My absolute favorite hotel in Kashgar!
I've always believed that your first impression of a city largely depends on where you stay. This hotel definitely offers a unique service and a wonderful experience.
It's incredibly close to the Old City and Id Kah Mosque – just a short walk away. Plus, there are so many great food courts nearby.
The room itself is incredibly spacious, and I especially loved the long, corridor-like bathroom. The sofa is huge, there are no strange odors, and there's plenty of space to put your luggage and hang up clothes while you relax. The staff are also super friendly and helpful!
I want to give a special shout-out to Wu Reguli Tuerxun, who assisted me during my stay. She was incredibly professional and enthusiastic, helping me with everything I needed on my trip.
I'll definitely be bringing my family here again!

The Silk Road Pearl, a luxurious and culturally rich hotel – highly recommended! I specifically chose to stay two nights in Urumqi on this trip, and the biggest surprise was discovering Urumqi's top luxury hotel! From special service requests before arrival to the warm hospitality of every Conrad staff member upon arrival, I felt right at home! After the Northern Xinjiang Grand Loop, I truly realized this is the genuine warmth of the Xinjiang people!!
Victoria, a lovely lady at the front desk, made our first interaction feel very friendly and familiar. Throughout her service, she was incredibly professional, taking us on a special cultural experience of Urumqi Conrad, thoughtfully arranging small gifts and souvenirs for us, which made us feel completely at home during our stay. Additionally, we met some excellent young men from the front office concierge team, who we all thought looked like 'Wang Junkai of Xinjiang'. They handled our luggage service from arrival to departure, saving us a lot of effort.
The guest room was the cleanest and most meticulously tidied room I experienced on this trip to Xinjiang. During turn-down service, we even received roses and bath salts. The welcome fruits and dried fruits were very characteristic of Xinjiang. In the evening, we were also given Hotan rose dried flowers and sea buckthorn juice to drink – truly attentive to details! The bathroom style and mirrors resembled a beautiful stage dressing room, making one look exceptionally good! This was my first true experience of the brand's ethos of 'inspiration that extends beyond a stopover'.
For breakfast, it was my first time seeing steak offered at breakfast, along with highly distinctive Xinjiang specialties like 'Gazi Rou' (pot meat), 'Sazi' (fried dough twists), and baked buns. For those short on time, you can experience all the signature Xinjiang delicacies here in one go!
In terms of location, Meimei Department Store is just downstairs, and CC Mall, Xinjiang's trendy hotspot, is within a 10-minute taxi ride. The front desk also thoughtfully recommended the Hualing Market, an excellent wholesale market for local specialties, allowing us to purchase iconic Xinjiang souvenirs all in one place within our limited time.
Finally, when checking out, an employee helped me carry my luggage downstairs. During our conversation, I learned that he was a long-time employee of the hotel. From this, I could sense his pride and sense of belonging to the brand and the hotel staff. A hotel with such human warmth and emotional depth is truly the most worthwhile place for travelers to stay. Conrad Urumqi, I'll be back next time!
There's no better hotel in Altay than Jiyuhe Hotel. The price is right, the rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are quite large. They even offer complimentary delicious raisins, oranges, and snacks from the mini-bar, including Coke (and imported coffee!). A nice detail is the earplugs provided. Downstairs, there's a local specialty shop with reasonable prices, and nearby, a budget supermarket where you can buy yogurt. The Erdaoqiao Pilaf is incredibly tasty and affordable. It's only a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, and directly opposite the hotel is Altay's music hall.
The hotel breakfast is rich and features local ethnic specialties while still offering a mix of Chinese and Western options. There are various cold appetizers, salad, hot stir-fries, fried rice noodles, freshly cooked beef noodles, and plenty of delicious yogurt. I usually don't care much for yogurt, but Jiyuhe's yogurt is superb, especially with the different honeys and jams. Staying at Jiyuhe, breakfast every day is a true pleasure, easily comparable to a five-star hotel in inner China.
Furthermore, their service is truly excellent. They answer every question patiently and thoughtfully. When they learned we had just returned from Kanas, Hemu, and Baihaba after 7 days and 6 nights without a proper shower or hair wash, they immediately encouraged us to go clean up. The hot water in the room is abundant, and the toiletries are good. The cleaning lady, noticing my mother resting, immediately lowered her voice when speaking. My stay at Jiyuhe Hotel added a memorable and significant stroke to my first trip to Xinjiang.

