Only here for transit. My second time staying in Batiqa. Close to the heart of the city, have a little problems in the rooms but handled by the hotels smoothly.

Location strategic. Room is on smaller side and they don't provide babycrib. Cleanliness needs to be improved. But their breakfast was superb. Pool and kid playground also small. The highlight was only the breakfast

The curtains was broken~ so we cannot open it.
The sink has lots of red spots like blood and i must clean it with tissues.
The Hairdryer was broken.
The foods soo tasty 👍
And they have totally tasty jamu

WwikcantikThe room was comfortable, the only problem was that the door was difficult to open because I had to call housekeeping and the bathroom was a bit lacking because the water in the drain took a long time to go down so it was a bit muddy and really wet

GGuest UserThe receptionist, who is a bit fat, is a bit grumpy, less friendly than the other one who is a bit thin, the skinny one is friendly, nice to chat with.
the motorbike parking area is very far, the room has a difficult signal, the wifi is difficult to connect,
The room is great, the AC is really cold, hopefully in the future it will be busier, so there's breakfast
