The hotel is ideal if you are visiting the Expo as is Walking distance.
The hotel as such is nice, it was very crowded when we visited due to the Expo next door, however met our expectations.

A great hotel as you would expect from a Conrad. The location was good but you do need to take a taxi if you want to get to the tourist areas. The hotel was spotless, staff were great and the sky bar, pool and gym all good. The only let down was the view. If the hotel is quiet, why put your guess in the rooms with the worst view? I will never understand that - part of the reason for booking the Conrad was for the view and I did ask for a high rim, but nope. That didn’t happen!!

The hotel is in a good location and relatively close to most of the major sites in the city (15min cab ride at most). The rooms are clean and tidy and breakfast is quite nice with a lot of options. The receptionists at the front desk are really very helpful, they were able to direct me to the nicest spots in the city and connect me with a reliable tour group to visit Kala Kule lake even though I didn't plan my trip properly or book anything in advance. They made the stay all the more wonderful, and were great helps despite me not being able to communicate in Chinese. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

I have known of Kashgar for years because of its importance to the Silk Road. It was quickly planned trip and I chose the Radisson Blu because of good experirences that I have had with the brand in other locations. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted enthusiastically by Aria and the crew at the front desk. Aria even walked me pretty far to a restarant located in the same building later in my trip. My first night there was a sandstorm and the temperature in my room would not cool below 27C, the night crew was so helpful and ended moving me across the hall. Steven and Michael and Akhbar from management were always asking me how everything was and offering insights everytime that I walked through the lobby. The only criticism that I have is that the locker rooms in the pool area need some remodeling, there were some workers there the last couple days of my trip though. The pool itself was perfect and the attendants (Cindy, Katia, Meena, Winnie etc) were always cheerful and even would bring a bottle of water to my lounge while I was in the pool. Whenever I will return to Kashgar, I will stay here as I will urge friends of mine to stay as well.

This stay at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The front desk was quick and friendly, and they even recommended nearby restaurants. The room was even more spacious than the pictures showed. It was exceptionally clean, with soft bedding. I had a peaceful and quiet night, and a good night's sleep. The breakfast was also quite varied, with fresh porridge, snacks, and fruit, all very delicious. It's also close to the subway station, making it very convenient for visiting attractions. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area.
My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel!
When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough. As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather.
The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation.
I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

The room is very spacious, well-equipped and clean. When I checked in at the front desk, I met the housekeeper Xiao Sa. Xiao Sa was very enthusiastic and took great care of me. He helped me deliver the suitcases to the room and helped me load the luggage into the car when I checked out. He was responsive to all my requests. The hotel has convenient transportation and there are many restaurants in the surrounding area. I had a buffet lunch in the hotel, which was very good and cost-effective. Xiao Sa also introduced the attractions in Urumqi. The service was really great.

The hotel is very nice. The front desk tayier is very good and enthusiastic. The room is also very clean. The breakfast has Xinjiang characteristics and is very rich. There is free parking and a 24-hour gym. I am very satisfied with every aspect. I will choose this hotel next time I travel.

