When I entered the room, I had a bit struggle to find the lights. It’s not a common 4 star hotel where I just need to insert the key card and everthing is on. The pool area is perfect for afternoon cocktails. Elevator was fast. The hotel is within walking distance to shoping center. I think this hotel is decent for short stay in Sao Jose.

The room seem to be little smaller and AC was little weak initially. But rest of the things were great. Oh yes, I booked from trip.com. but the hotel system did not have my reservation. They took at least 15 mins to verify before I was getting the key.

I absolutely LOVED both the stay and the party at Onze.
I confess that I was a little apprehensive due to some not-so-nice comments about the accommodations, but everything was perfect.
The hotel decor is beautiful, we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The receptionists are very nice and attentive.
The room is magnificent, very cozy, spacious beds, a large bathroom and a hot shower with strong water to relax.
We spent New Year's Eve on the eleventh floor of the hotel itself: wonderful!!
My congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

JJingSiWe had a long flight of over 30 hours from China to Brazil and arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM (Brazil time). We understand that the hotel may not be able to accommodate an early check-in, but we asked for help in at least being allowed to use the gym's shower room or any available facility to freshen up, as we had a meeting scheduled at 11:00 AM with a client. Unfortunately, after discussing our request, the staff rejected it due to hotel policy. We are quite disappointed with the service and hope the hotel might consider more flexible options for customers who have long flights. This would contribute to a warmer welcome and make guests feel more appreciated.

So I arrived at 2:40 pm.
There was an event at 5pm.
I was late and it was something that generated learning.
The front desk apologized to me.
I'm sorry, but this happened.
The hotel is wonderful, but it is important for the reception to be more attentive.
Well, I only checked in at 3:40 pm because I got up and said they forgot my check-in, I have an appointment.
But it's a way of training the team, because something I don't know about may have happened.

The disappointment was with Trip.com that sells a “lottery option” for the type of accommodation saying that it can be twin or king size bed to be decided by the hotel upon arrival. This isn’t correct. Obviously the hotel will give the cheaper option and the twin bed. Completely misleading by trip.com and/or by the agreement made with the hotel. Either way, an unnecessary stress after an intercontinental flight of more than 12h, tired and hoping to rest, though we had to go through the embarrassment and lengthier check-in process.

GGuest UserMy preferred hotel in Sao Paulo, perfect location, cozy chic atmosphere and spacious rooms. The breakfast is great and the staff welcoming. For people who are very sensitive to noise (which is not my case) room 708 and therefore all those in 8 are not ideal because there is a giant ventilation at the foot of the building and it does not bad noise night and day and the insulation of the windows is not perfect. In other rooms the problem does not occur at all.
Third time in any case that I've been to the hotel and I'm very happy, I don't plan to go anywhere else in Sao Paulo.

The internet speed is average and the air conditioner in the room does not heat the room. It is 11 to 13 degrees in the room at night. The temperature is still a bit higher without the air conditioner. It takes courage to take a shower. Feedback was given to the front desk, but it was not resolved.
The breakfast is quite rich. Although it is a five-star hotel, it looks rather dated overall.
The overall evaluation is okay.

The air conditioner was “saving some lives” from the crazy temperature but was not getting cold as needed
Pretty noise place for a weekend - early Sunday we were hearing a lot of noise in front of our bedroom
I think it worth for the price since the hotel is located in the best neighborhood of the town
