"The room was clean and spacious. This property is located at the city centre, about 25 minutes ride from Banda aceh International Airport. I chose this hotel due to the proximity of the famous Masjid Baitulrahman mosque.
The morning breakfast was okay but tasty."

Upon checking in I was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. I am satisfied with their swift action and had things sorted out . Got my money back , the very next day of our stay. Happy with trip.com and the hotel .❤️ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , their service was commendable.

The service is good, friendly, fast response, the hotel standard facilities are good, the breakfast is delicious egg fried rice. There was a problem with water but after reporting it, it was repaired soon, over all worth it with a quite cheap price

Air panas untuk minum tak berfungsi. Sarapan ga sesuai jam dtgnya. Kamar mandi banyak sangkut rambut dilobang pembuangan air.
