4-Star Hotels in Sao Paulo, Brazil

We had a long flight of over 30 hours from China to Brazil and arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM (Brazil time). We understand that the hotel may not be able to accommodate an early check-in, but we asked for help in at least being allowed to use the gym's shower room or any available facility to freshen up, as we had a meeting scheduled at 11:00 AM with a client. Unfortunately, after discussing our request, the staff rejected it due to hotel policy. We are quite disappointed with the service and hope the hotel might consider more flexible options for customers who have long flights. This would contribute to a warmer welcome and make guests feel more appreciated.

Very good hotel, excellent location, close to Av Paulista, very good breakfast. We were very satisfied.

The park view is nice, so when you make a reservation, ask for a room facing the park. And the breakfast is good.

Hotel is well located and security keeps an eye on things. There are many thieves around the hotel who target tourists. Be extremely vigilant. The carpet in the hallways is not very clean, but the room was fine. Good bed, good shower. Check-in went very smoothly.

The room is large, comfortable and quiet. The surrounding community is safe and not far from various attractions. There are many Chinese and Japanese restaurants around. If it is possible to be on a higher floor, the view will be much better. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the service is very good.

Hotel location is good, surrounding arrangements, downstairs garden and gym are also very good, family travel is more, although the breakfast is not rich, but it can be seen that the restaurant is also attentive, not repeated every day. The room smells, the sound insulation is not good, the two elevators are small, and the elevators are blocked and crowded.

Excellent location. Beautiful, modern facilities. Rooms, bed, shower, spectacular facilities. Drinks prepared in the delicious bar. Save in the morning coffee, we missed coated coffee (even the team being warned several times), a capsule machine swallowing a thousand very expensive capsules (a do!), confusional tapioca care and we missed bacon.

The room is very good, clean and tidy, the waiter is more professional, the attitude is very warm, the hotel location is also very convenient, it is a good choice for business trips abroad.

The hotel has a good view, large house space and comfortable beds. Business travel, good experience! I will come again next time. Good review. There is a self-service laundry room at the gas station not far from the hotel! There is also a scale in the room, which is thoughtful.
