I highly recommend this guesthouse! It's located right in the city center, but on a quiet side street. It's about a 6-7 minute walk to the Monument, 20 minutes to the Royal Palace, and a little over 20 minutes to the riverside. The hotel has a pleasant courtyard, music, a billiard table, and an inexpensive restaurant. There's also an outdoor pool. Cute cats roam around! The guests are mostly Europeans. My room (106) was the closest to the pool, and it was quiet. The window faced a fence, but that suited me just fine. The room had everything I needed – a kettle, a fridge, and a large bed. You can get free drinking water from the cafe. A fantastic place!!

I had a really good stay at Bliss & Beats Hotel in Phnom Penh. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they even helped arrange tuk-tuk transportation to popular attractions such as the Royal Palace, temples, and the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. One of the best features of the hostel is the large, secure lockers. They are spacious enough for large bags and luggage, which gave me extra peace of mind during my stay. The location is also excellent, with markets, cafés, Indian and Chinese restaurants, and many other food options just a short walk away. There are also some more upscale shopping areas nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and good-value place to stay, especially for travelers who appreciate helpful staff and spacious luggage lockers. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfectly positioned for exploring Phnom Penh. Royal Palace, Riverside, and markets all within easy walking distance. Rooms are surprisingly spacious and spotlessly maintained. The 24-hour pub downstairs is a genuine asset—reliable food and drink whenever you need it. Staff consistently go above expectations. Noise is the trade-off for this central location. Excellent value; bring earplugs and you'll be fine.

In terms of space, privacy and perhaps not sharing breaths with everyone,, the pods are still the best option in Phnom Penh. Super wide, the mattress is soft enough and even the pillow was OK. There are four bathrooms that are fine but one wishes the toilets weren't part of the shower area in each cubicle. There are certainly cleaner appearing ones in town. St. 88 is walking distance to the airport bus stop at Kouch Kanong roundabout, so that's another plus.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The location is convenient for both getting around and dining. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

Great location for nightlife in the area. Would recommend for a 2-4 night stay. Request the balcony room. Easy to walk around at night!

There are many restaurants nearby, the location is great, the room was very clean, and the soundproofing was good. The breakfast also tasted pretty good. The front desk staff quickly helped me with check-out when I told them I was in a hurry, which was very efficient. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time.

Even though the atmosphere is a bit chaotic due to the current lack of tourists in Cambodia, this place is still quite popular. And here's the important bit!!!! They've opened a golf bar, which I'm sure Korean guests will love. The vibe is great, it's brand new and super clean, and it's run by a young Frenchman with an open mind. If you mention you were referred by 'Korean YUN', they'll give you a complimentary service.

Pool is not so clean, Trash aren’t pick up. staff are good and friendly. they have free laundry but the next problem is how to get it dry. i booked for 9nights and just stayed for 4nights. i asked them to help me have a refund for the remaining 5nights. but they kept on telling me they can’t do anything and won’t do a refund. well ofcourse they can if they only want but they take advantage in your change of plans. real PET FRIENDLY

Bit noisy, but at least they didn't make a fuss over bringing a girl to your room. Clean, comfortable. Recommended.
