3-Star Hotels in Fukui Prefecture, Japan

I was traveling from Osaka. The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff and everyone else were lovely. I had to walk a bit to get to the nearest convenience store, which was inconvenient for someone who normally lives in Osaka, but I wanted to spend some quiet time, so I was able to relax in the big bath and enjoy the cherry blossoms from the window. The bath was all ReFa, which was very helpful since I forgot my usual shampoo. The shampoo bar is great. I forgot the leave-in treatment, but it was smooth! It would have been perfect if I had had ReFa oil, but the hair dryer and shower head were also ReFa, which was fun! I didn't have a meal, but I thought it would have been good to try it! I'd like to go again!

Never felt more welcome and cared for during my trip than in this hotel. Everybody from front to restaurant was kind, helpfull and forgiving of mistakes. The room is so beautifull, the smell of the tatami is so good. The things in the room are clearly chosen and cared for with love. And the view, well you will never get tired of looking out over the coastline with the boats going in and out and people fishing from the pier. The diner was a perfect display of culinary skill and in line with the season. It was a feast for the eye as well as the mouth. Breakfast was perfect as well. Same as above. The common bath was also just right, if you are early enough you can look at the sea while enjoing it. Thank you everybody, it could not have been better.

Great hotel in Fukui. Modern clean with friendly and patient staff. Breakfast was great and they continue serving coffee through until 10 if you want to top up your caffeine intake. The hotel is about 20 steps from the JR station right next door as well as the Echigo Railway. The up side of this was I was able to dash to the hotel and leave my bag there saving me a few hundred yen on a locker and then boarding the Echigo railway for a day trip to Katsuyama. The down side is you do get a fair bit of noise from the trains trundling past. Overall though it very happy.

2025/5/13-15 Twin room 2 nights The room is not very big, but it has all the normal amenities and central air conditioning. It is an old-fashioned hotel. The buffet breakfast is on the second floor ~ the dishes are pretty good There are many paid parking lots nearby, which is very convenient. Located next to Fukui Station, convenient transportation

It's so good, so humane. It's a nice hotel. The hotel should be older, but it's well maintained. It's like staying in someone else's house. It's worth staying. One hotel, two meals, plenty of food, good taste, and fun, but it's only suitable for self-driving. Tour

On that day, I was blessed with good weather in the sea and the sea, and I was very satisfied with staying with my husband and wife at a nice hotel. I just couldn't understand that dinner was booked and I thought there was a restaurant in the hotel, so it remained. I had dinner outside, but I was in trouble because I didn't know geographically, so please give me a more easy-to-understand description. Breakfast was nice. Thank you, employee, from early morning.

Love the hotel stay including the onsen experience. Worth the stay if you have to drop by this city

”I checked in to the hotel, but there was no English speaking staff, so communication was not good. The hotel was not very flexible, they offered me a smoking room at first, which I did not want. I only realized after I got in the room. The advantage of this hotel is that the price is cheap, which is good for a short stay.”

The staff were kind. The chairman was the chairman of the local tourism Federation, and it was only a fun talk. Thank you very much.

It was located in front of Awara Onsen Station, so it was convenient to get around. If you stay multiple nights, you can also have a buffet breakfast, which was delicious (^^) I'd like to use it again😊
