of modernisation.
No tea and coffee making facilities but there were charge points for electric cars though

MMike EddyWorst and scary hotel we stayed in France.
Very far from airport. Dark, dirty, people hanging around outside our room knocking on our door at 1am! Looked like migrants living there waiting for you to leave your room, then following downstairs
When we complained to the receptionist who said no other rooms to switch to. She didn’t speak or try to understand English. She did call a taxi for us in the morning which charged us €30 to go to the train station! Should have been 5-10 €.
I wouldn’t stay there if you paid me 100€.
Police should look into this **** hole!

GGuest UserFront desk staff, Tiddy, waited me one hour after the usual closing time. He speaks fluent English and is very friendly. The parking is a little tricky. If you’re lucky, you can park your car free of charge after certain hour until 8:30 next morning on the street in front of the hotel. After 8:30, paying for two more hours at the machine, you can park till 10:30. I like the device which blows out hot air in the bathroom. Other amenities are very basic. Minimal in my opinion. I gave a 5/5 considering the price and the service I received.
