The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the ancient city, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling area. The room was comfortable and clean, the surroundings elegant, and the owner was incredibly welcoming, providing super helpful tips for exploring. A perfect stay! Great location, comfortable rooms, beautiful environment, and excellent service – if you're coming to Pingyao, you must stay at this 'Bie Chu Xian Ya' branch.

When traveling to Yuncheng, I chose Weiyuan Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is right across from the airport, within walking distance, and offers free shuttle service to/from the airport and high-speed rail station. The room facilities are new, the bedding is soft, and there's a large projector. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety, and the front desk staff warmly provided souvenirs. It's convenient for dining and shopping nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Yuncheng!

The location is right in the heart of the ancient city, making it super convenient for dining and sightseeing – everything is just a stone's throw away. I went with my family for New Year's, and the welcome gifts were a thoughtful touch. The courtyard at night is beautiful, exactly as pictured. Our room was very warm with underfloor heating, and it was clean and hygienic. The in-house travel photography service was very professional; the makeup and styling were exquisite, and the photographer was excellent. It added so many wonderful memories to our trip.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The team went above and beyond by upgrading my room, which made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. I really appreciated. The service was warm, flexible, and genuinely thoughtful throughout my stay. It made a big difference and left a great impression. ## Location The hotel is situated in the most bustling area of Taiyuan, incredibly close to Zhonglou Street, Food Street, Liuxiang, and the Governor's Mansion, all within walking distance. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and getting around. ## Stay Experience As soon as I entered the room, it exceeded my expectations—truly great value for money! The room size was just right, decorated in a new Chinese style with a well-organized and reasonable layout. It was clean and tidy, with all amenities provided, and the bedding was warm and soft, offering a wonderfully relaxing comfort. Despite being in a busy downtown area, it was peaceful and pleasant. ## Service The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. The front desk attendant in the photo, in particular, not only greeted us politely but also actively helped with our luggage and guided us to our room upstairs. ## Summary The warmth felt like coming home, helping us forget the fatigue of our journey and letting us feel the city's warmth.

Located inside the Datong old city, the inn itself is a historic building and has a history of its own. There are many interesting decors to look at in the property. The location is excellent and nearby some very good restaurants. It has a laundry room with 2 washers and 1 dryer which are very important in my opinion.The room was very nice, the cleanliness was very good and kept in very good condition. Although there was no rotating menu for the buffet breakfast each morning, the food is good and there's also beef/lamb offal rice noodles on request. The best parts about the hotel are the staff and service. They were extremely welcoming and friendly. I usually get disappointed by restaurant recommendations by hotel staff but all the restaurants recommended were excellent and not overly expensive. They could help you make a reservation (those restaurants get super busy on weekends and holidays) as well if you don't speak Chinese. We had to check out really early on the last day and the staff promptly packed us some eggs and bread for breakfast even though we didn't request it the night prior. I'm sure if you request it the day/night before, they'll be able to pack you something more substantial. I don't normally leave reviews but this property was worth my time.

Free parking and convenient charging right in the underground garage. There's a market not too far away where I bought lots of fruit… I originally planned to stay for just one day, but ended up extending for another two! The hotel front desk service was incredibly thoughtful, and the staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was fast, and they resolved any issues promptly. They really cater to guests' needs, making you feel warm and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the environment was great, and there was plenty of natural light! It even had a desk, was very quiet, and close to the commercial street, making it easy to get around. A really excellent hotel 🏨

A very good home stay/hotel that I highly recommend for anyone who travel to Datong. It’s at the entrance of the Datong Ancient City, very convenient to walk around for shops and restaurants. The hotel staffs and owner are very friendly to accommodate our needs. Lift is available and good for family with elderly. The pick up and drop off service to stations are the best! There are some problems on the bed sizes when we checked in but the owner resolve in a friendly way. Highly recommended for a special stay!

Very clean, friendly service. The room was upgraded and a quiet room was provided as requested! Changzhi is beautiful, I will come again next time!
