For the price we paid, the hotel have been satisfactory. Being practical, we just need a place to rest, sleep and refresh. The hotel service doesn’t disappoint becos it’s the price that drives the delivery. Will go back👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi . Newly open hotel , i think this one also room for rent monthly . Need to call staff when arriving and got public parking as well. Not a very convenience place but for the price and the cleanliness, is very high recommended. They only provide u soap, so u need to bring your amenities like toothbrush . The towel is for kids size but since I’m travelling w my mom then no issues . Very could and nice place for a short stay. Below at morning time got the nasi lemak viral for rm1, and the green thai tea also very delicious .

We’re 5 people (family) We got 2 bedrooms ( 2 king beds each room so totally 4 king beds) - Bed and pillows are so comfortable, we had a great sleep here - Room is clean - View is so amazing - location is good not far from George Town แนะนำเลยค่ะ สำหรับใครที่มาเป็นครอบครัวแล้วกำลังหาที่พักในปีนัง ที่นี่สะดวกสบายมากๆ ห้องใหญ่ ห้องสะอาด แต่ต้องซื้อน้ำดื่มเข้ามาเองนะคะ ที่พักอยู่ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมืองจอร์จทาวน์ และสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ มีwifi ให้ใช้ด้วย

I recently stayed at ERNES Hotel in Bandar Perda for a short business trip. The location is convenient, especially if you have meetings in the Bukit Mertajam or Seberang Perai area. It’s close to restaurants, banks, and convenience stores – everything you might need during a work trip. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which is important for getting work done. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Parking was also available and easy to access. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s practical and value for money – perfect for business travelers looking for a quiet and efficient stay.

The room is looks great with a large super king size bed with 4 solid pillows. Well equipped with fridge, pantry with kettle, coffee and tea. Work table and chair. Luggage compartment. Wardrode, safe box and ironing board with compartment. Bathroom is equally well equipped with dual showers, shampoos, hair dryer, two large and small towels, toothbrush and others. A very rare retractable and robust bidet is provided. Although the room is classified as no windows but I consider it with windows but facing air wells along the corridor. The view is pleasent. The Toshiba elevators are impressive and smooth running. I consider the Forum Hotel qualified at least 3 star to 3.5 star.

The roomand toilet is very small, i got level 3, after midnight, you will definitely hear someone’s cleaning and walking around the corridor. I’m not sure what or who. Cover your door peek, im not sure the name.. for your safety. Also, DON’T LEAVE VALUABLE ITEM IN YOUR ROOM. My door was opened a bit when i was away. Not recommended for family.

Overall is good! Because it is a budget hotel, I don't have too many complaints.but the air conditioner in the room I stayed in was leaking, and the bed was right under the air conditioner. I reported it to the staff. The staff apologized and was very nice! I hope they will pay attention to this problem!

I didn't expect I stayed in a strategic location. Located in the heart of Georgetown, I was able to visit many places in walking distance. Less than 100 meters, there's a rapid penang bus stop and 24 hrs convenience store!

1. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. 2. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. 3. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shopping areas, and public transport. 4. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

If you want a place with supper, this alley is not the right place but good for an overnight stay. The hotel need to upgrade their door system, apparently it requires the receptionist to open the door with masterkey after a certain timing (I check in at 1am) instead my own room key. The room is okay if you are not a fussy person, thank you for having me!
