I was out of peak season, I know, and it is an average hotel, I know also. The value for money, however, deserves 5 stars. The personnel is genuinely kind and helpful, room large enough (dated furniture). Breakfast proportional to the money spent. This is a optimal choice for a cheap staying in Rimini. The position is also ok, 400 meters from the sea and walking distance form the station and the old town.

A nice place to stay, not too far from Bologna where I was attending Cersaie, well located, clean with friendly staff, Room was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a selection of drinks hot and cold food. I have stayed in hotels in Italy many times and this was definitely one of the better stays. Hats off to the staff who were all friendly and efficient. The only thing I didn’t like was the late check in process, which was slow. When you’re tired after a long day traveling it was quite frustrating.

A cost-effective experience. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from the beach. It is very convenient to watch the sunset in the evening and the sunrise in the morning. It is even closer to the busiest bar street, so it is very convenient to go to bars at night. The hotel also has breakfast. For a simple continental breakfast, this hotel provides quite a lot. The location is behind the train station, and it takes 15 minutes to walk because you have to bypass the railway tracks. The bus to San Marino is also opposite the train station, which is quite convenient.

We had already tried this structure in Paris and also in Sassuolo we found ourselves well , very spacious room clean very rich breakfast .

In our room the wall paper was peeling at the edges, the paintwork was peeling and the chair in the room had a torn fabric seat. A programme of refurbishment is needed. Staff - Our room was kept very clean by our maid and the reception desk were helpful with maps and advise of where to go. Food - The only food the hotel offers is their continental breakfast. I was aware of this before I booked, but was pleasantly surprised how good it was. The spread offered unlimited hot and cold drinks and juices, hard boiled eggs, hams, cheeses, cereals, yoghurts, pastries, croissants, fruits and salads. One would not leave the hotel in the mornings. Rooms - As I have mentioned our room was a little tired in places and could do with a revamp. But it did not detract from our comfort, the bed was huge and clean, the bed linens were pristine and spotless. The room had air con, good black out curtains, colour tv ( although very few English speaking channels) and a safe. The room also had a fridge and mini bar, but no price list so we had no idea what the contents would cost us. Nevertheless the room was nice and quite and we slept very well. Bathrooms - Had a toilet, bidet, shower and very soft toilet tissue. Good quality towels were provided along with basic shower gels, shampoos and soap. But again it was let down by small details, the sink did not have a plug, the shower door seals have gone so it leaked into the shower floor that had a couple of cracked tiles, and there was some evidence of mould in the shower itself. WIFI - The wifi was free, very good and strong throughout the hotel. Trips - We did one trip to San Marino, which was easy to arrange. Take the train to Rimini, right outside of the station is bus stop for the bus to San Marino. My top tip for this trip is to go as early as possible so you can spend as much time in San Marino as you can. Hotel Tax - There is a charge of 4 euros per night per person. Summary - This was a convenient hotel for us as it was close to the station, and was fine for the three nights we were there, whilst some maintenance is urgently required it was not sufficient to ruin my stay, but I do think if I was staying for any longer than 3 days I may have looked elsewhere.

You must download the APP. The elevator is very small and can only accommodate two or three people. The name of the hotel is very old and the paint is peeling. If you don’t pay attention, you can’t find the name of the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. The very center. The room is very spacious. The mattress is comfortable. The furniture is authentic, but this has its own charm. There is a balcony!!! And the view is great)

They provide locks for your lockers which is super convenient, plus they have a terrace and hangout area for the guests. The two girls at the front desk when we arrived seemed annoyed with us, but other than that the service was excellent and everyone was very nice and accommodating. The newly hired girl who works the bar was super sweet!!!! I'd stay here again.

Parma is actually a lot of Chinese, but it is estimated that many are businessmen, and there are very few tourists, so the traffic is not developed. On the contrary, the hotel is conveniently located on the right hand side of the train station, paying attention to the store and blocking the tree. The girl at the front desk is a bit like the Eurasian girl. She is not only eager to stay in time, but also asks if I want to eat breakfast, very generous, and the cook who is early is also more polite. The room is spacious, just the elevator needs to be familiar.

DO NOT STAY HERE the photos here are fake. Our room has wallpaper hanging off the wall. We have a bath that has no plug and there is a shower head in the bath but the holder has snapped and there is no shower curtain. therefore no way of washing ourselves properly. The phone is hanging off the wall in the bathroom with all the wires exposed so a massive danger hazard when in a bathroom with a shower with no shower curtain and hold for the shower hose. There are holes in the wall and the room smells like there has been people smoking in it previously even though we are in a no smoking room. completely and utterly not worth the £100 a night we have payed for this. When we have gone to the staff to politely ask for a new room they are rude and honestly don’t really care. On a previous review coming from June 2023, people stayed in the same room as us and had the same complaints with the exact same photos as ours, when they complained they got told that the room was getting maintenance done and there was nothing they could do. Clearly a lie as the same issues are still there a year later. Just have a scroll to see for yourself.