This stay exceeded my expectations. First, the location is very convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. Xiao Du was efficient and friendly, making the check-in process quick. The room was more spacious than I imagined, well-arranged, and newly renovated, yet very clean and tidy with no overlooked spots. The mattress was just right, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing was also good, as I wasn't disturbed by hallway noise. Breakfast offered a good variety, especially the freshly made noodle station which was delicious. Staff were prompt in clearing dishes. Overall, I felt this hotel pays attention to details, such as the free drinks and tissues in the lobby, and a very clean kettle in the room with no limescale. For a hotel in this price range, it offers excellent value for money. It's a practical choice for both business trips and leisure travel, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to this city.

Shortly after booking, I received a call from Ms. Zhang from the hotel's external relations department, and we exchanged contact information. Upon check-in, I found out I had been thoughtfully upgraded to an Executive King Room. Ms. Zhang then sent me a message, and I bombarded her with all sorts of questions about food, clothing, accommodation, and transportation, which she answered with incredible patience. My experience at this Hilton was incredibly comfortable. From now on, Hilton will be my first choice for all future travels. Thank you, Hilton, and thank you, Ms. Zhang!
Highly recommended! The disposable toiletries provided in the room are all well-known brands. The service was excellent, the environment comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Plus, it was an oxygen-enriched room! I stayed for three nights straight and it was my favorite hotel of the entire trip. The product recommended by the streamer was definitely a good choice. They even gave me complimentary fruit. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn't connected to the laundry facilities, which I hope they can improve.

Check-in was super fast and efficient, with absolutely no waiting around. The professional and warm service made me feel really comfortable. The room assignment was perfect for my needs, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was incredibly practical. The whole environment was bright and clean, making me feel at ease the moment I walked in. During my stay, the hotel's service was also spot-on, with thoughtful greetings occasionally that made me feel very welcome. I also really liked the room's facilities and decor; the attention to detail truly showed the hotel's dedication. The hotel as a whole is filled with a rich exotic charm, from the decorations to the atmosphere, which really added to the experience. Plus, the location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this stay. From the service to the environment and the location, everything was impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Urumqi!

Environment: The hotel is located on the riverfront, and the views from higher floors are fantastic. The area around Binhe Road is relatively open, so while not busy, it's quiet and comfortable. Park your car at the hotel and call a taxi wherever you go, which is very affordable. You don't have to find your way around or worry about parking. The hotel parking lot is clean, bright, and has plenty of space! There are also some parking spaces on the grounds.
Cleanliness: The public areas and rooms are spotlessly clean, and the beds are comfortable, large, and comfortable.
Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive, and the housekeeper is always happy to help with anything you need.
Service: The service is thoughtful and attentive, down to the last detail. Check-in and check-out are super fast, and the housekeeper even contacts you in advance!
One thing I have to say is that the air conditioning could be better.
Breakfast offers a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, including Chinese congee, freshly cooked noodles, Western bread, local naan, and milk tea. The ingredients are fresh, especially the freshly made wontons with three soup bases to choose from. Excellent! I have always liked InterContinental and have stayed in hotels under the same group. I was very satisfied with them all. The quality and appearance are all online. The design of the hotel in Yining this time was very thoughtful, high-end, and stylish. I checked one by one and found out that it was designed by a Hong Kong team. I liked it very much. The experience was great!
I didn't have high hopes for this non-chain hotel, but it actually exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, the view was great, and the facilities were excellent, including a smart toilet and smart system. The wet and dry areas were separate, though the layout could be a bit more practical. The curtains were semi-automatic. The heating was quite strong, so much so that I had to open a window. There's also a self-service laundry room, perfect for those staying a bit longer for skiing or business trips. The only minor points were the limited breakfast variety and average taste, but I wouldn't call those downsides. Even though I only stayed one night, it left a lasting impression because it was the best accommodation of my entire trip to Altay 😂. Later, when I went skiing in Hemu, even a Holiday Inn costing over 4,000 yuan a night couldn't compare to this place. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience now. I hope the hotel continues its excellent work and gets even better; it will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Altay.

