I highly recommend this guesthouse! It's located right in the city center, but on a quiet side street. It's about a 6-7 minute walk to the Monument, 20 minutes to the Royal Palace, and a little over 20 minutes to the riverside. The hotel has a pleasant courtyard, music, a billiard table, and an inexpensive restaurant. There's also an outdoor pool. Cute cats roam around! The guests are mostly Europeans. My room (106) was the closest to the pool, and it was quiet. The window faced a fence, but that suited me just fine. The room had everything I needed – a kettle, a fridge, and a large bed. You can get free drinking water from the cafe. A fantastic place!!

I had a really good stay at Bliss & Beats Hotel in Phnom Penh. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they even helped arrange tuk-tuk transportation to popular attractions such as the Royal Palace, temples, and the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. One of the best features of the hostel is the large, secure lockers. They are spacious enough for large bags and luggage, which gave me extra peace of mind during my stay. The location is also excellent, with markets, cafés, Indian and Chinese restaurants, and many other food options just a short walk away. There are also some more upscale shopping areas nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and good-value place to stay, especially for travelers who appreciate helpful staff and spacious luggage lockers. I would definitely recommend it.

The room is well-equipped with two regular pillows, two extra pillows, tea, coffee, and a safe. You can order room service via a QR code, and your order arrives within five minutes without leaving your room. The restaurant is conveniently located on the ground floor. The night market is also just a five-minute walk away. This place is very convenient for sightseeing and tourism, and the price is affordable.

Turned up at 6am as arrived on the overnight bus. My 2 cabin cases were carried upstairs for me to my awaiting “pod”! It had a light, plug socket & usb socket and fan, clean bedding! I slept for 5 hours until I had to leave for my plane. Bed was comfy, slept like a baby. Didn’t have time to use the amenities but saw a pool, a bar, pool table, menus , plenty of games - looked like it would’ve been a fun time! Arrived at the airport and realised I’d left my backpack & laptop etc !!! Couldn’t find the telephone no: but sent a grab and the bar man helped locate it and I managed to get it before the flight! If only I’d had more time - looked fun !

Great location for nightlife in the area. Would recommend for a 2-4 night stay. Request the balcony room. Easy to walk around at night!

It was a decent stay, quite comfortable overall. The air conditioning in the room was super cold, haha! 😂 The staff were all very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The value for money was also great. I'll definitely come back next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The breakfast had a good variety of delicious options, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Not enough breakfast , no swimming pool service , yea management is very helpful and hotel is clean and good . But a decent place to stay at low price .

Pool is not so clean, Trash aren’t pick up. staff are good and friendly. they have free laundry but the next problem is how to get it dry. i booked for 9nights and just stayed for 4nights. i asked them to help me have a refund for the remaining 5nights. but they kept on telling me they can’t do anything and won’t do a refund. well ofcourse they can if they only want but they take advantage in your change of plans. real PET FRIENDLY

Bit noisy, but at least they didn't make a fuss over bringing a girl to your room. Clean, comfortable. Recommended.