Santo Stefano was the perfect place for a short stay in Bologna. The rooms were well appointed and the included breakfast was good. It was good that the hotel had an elevator (even a slow one) and the hotel was on the 4th floor. Even though the hotel was not in the center, it was walkable to Piazza Maggiore and there were restaurants close by.

This place is amazing for the price. Perfect location. SO clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt safe and taken care of being there alone as a single female. The surrounding area felt safe and I could walk to the stadium. The Central Plaza is a short cab ride and the staff will call taxis for you whenever you want. The buffet breakfast was lovely- nothing crazy fancy but assortments of cheese, meats and sausage, pastries, eggs, fruit, juice, cereal, etc. They made me a latte. I would 100% stay there again. Just absolutely perfect.

The Hotel is very close to the airport and close to a bus stop to airport/central train station/city centre. 300mt far from a shopping centre. Only few steps from a restaurant/pizzeria. The staff was very friendly and gave us all the info needed. The hotel offers late check-in, they provide you with a pin cose to open the main door. We arrived before 11pm so didn’t need to use it.

Hotel Astoria Bologna. We got off to a bad start when we were given the wrong room and staff insisted that was the one I booked...When i showed the booking confirmation booking a room with a balcony and view (rather than ground floor over the garage and car park) they realised their error blaming the booking system !!...Why can't hotels just say 'sorry'. The room, simply furnished, was fine and the small balcony a good place to chill after a day walking the city. The Astoria is NOT city centre, and for us two fit but 71 year olds we found the advertised 'short' walk (just over a mile) to the city centre quite exhausting. The Hotel area is quiet and we felt quite safe, even late at nigh walking back. Breakfast, served indoors or outside was pretty chaotic and typicaly Italian, lots of cakes and sweet things which were very good. It would have been nice to have had some nice coffee but the 'Coffee machine' was always out of order..'It needs a service' we were told...the 'auto coffee' machine served dark brown liquid bearing little resemblance to coffee ! A clean up of the outside area where we ate would have been nice. The Astoria is a mid budget hotel, but even so not cheap...but Bologna is not cheap, so market forces dictate. The Astoria is slightly down at heel and needs a good clean and smarten up. The many staff on duty were, on the whole, enthusiastic but always so busy...they also look after several nearby apartments served by the Astoria booking system. I would like to thank the hotel for sending a nice bottle of red wine to my room courtesy of the hotel for my 71st birthday..a nice touch. Would i go back ?...sadly no...in 2023 it just isn't good enough to take my £....

Great stay in a young stylish business concept. There are all the benefits necessary: spacious rooms, modern congress spaces, breakfast & dinner with various healthy solutions, lots of vending machines, good gym 24 hours opened, parking free and a very nice professional working Team. Management over the top always at Clients disposal!

Stunning accommodation in a great, quiet location! We have our dog with us, and the apartment is perfect for the summer too! The fresco floor and large balcony are fantastic features. We were able to reach everything on foot, which made exploring the area so convenient. The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and charming, adding to the overall relaxation of our stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. I would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

The overall ranking on TripAdvisor tells you much of what you need to know about Hotel Esedra. It certainly needs work. I would not have stayed here if I could’ve found another hotel with rooms available at 9pm at night when I arrived in the city, but simply nobody had rooms (and those that had rooms were selling them for hundreds and hundreds of dollars). Hotel Esedra was the only viable choice, unless I wanted to patron the local homeless shelter…although maybe they have good free Italian food there? Lol. I use an electric wheelchair, and as with many local inns in Rimini, there is no wheelchair accessibility. I felt very safe leaving my chair outside at night, and I solicited the help of a few passersby to haul my luggage up the steep staircase to the lobby and hold my hand to ensure I didn’t fall. The atmosphere is small and outdated, with no real indication of attempts to revive or refurbish common areas. The man at check-in was relatively friendly, although he didn’t speak English, so I had to rely on Google Translate and my infantile knowledge of Italian—but in any of my TA reviews, language barriers are never a factor that harms a place. The woman at check-out had some English proficiency, but having Translate handy is still wise. This woman was very friendly, going so far as to call a taxi van, help me with my luggage, and grab me some items from the breakfast buffet downstairs to-go. I should’ve gotten her name—this lady is the only shining light of this hotel at the moment! I was placed in room 105 or something similar to that, a room I hadn’t even noticed until the check-in man pointed it out—it’s a nondescript wooden door right by the main doors with a small paper sign with the room number. It’s almost like the hotel wanted to expand and include more rooms, but didn’t have the space or the budget to make them more like the rest of the property—the black sheep of the hotel? Two such odd rooms were connected to the lobby so brazenly like that, mine and another just a few yards to the right. At least I had a roof over my head, eh? Perhaps the decision to place me there was due to my disability and the attempt to reduce the amount of walking I’d have to do, which if true, I very much appreciate. But unless all the other rooms were to the same or similar quality as mine, I would’ve walked a bit more. And the type of room received anyway didn’t help my condition in the first place… My room (which was a loft-style, two-story configuration separated by a steep wooden staircase I had no interest in or energy to try climbing unaided) was not exactly dirty…it was actually clean enough. It was just OLD. So, so worn down. Rickety and loud and cheap. The bed was a single twin—with no pillows. You heard me. There were ZERO pillows in my room. Now possibly they were in the upstairs section of my room, but having a few downstairs would’ve seemed logical too. I managed to rest my head on the tiny, thin blanket on the bed and a few towels…uncomfort

