The hotel room is large and clean. The breakfast is also good, but the waiting time for the elevator in the morning is long. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel. The location is good, the lobby is nice, the room is average, it feels like a motel, they don't provide drinking water, if you want it, they will give it to you, and you will pay for it at the end. The bathroom is small and not very good.

This time I stayed here mainly for a business trip to an exhibition. Although it is a little far from the Norte Exhibition Hall, it is very convenient to take a taxi. There is a Carrefour not far from the hotel, and there is also a restaurant with Brazilian local kilogram rice. I recommend trying it. The overall conditions of the hotel are basically OK, and the service is also good. The breakfast is very friendly to me who often likes to eat bread in China.
The Ibirapuera Hotel in Sao Paulo is unforgettable! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the layout is beautiful. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and travel is worry-free. The service team is friendly and efficient, and the dining options are diverse and delicious. It is an excellent choice for business and leisure.

O imóvel é bem localizado. Staff atencioso.

Hotel is alright for a night stay. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful, the restaurant also is quite nice and the breakfast was definetly thr highlight of it. But the rooms are too worn out, furniture looking old, bedsheets with some stains, towels too thin, shower water was very little. Staff was nice, but checkin took a long time for no apparent reason.
The room seem to be little smaller and AC was little weak initially. But rest of the things were great. Oh yes, I booked from trip.com. but the hotel system did not have my reservation. They took at least 15 mins to verify before I was getting the key.

LLilyPatI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto, and the experience was truly outstanding. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated adjacent to the Iguatemi São José do Rio Preto shopping mall, providing easy access to a variety of shops and dining options.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning system worked flawlessly, which was essential given the warm climate.
Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience, offering a diverse selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and local specialties. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.
The hotel's facilities, including the rooftop swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided excellent opportunities for relaxation and exercise. Additionally, the free on-site parking was a convenient perk.
One minor drawback was that the parking area could become a bit crowded during peak hours, but this did not significantly impact my overall experience.
In conclusion, Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto offers exceptional comfort, top-notch amenities, and a prime location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
WWellington DiegoI absolutely LOVED both the stay and the party at Onze.
I confess that I was a little apprehensive due to some not-so-nice comments about the accommodations, but everything was perfect.
The hotel decor is beautiful, we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The receptionists are very nice and attentive.
The room is magnificent, very cozy, spacious beds, a large bathroom and a hot shower with strong water to relax.
We spent New Year's Eve on the eleventh floor of the hotel itself: wonderful!!
My congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
VVivianThis hotel is relatively close to the exhibition hall, but you have to pay for early check-in and can only leave your luggage for one day. The room was okay, though. The bus to the shopping center is convenient, but I tried to take the bus back to the hotel three times but was disappointed.

GGuest UserWe had a long flight of over 30 hours from China to Brazil and arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM (Brazil time). We understand that the hotel may not be able to accommodate an early check-in, but we asked for help in at least being allowed to use the gym's shower room or any available facility to freshen up, as we had a meeting scheduled at 11:00 AM with a client. Unfortunately, after discussing our request, the staff rejected it due to hotel policy. We are quite disappointed with the service and hope the hotel might consider more flexible options for customers who have long flights. This would contribute to a warmer welcome and make guests feel more appreciated.
GGabriela ZHThe hotel in general is very good, but I thought the service was lacking. The restaurant closes at 10:30 pm and after that time there is no room service. We ordered food through the app and I asked the reception for cutlery, they told me I had to go down to the restaurant to see if they could provide it.
GGuest UserMy preferred hotel in Sao Paulo, perfect location, cozy chic atmosphere and spacious rooms. The breakfast is great and the staff welcoming. For people who are very sensitive to noise (which is not my case) room 708 and therefore all those in 8 are not ideal because there is a giant ventilation at the foot of the building and it does not bad noise night and day and the insulation of the windows is not perfect. In other rooms the problem does not occur at all.
Third time in any case that I've been to the hotel and I'm very happy, I don't plan to go anywhere else in Sao Paulo.
GGuest UserExcellent location. Beautiful, modern facilities. Rooms, bed, shower, spectacular facilities. Drinks prepared in the delicious bar. Save in the morning coffee, we missed coated coffee (even the team being warned several times), a capsule machine swallowing a thousand very expensive capsules (a do!), confusional tapioca care and we missed bacon.
BBanditAircon broke down during my stay but the staff was attentive and offered an alternative apartment in a different building for me to stay. I appreciated the help.
