It's a warm and comfortable experience, not just typical hotel service, and the service is incredibly fast. The breakfast was excellent, both overall and in terms of quality. The food was of very high quality, and the breakfast staff were very attentive. A truly commendable service. Even though there weren't many people eating, and we arrived late, the selection was still very comprehensive. Highly recommended.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable — I had a very comfortable night’s sleep. It really made a difference after a long day of traveling.
What stood out the most was the staff. Every single member of the team was kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. Their service mind was outstanding, and they made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.
The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
The lobby is beautifully designed — elegant and luxurious. I especially loved the amethyst decoration, which added a unique and charming touch to the space.
Overall, I had such a great experience, and if I have the chance, I would definitely come back and stay here again.

The scenery and environment are truly beautiful, but it's only suitable for guests arriving by car. The room facilities are decent, and other aspects are acceptable as long as the price doesn't increase.

Situated next to the Weihai International Economic and Trade Exchange Center Exhibition Hall, and adjacent to Xiaoyao Lake, the surrounding environment is indeed lovely with large green spaces, a sandy beach, and wind power generators. It's about ten kilometers from the city center, so it's recommended for those driving. There are plenty of parking spaces, the environment is pleasant, and the air is fresh. However, there are no restaurants or shops nearby, so you'll have to eat in the city or at the hotel.
[Room]
We had a twin city-view room. A sea-view room would have cost hundreds of thousands more, which I felt was unnecessary. Being on the fifteenth floor offered a nice distant view. The room was spacious enough and came with a refrigerator, which was great. However, there were no smart devices; everything was operated by buttons. There was no night light, and the lighting was quite basic. The bathroom was good, especially the shower, with excellent water pressure and temperature, making for a very comfortable shower.
[Breakfast]
Breakfast is served on the third floor of the hotel, starting at 6:30 AM. Honestly, the quality of the breakfast hardly meets a five-diamond standard. You can certainly fill up, and the dumplings, noodles, and wontons provided are decent, but it's far from diverse or high-quality. The restaurant is large with plenty of seating, which is fine as long as they aren't hosting tour groups.
[Service]
Service seems to be the most criticized aspect in reviews, but I probably avoided the peak summer season, so the service I received was actually pretty good. Unfortunately, the hotel's cost control is incredibly precise, almost to the point of being stingy. They only provide two bottles of water, no more. You can ask the front desk for more, but you'll need to provide your room number and last name... it seems a bit excessive for two bottles of water. Also, if the toilet paper isn't completely used up, they won't replenish it. On the first day, I noticed there was no bath mat and assumed they didn't provide one, but after room cleaning on the second day, one was provided. In the restaurant, I even noticed that when tour groups were present, they switched to smaller plates and disposable spoons, and meat dishes were practically non-existent. While all this is understandable, it also lowers the standard for regular guests. Even when standards are restored, they're not exactly top-notch anyway.

This hotel is a good choice when it's offered at a low price or during promotions. Also, it's suitable for self-driving tours due to its slightly remote location.

GGuest UserI didn't book a hotel near the sea during the peak holiday. This hotel is a little far away, across a street, but it's still close to the beach. You can see a little bit of the sea from the upper floors, but it's mainly blocked by high-rise buildings in front. The hotel rooms are large, clean and tidy, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and although the facilities are a little old, it's still good overall, especially the thick door of the room with good sound insulation.

The bathtub was a great convenience for both elderly guests and children to bathe. Usually, at this price point, you don't find rooms with bathtubs or this much space, so it offers great value for money in every aspect. The service was also very thoughtful, the breakfast was abundant, and the beach was clean! Overall, highly recommended!

GGuest UserOur stay was fantastic! Wyndham Garden Weihai Xianghai is in a superb location, right within the Xianghai 4A scenic area, and just a short walk to the beach. The hotel is new, with a grand atmosphere, and the rooms are clean and spacious, offering excellent sea views. The facilities are comprehensive and high-end, with thoughtful touches like Dyson hairdryers and smart toilets. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. It offers excellent value for money and is definitely our top choice for a vacation in Weihai. We'll be back!

LLusu15650Extremely satisfied! This established five-star chain hotel offers a premium and sophisticated experience with guaranteed quality. The service is warm and thoughtful. We were upgraded to a sea-view room with a large window facing the beach and ocean, and the facilities were comprehensive and high-end. The cleanliness standards were absolutely impeccable, truly excellent! The hotel is located within the Xianghai Resort, and the surroundings are also very pleasant. There's an outdoor hot spring just a hundred meters away, though unfortunately, we didn't get to try it this time. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, fitting perfectly with a five-star resort's positioning. We'll definitely be back with the family in the future!

AAnonymous UserBefore leaving Beijing, I booked the Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Although the online review was only 4.1, I still firmly chose this hotel. Later, it was confirmed that my choice was absolutely correct. The hotel is good in all aspects and must be given 100 points. 1. The hotel is in a good location. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed, face the sea, blow the sea breeze and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel has a private beach. The elevator goes to the B1 floor and you can walk to the lighthouse, Lily Bay, Children's Palace, Sakura Lake, Seaside Park, etc. along the beach. You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. The hotel lobby is magnificent and unique, with the most distinctive various bear toys, which are posed differently every day. In addition, you can watch the sea from the public platform on each floor of the hotel, and there is a children's playground on each floor, which is suitable for walking babies. 3. The hotel has a variety of breakfasts, roasted tobacco potatoes, meat sauce buns, and fried dough sticks must be tasted, and different fruits are served every day. Lunch and dinner can also be served at the hotel, the dishes taste good and the price is reasonable. 4. There are churches, sun umbrellas, and rest cabins on the beach of the hotel, which is warm and romantic. 4. It takes 10 minutes by taxi from Rongcheng High-speed Railway Station to the hotel. Upon entering the resort, the children were immediately captivated by the garden landscape. Our spacious and comfortable three-bedroom villa was a hit, and the golf putting green in the courtyard became the children's favorite spot. The resort offers a variety of family activities, including painting, crafts, and baking, which the children thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home – a perfect choice for a family trip.
