We stayed for one night at this hotel, The room amenities were nicely done, spacious and were very comfortable. friendly and helpful receptionist. Stress free stay.

The distance to the airport is perfect. Don't expect too much from the facilities and services. You can eat at the airport. There are also vending machines downstairs. I think it's OK. It's a good choice for people who are not familiar with the route from the city to the airport and don't rent a car.

I booked this hotel because I need fly to Spain from Beauvais. I arrived here at 10pm and I was very tired. At that time, there was only one security guard in charge of check-in in the store, and an appointment number was required to check in on the machine. After I provided it, he said that there is a problem with the number and then checked on their system, telling them that they did not receive my online payment because of a problem with my credit card. It didn't help that I showed him my payment history, I contacted Trip's customer service and couldn't solve it in time, so I made a new payment because we were too tired and needed to rest. The store staff's English is not very good so it is very difficult to communicate, and I need to go to the airport to catch my flight the next day so I don't have time to argue. I am really disappointed that this matter is still not resolved.

It’s so small that the boxes can’t fit, but it’s a place to stay overnight. It’s very convenient to eat nearby.

It was a very nice hotel and well located. Good points for the location which is super close to the train station and the city center ! Room is small but clean and comfortable. Only issues is that the walls are very thin so if you're a light sleeper, you'll hear everything going on on your floor. We didn't have the breakfast because it wasn't worth it according to the picture we were shown.