This hotel made our Xinjiang trip perfect! The airport pick-up and drop-off service was excellent, a huge thumbs up – my parents really enjoyed the VIP treatment. Since it was the off-season, the hotel even upgraded our room for free. The hotel is very new and comes with an air purifier. The view from the 25th floor is fantastic, offering a panoramic cityscape and distant mountains. The breakfast suited our Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai tastes perfectly, with plenty of vegetables and a wide variety of choices that were on the lighter side, and quite tasty. There was also a hot food station. All in all, a five-star experience, highly recommend!

GGuest User【Exceptional Service! Staying in a fairytale campsite under the stars, a perfect experience!】
From the moment we arrived, we were blown away! 🔥 The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful—our butler asked about our itinerary in advance and kindly informed us that Panlong Ancient Road opens at 10 AM, saving us from rushing in the morning. My heart was truly touched! Knowing we wanted to wake up early for the sunrise, they prepared hot coffee and eggs before breakfast time. As someone who appreciates details, I was thrilled! 💯
The camp's environment was breathtakingly beautiful. Opening the tent revealed a sky full of stars ✨, and lying down to watch the Milky Way at night was incredibly romantic! The facilities were comparable to a five-star hotel: KingKoil mattresses, Hermès toiletries... It perfectly combined the raw beauty of glamping with ultimate comfort!
This 'campsite exterior + hotel soul' experience was truly unique, and I absolutely have to recommend it to everyone! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
SStephen_LiOur first trip to Kashgar was made amazing by our stay at the Radisson Blu. The head of concierge, Akbar, was incredibly accommodating and helped us during our stay. Not only did he make our stay in the hotel comfortable, he also drove and gave us a tour around the city and all the way to Taskurgan. Because of Akbar, we had an experience we never could have had otherwise. We felt very safe in his hands! I would highly recommend anyone coming to Kashgar to stay at the Radisson Blu and get a chance to meet Akbar. He will ensure that you have the best time uuon your trip. Thank you so much to Akbar, I hope his amazing hospitality is recognized and he gets deserved recognition and promotions!