We stayed 2 nights, everything was to a very good standard (accomodations, breakfast etc). What made this property stand out is all of the friendly and helpfull staff. Particularly Marcella at the front desk! She went out of her way to help us find solutions to some car issues we had. She is a true asset to this hotel.

L'hotel ci è stato assegnato dopo aver acquistato un pacchetto per capodanno. Da fuori appare immediatamente vecchio e tenuto male. Alla reception siamo stati accolti con umorismo e battute che definire poco gradite è un eufemismo. Una volta entrati in stanza ci siamo trovati in una lercissima topaia. Sia i muri che le tende presentavano enormi macchie di chissà cosa. La cassaforte malamente appesa a un muro e il frigobar sporco. Sfortunatamente questo è nulla in confronto al bagno. Dalla descrizione dell'hotel sembra quasi che la mancanza di un box doccia sia un pregio quando invece devi praticamente lavarti sul lavandino. Una schifosissima tenda divide il wc e il bidet dal lavandino/doccia, se non rimossa te la ritrovi in faccia qualora tu debba usare uno dei due. Punto a favore il fatto che se si toglie la tenda si può facilmente usare il lavandino e il wc contemporaneamente dato che seduti sull'ultimo ci si trova praticamente con la faccia nel primo. Unica nota positiva in questo mare di sporcizia il balcone spazioso (anch'esso tenuto malissimo)

For a long weekend at the end of October I chose the Hotel Corallo Rimini. I was really lucky to get one of the two rooms on the second floor directly facing the sea. The views were amazing. Reading previous reviews on here, I was expecting to stay in a rather noisy neighbourhood and so brought my earplugs. On Friday and Saturday night I really needed them but during the other nights I slept well without them, even with the balcony door open. The corridors are tiled and so sounds from other guests and other rooms sometimes echo. The room was certainly well-sized for one person. For two persons and lots of luggage I could imagine it being a little cramped. The room and bathroom were cleaned every day and shampoo, soap, etc. stocked up all the time. There was a TV and a fridge in the room and the wifi did work well. Best of all was the breakfast buffet and the diverse and friendly crew working there. They provide bags and containers, so after enjoying breakfast you can take away a mid-morning snack for the walk along the beach or venturing further afield. I went to an event at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola, which is around an hour by car, if you’re willing to pay the toll for the Autostrada. Otherwise, depending on traffic, it takes more likely two hours one way if driving country roads and through the towns along the route. Parking was always available at Piazza Alberto Marvelli one block down the road and as it was off season (1 October to 31 March) parking was free of charge. Quite handy is the dm pharmacy across the street as well as Conad City a few steps down the road. All in all I had a pleasant stay at a fair price.

My husband, my son and I spent two nights at the Bianca Vela hotel and we had a great time! Clean rooms and toilets, there was also a small terrace. Mixed breakfast, sweet and savory and also a basket with mixed packaged products for me and my son since we are celiac. But in addition without risk of contamination there was fruit, gluten-free plain and fruit yoghurt, jams and honey. The automatic machine for independently preparing cappuccino, latte macchiato and hot tea was without risk of contamination as it dispensed freshly ground coffee beans and the milk was fresh inside a large tank filled daily and not powdered milk which would have been at risk for us celiacs. The barley is made with another machine. The lady at the reception and the boy in the lounge and the cleaning ladies are always available, kind and smiling! Affiliated beach 200 meters away or a large free beach 500 meters away. About 1.5 km away there is a beautiful Beach Village water park with very reasonable prices! We had a really good time! Too bad there were no other nights available otherwise we would have been more than happy to stay.
