We had an ok stay but this was the worst accomodation we had during a 1 month trip around Europe. The location is great as it’s very close to the train station and the lake. However, it was not a very comfortable stay for 3 main reasons: 1. The wifi didn’t work in our room 2. There was no hot water for a shower at night 3. Despite receiving email confirmation before arriving that we would have a double bed, our room had 2 old single beds that had been pushed together. These couldn’t be slept on as a double because: they were on unlockable casters, so easily moved on the tiled floor, the mattresses deeply sagged in the middle so there was a ridge on the edge of each of the mattresses, and, they were made up with single linen. In addition, we didn’t use the balcony we were looking forward to as it looked straight onto a construction site. So all in all, we were disappointed.

Right at the doorstep of alba town, good location. Only 350m away from alba railway station, good gateway to other Italian towns. This is a very basic place to sleep, water kettle is shared at common corridor. No slippers, no toothbrush, just basic shampoo and body wash. Cannot adjust temperature in the room, so it really depends on the season you are there. Water pressure is low, so do expect shower to be longer. Breakfast is a croissant and a cup of coffee at the bakery right opp the hotel. Not much of a front desk, if there’s anyone manning it but you can easily get in and out of the establishment. No Uber in this town, and taxi is exorbitant and rare here. Good for a night stay~

Hotel service: The reception was very welcoming and they tried their best to speak English to me. Facilities: Overall pretty good, even in the room. You can see a good view on the roof. Food: Breakfast is ok, normal European level
Tenuta Moncarlino

My stay at Tenuta Moncarlino was terrific; everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. This place is nestled in the small hills of Monferrato and I had the chance to walk in the big park of the site by enjoying the uncontaminated nature of the place. Paolo, the host, was available to satisfy my every need by recommending excellent restaurants and local attractions to visit. I found the Bollente of Acqui Terme wonderful where very hot water flows from the fountain located in the center of the central square of the city. What more can I say: the superb breakfast, cleanliness, kindness and relaxation. I highly recommend Tenuta Moncarlino.

The location is far from Milan so it is not good for visit in Milan but good for visit in Lesa area. I understand landscapes are nice and that can be seen from the room view, balcony. The bathroom is small and shower not good for mobility issues. The heat was on so that is good for morning cold as comfy. The breakfast is not good for veg(etari)ans and the good aspect is the organization of the tables by rooms. Service from reception was good except the transport from Arona train station as there is no bus or train to Lesa after 8 pm and also big problem with taxi
Casale Milleseicento

This is a very lovely hotel, which the room is big, clean and new. It makes you feel very comfortable. the host is very nice and helpful and kind. he can provide the pick up service for his customer from from the train station , which is not far from the hotel (reasonable charge) or even to the outlet. It is difficult to get a taxi in a small town so the service for the people come here w/o driving is thoughtful ! I highly recommend the people would to stay somewhere quiet should try it !
Hotel Gran Torino

The hotel service is okay, the room is MINI, the room is airtight and it feels like a sauna. Sleeping in the room has 4D sound effects: you can hear the snoring sound of the next door on both sides, hear the sound of the street downstairs, and other guests in the corridor feel like they are opening the door The scary feeling of opening my room came. The door of the hotel is fully automatic, but it is broken. Sometimes the spirit is not working. When it fails, I stood behind the door and was bruised by it after successfully recovering.
Best Western Plus Hotel le Rondini

We were truly satisfied with our stay. When we arrived, Andrea welcomed us in a professional manner, and the next day, Denni kindly took us to the train station in a nearby town — we’d like to thank them both for that. The room was spacious and furnished with vintage furniture; the bed was truly comfortable, and the pillows were made of memory foam. Except for the location, it was a quiet and charming hotel. After our first night in Italy, we left there feeling happy.
Aer Hotel Malpensa

As a daytime sightseeing, catch a plane the next day, especially the small hotel that is very suitable for early flights. 10 minutes drive from Malpensa Airport, the hotel has 2 free shuttle vehicles (white 5 people, blue 7 people, advance reservation is required, schedule can see photos). The room is not big, the facilities are a bit old, and the pastoral scenery is pushed outside the window. There are towels, but they are hard. Once a bagged shampoo / shower liquid. There is a hairdryer, small refrigerator, and free bottled drinking water. Breakfast starts at six o'clock, and it costs six euros, with bread, juice, milk, jam, fruit, cheese, yogurt and cappuccino. There is a parking lot outside the hotel. Practical budget small hotel.

I loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size. I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops. Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.