GGuest UserAfter a tour of Xinjiang, I returned to Urumqi and chose to stay at the Grand Mercure Hualing Hotel. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with its own dedicated parking, which was very convenient. The lobby has a beautiful and grand Western Regions style. The room had an excellent view and was clean and tidy. The biggest surprise was being upgraded to a room with a bathtub – after a long journey, I could finally enjoy a nice hot soak, which was incredibly comfortable. The front desk had already prepared the room key in advance, and the service was very thoughtful. The location is truly prime, as it's directly opposite Red Hill Pagoda, the city's central landmark. As night falls, you can simply pull back the curtains and overlook the entire city's night view. Wally, the manager in the lobby, even personally delivered some small snacks. Overall, it was great. The value for money is exceptionally high, especially the huge parking lot, which is very friendly for self-driving travelers.
LL. AiliI’m so glad I picked the Nanjiang Global for my stay in Kashgar. It exceeded my expectations, and my stay was really pleasant. After long days exploring, it always felt good to come home to my room. And given the summer heat, I loved that there was ice cold lemon water always waiting for me in the lobby. The check-in service was great and my room was upgraded. The suites are really comfortable, with amenities by Shanghai Tang. I also saw the standard double rooms, and they were spacious and nice too. The front desk manager who goes by the name Hunter was excellent and so helpful, as were others staff members. Hunter’s English is great and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ask him to write down the hotel’s name in Uyghur for you if you’ll be taking taxis. It’ll be a big help. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was much more than basic. I hope I have the chance to visit Kashgar again, and I’d be happy to return to this hotel.
GGuest UserAfter dinner, I took a taxi back and accidentally saw some people in uniforms welcoming me at the door. I looked carefully and found that it was the designated reception point. The whole building feels like a comprehensive mall, and accommodation is only part of it. There is a sales point for Nanda Dairy on the first floor, which is open from 8 am to 10 pm, which is very convenient for guests. There is a huge wall of luggage lockers on the first floor, which is shocking. Unfortunately, I felt that they were not staffed enough at the front desk several times, and the waiting time was relatively long, but it was not easy to maintain a good service attitude. To be fair, the hotel hardware and supplies are really good. The decoration is a more old-fashioned hotel, with wooden cabinets, a little smell, and the facilities may not be particularly new, but the overall feeling is OK. The shampoo and shower gel are not a very expensive brand, but they are comfortable to use. The shower gel seems to be from pmpm, and the hair dryer is also a new basic model. The slippers are particularly thick and of good quality, surpassing many high-priced hotels. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kashgar. I stayed in an expensive hotel next to the ancient city for one night and felt that I didn’t win many points except for the geographical location.
SSalbiah AbasThe location of the hotel is excellent, 3 mins walking to the nearest Nanmen Metro Station, just one stop from the Erdaoqiao Station leading to the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar. The room is spacious, carpeted and the bed is comfortable. We were greeted with fruit platter and Chinese tea with beautiful tea set when we checked into our room. We had a good view of the city and the surrounding snow-capped mountains can be seen from the window. However, the television set can be better positioned for ease of watching from the bed. The front desk served by Guzalnut and Paziliya, were very helpful and warm. Thank you for the great service.
GGuest UserThere's a butler named Abdilaziz, and he was truly excellent and incredibly attentive. His service was outstanding, and he's definitely who left the biggest impression on me! I messaged him late at night because I was hungry and couldn't get takeout, and he brought us food from his own dorm. We also needed nail clippers, and he specifically went to the supermarket to buy them for us! My impression of Xinjiang people is getting better and better – it's truly a heart-for-heart exchange! He's an absolutely amazing butler! I hope Brother Abao continues to do well! The hotel environment is also very new and I love it. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

YYouyizainidechengI stayed two nights at Courtyard No. 2! It had the best butler service I've ever experienced in a hotel or guesthouse! The guesthouse offers 24-hour butler service, and the two young Uyghur butlers, Xiao Mu and Xiao Ai, were incredibly considerate and attentive! They accompanied me around the old town, helping with my bags and belongings, and even brought me bottled water when I left! They prepared fruit for me when I returned! My bag got dirty at the old town security check, and the two butlers meticulously cleaned it with toothbrushes and dried it with a hairdryer, neatly arranging it on the tatami mat! I was truly touched!
I spent a whole day exploring the old town, and the two butlers accompanied me throughout. Their guidance at many of the sights saved me a lot of trouble!
The courtyard was exquisitely designed, with well-arranged plants and unique Xinjiang elements like camel bells, a traditional heated brick bed, and tiled walls, all exuding exotic charm! The room floors were thoughtfully designed, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and there were even neck pillows—you could tell the whole team worked hard and was highly professional!
Turning away from the hustle and bustle of the old town and the shops lining the streets, returning to this tranquil and beautiful courtyard was refreshing and comfortable! The refrigerator was stocked with an endless supply of juice and beer, along with exquisite braised meat platters, and plenty of fruit and pastries—enough to keep up with every meal! Breakfast offered both Chinese and Xinjiang styles, although the Xinjiang-style naan bread was a bit hard, perhaps a local preference. Kashgar evenings are cool, and the butler provides a heater and shawl; sitting on the earthen kang (heated brick bed) in the courtyard for a drink was incredibly comfortable!
Staying at such a guesthouse and having such a butler made the long journey worthwhile and will surely leave a lasting and beautiful memory!
Next time I'm in Kashgar, I definitely want to experience the other courtyards! This time, I also had afternoon tea at Courtyard No. 7, but I couldn't have dinner or a bar at Courtyard No. 9, nor could I extend my stay at my preferred Courtyard No. 1, so I have to come back to Kashgar! Back to the Silk Road! Because the Silk Road is my destination! 🧚♀️
