The mattress was horrendous, the carpet very old and stained and didn't feel clean, and the bathroom had some odd holes in the wall but was otherwise clean. It's bang central location wise, had convenient (paying) parking and is cheap. The one plus is the sound barrier doors which pretty much blocked out all noise from the busy road next to it.

A great hotel. A huge, clean room. However, it was let down a little with only 5 TV channels, no towel rails (so had to hang wet towels on door handles), no hooks anywhere. No mirror near a shelf or table top (which meant I had to plug my curling tongs in and leave them on the floor next to the only mirror). It’s a shame as it could have been brilliant
Central location 2 mins from train station, and joint onto the shopping centre. Hotel was fairly clean, there was a bit of dust build up in the bathroom, and the desk needed a wipe down. Room was very noisy, you could hear every footstep walking past, the whir of the lift shaft. And doors banging all night long. Breakfast was great. You just help yourself to cereal, toast and cooked breakfast items.

Sound enough for the price. I’ve stayed a couple of times and you don’t want a room on the road, the hgv’s pulling out of the docks at 4am aren’t quiet.
I booked a hotel for a friend. I heard that the corridor was designed with nine twists and eighteen bends. After four doors, it was not easy to find the room. The rooms are ok, there are Chinese supermarkets around.

GGuest UserI was just disappointed of the initial checkin as I got in my room my request was never made. Very simple. I ask the 2 single beds to be combined to make it bigger. But nope.
The late checkouts despite of willing to pay extra was just as it is. I could pay an extra night if I have to if they said so but no.
We were from night shift of work and finished at 7 am that we got to the hotel at 7:30 and after breakfast few minutes of rest then we slept off. We got a call at 11 telling us about the checkout and told them I have already asked for the late checkout for extra charges but its only for 2 hours. Nothing more. The attendant started banging the door telling us to checkout as she needed to changed the sheets and so on and so for. We find it really rude.
WWhiteJohnWonderful experience stay at that castle. We had dinner in the courtyard for a very reasonable price consider the food was of great quality. The health club had great facilities including a reasonable sized gym decent sized pool / jacuzzi. We would definitely stay there again as the location was great. The only minor complaint we would have is that the room was a bit cold but it is late January.
GGuest UserThe reception staff were very friendly. The room was clean .
We had a good time and came back to a nice clean place to sleep.
We would stay again 😁
GGuest UserVery close to hull train station and the center of town. Decor is dated but functional. The bath was big and comfortable and filled up quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful and made the stay easy. Staff and location the highlight for me.

GGuest UserI was surprised to given a triple room which is a big room. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The place is quiet. Self check in and check out with queuing make the process fast and convenient.
The location is near town and the train station. It is near many eating places. There are many shops for shopping too
IIain SalterHotel rooms are in a separate area from the reception and bar/restaurant, and rooms are rather cosy. Car parking is rather limited, but free if available. The breakfast is a la carte, and quite excellent, served in the dining room directly overlooking the harbour. Staff are exceptionally helpful.
ZZach HoltPleasantly surprised. Rooms were spacious and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. Hotel is located right next to the retail park. Breakfast buffet was very affordable with a great selection too.