MMichael EugeneWatt, the night manager, is the consummate professional. I don’t know how you managed to steal him from the Ritz-Carlton. He handled a few tricky situations with noisy neighbors and even arranged a room change for me once—probably because I was complaining too much. Thank you Watt, see you soon.
LL. AiliI’m so glad I picked the Nanjiang Global for my stay in Kashgar. It exceeded my expectations, and my stay was really pleasant. After long days exploring, it always felt good to come home to my room. And given the summer heat, I loved that there was ice cold lemon water always waiting for me in the lobby. The check-in service was great and my room was upgraded. The suites are really comfortable, with amenities by Shanghai Tang. I also saw the standard double rooms, and they were spacious and nice too. The front desk manager who goes by the name Hunter was excellent and so helpful, as were others staff members. Hunter’s English is great and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ask him to write down the hotel’s name in Uyghur for you if you’ll be taking taxis. It’ll be a big help. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was much more than basic. I hope I have the chance to visit Kashgar again, and I’d be happy to return to this hotel.
GGuest UserAfter dinner, I took a taxi back and accidentally saw some people in uniforms welcoming me at the door. I looked carefully and found that it was the designated reception point. The whole building feels like a comprehensive mall, and accommodation is only part of it. There is a sales point for Nanda Dairy on the first floor, which is open from 8 am to 10 pm, which is very convenient for guests. There is a huge wall of luggage lockers on the first floor, which is shocking. Unfortunately, I felt that they were not staffed enough at the front desk several times, and the waiting time was relatively long, but it was not easy to maintain a good service attitude. To be fair, the hotel hardware and supplies are really good. The decoration is a more old-fashioned hotel, with wooden cabinets, a little smell, and the facilities may not be particularly new, but the overall feeling is OK. The shampoo and shower gel are not a very expensive brand, but they are comfortable to use. The shower gel seems to be from pmpm, and the hair dryer is also a new basic model. The slippers are particularly thick and of good quality, surpassing many high-priced hotels. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kashgar. I stayed in an expensive hotel next to the ancient city for one night and felt that I didn’t win many points except for the geographical location.
Aac5295Cleanliness and location are great, as well as the price. But where this hotel lacks is service. There was a MAJOR hiccup in how front desk handled my situation. I came back at 4am after a night out and lost my room key. The front desk really struggled to find my room number. After about 5 minutes of searching, she found my room
and handed me a new key. Except IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. I walked into a room that had 2 complete strangers asleep in the room. They were startled and I closed the door immediately. Went back downstairs and had to ask the front desk for another key, which the lady searched for another 5 minutes before finally finding my room. Needless to say, this is BAD. You CANNOT give someone’s room key to a stranger. That is an absolute sin in the hospitality industry. I hope they will retrain their staff and learn from this review.
EEe LungWe paid 700 a day for our room and felt that it was overpriced. The room is a bit outdated and we had issues with the fridge, but the staff kept dodging our concerns and insisting everything was normal. We know what a properly working fridge is, and the light sensor in the room was not working at times, yet the staff again insisted it was fine. It seems the staff is trained to avoid fixing issues. Considering the price, there are much better options available. The so-called executive privilege is just the same noodles served daily in the breakfast hall. Unless you can get a room cheaply at this hotel, don't bother staying here because it is not up to 4 or 5-star standards as claimed!

GGuest UserKeketuohai Town is surrounded by snow-capped mountains on all sides, with unique scenery, like a paradise, and convenient transportation. The hotel is in a good location, 300 meters away from the No. 3 mine. The parent-child room we stayed in was spacious, and the snow-capped mountains were visible from the window. The hotel has a good price-performance ratio. The hotel's cancellation policy is very friendly, and it is very convenient for us to adjust our itinerary. The waiter Alin and the housekeeper Buli provide excellent service. The hotel restaurant is a major feature. In such a remote mountain town, there are authentic Cantonese cuisine, which is deeply loved by children. There are many types of breakfast, taking into account the tastes of China, the West, the South and the North. My child doesn't want to go downstairs for breakfast, so I take some breakfast upstairs every day. The noodle stall chef Wen is very considerate and helps me arrange it. The other service staff are also good and the communication is smooth. The hotel's small robot often helps deliver things to the door of the room, which is very convenient. If there is a slight need for improvement, it is that the floor heating is a bit hot and can't be lowered. We have to open the window to cool down every day. Overall, I am very satisfied, recommended, and I will stay here next time.
AAnonymous UserFacilities: The room is large and well-equipped, just like the promotional pictures, with a bathtub for bathing.
Hygiene: Very clean~
Environment: There are 4 or 5 B&Bs around, each with its own Western characteristics, and it is very photogenic at night.
Service: A group of 6 adults and 1 child booked three rooms in total. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The breakfast was rich, with welcome fruits, sweet grapes, and essential oil soap~
