I went here for the view, and I got a wonderful view ! But you have to know the infrastructure is not new, so you have sometimes strange noises, or somes things are worn out. Everything worked fine and I had no problem during my stay, but don't expect a luxury accomodation or you will be disappointed. The lady who welcomed me was nice and helpful. I'll recommend this place, I had a really nice stay here.

This was the first guesthouse I chose in Kazbekistan. The location was actually quite good; it was very close to the minibus station and other public transportation hubs, about a 10-minute walk. Many tourists bought food and water there because there weren't many restaurants, making it difficult to choose. The main advantage was the location. With guests checking in at night and early risers in the morning, you could hear a lot of noise, waking me up. You can't expect too much from a guesthouse.

We booked the same day, booked during the day, arrived in the evening and checked in for 1 night. The second floor was waiting for us, fully equipped, there is a kitchen with everything you need, with dishes, a large refrigerator, gels, shampoos, towels in the bathroom. There were 8 of us, there were enough beds for everyone, and everything else. We settled in very comfortably. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the house and the veranda. Wi-Fi worked great. We put 2 cars in the garage, they fit. Borjomi is 5 km away, far on foot, only by car. Down by the road they bake delicious flatbreads, hot, from the oven. Across the road is a grocery store. Nearby is a river and beautiful views.
