I did enough research before coming here and saw this B&B. I called for consultation at nearly 10 o'clock in the evening and was extremely patient in explaining. After arriving, I was not disappointed. The two children loved it. The aunt would usually lock the door, so the children could Feel free to play in the yard. When we were about to arrive, we told the time. Auntie turned on the air conditioner in advance and prepared fruit tea, which was super heart-warming. Breakfast was also extremely rich every day, and it was very cozy for the whole family to sit in the yard and eat. This B&B is right next to the commercial street. You can go shopping when you go out, but you can't hear the noise when you are in the yard. It is very close to Zini and Longjutang. It can be reached in a few minutes on foot. At night, it is just a short walk away. You can go to the city wall, admire the lights, and ride a bicycle together as a family. Huayan Temple and Shanhua Temple are also nearby and can be reached on foot. Finally, I must say that the aunties at the B&B are all super nice. They are very nice and kind in both morning and evening shifts. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and will stay here again next time.

Located near to Taiyuan town bus station. Can walk to the hotel from bus station, or if u tired of walking, can take the public bus from 普化寺 stop to 友谊路口 stop. (FOC, all public bus in Taiyuan Town does not need to pay bus fare). Only one bus stop to the hotel. Very good location. Walking distance to the centre of Taiyuan Town temples. Cos, public buses sometimes are packed, Can choose walking if not tired. Traffic jam in the morning too. Outside hotel is shopping street of the town. Hotel are near to 3 vegetarian restaurants. Can buy flowers baskets and fruits baskets from the shopping street flower n fruits stores if u wanna offering to Buddha. Flowers baskets are huge, price from RMB80. Fruits baskets RMB100. If buy from store outside temples, price might be more than shopping street price. The hotel boss and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Always distributing bottles drinks to us when we leaving hotel. Helped us book van to wutaishan mountain 5 terraces. And helped us book car for our one day trip out of the central, to the temples which are not so accessible by public buses (清凉寺，金阁寺, 竹林寺 and etc). Car booking half day trip is RMB300, full day RMB500. Recommended to book car, less walking up slope, driver can park car straight to temples car park. Thumb up for the hotel services! Thank you! You have to stay here! Everything is perfect. Hotel is lovely. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. We had a problem and one staff member had excellent English and could solve our problem. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Thank you again, I highly recommend your hotel.

The hotel is really good and convenient. It's in a walking distance from the Ancient City and Walls, there are several small shops and local food stalls around it. The breakfast is completely Chinese style, but it's good. The gym is very small, in fact, not even a separate room, just very few machines, but it was not that important for us. Personnel are very helpful. Everyone did their best to make our stay comfortable. Especially, the manager Kristina - she is very kind, helpful, assisted us a lot, with some practical things and some advice, when it was necessary. Definitely, will stay here another time.

When I first arrived at the hotel, I was shocked by the environment at the entrance. There was a ruin opposite, and I felt like I was living in a very remote place. Fortunately, it was not far from the mall, and it was just a starting price. There are ground parking lots and underground parking lots. It is best to park on the ground if there is a place on the ground. I went down once and it was too gloomy, and there were a lot of machines. The front desk service was very good and enthusiastic, and the problem could be solved in time by calling, which might be the most comforting point. The breakfast was hard to say. The meal started at 7 o'clock, and there was nothing when I went there at 7:30, not even chopsticks. Although the waiter was trying to replenish it, the replenishment was not enough to consume it. In the end, I ate a lot of cold food, which made me feel uncomfortable. I asked and was told that it was because they received a tour group at 6:30, so they couldn't let the people behind them go without food. It should be expected based on the accommodation situation.

I am very satisfied with the B&B I booked this time. The service is very good. The staff of the B&B are very friendly and provide high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off services. They drive an Alpha business car, which is very cost-effective. They are always responsive and proactively provide a lot of fruit snacks. When we are tired after playing, they will also provide afternoon tea. Drinks are also available, including Evian mineral water. The whole accommodation experience is great. You can order breakfast by yourself. The staff prepares it according to our wake-up time. It tastes very good! The sense of happiness is full. If you stay in the ancient city B&B, I strongly recommend this one!

The room was very clean. The owner was very nice. After booking, he reminded us to bring down jackets. Although we forgot it in the end, we had to go back and spend most of the day. It was already late when we got to the mountain. The owner was very considerate and waited for us and provided us with tour guidance. There are many vegetarian restaurants within walking distance of the B&B. There is a parking lot at the door. It is also very close to the bus stop of the scenic area. It takes two stops to reach Shuxiang Temple. It is recommended.

Wūtaishan is in itself a sacred place of pilgrimage of utter magic and life, staying in Tingfengyin Inn was an added charm of sheer care and concern. The Inn has a really sacred feeling, situated next to the Lush hills where the Bodhisattva of Wisdom impregnates his being to the core, in calm and quiet and in a traditional Chinese setting, the managers of this inn were always there to help and watch out for all sorts of needs for the pilgrim. Indeed, the spacious room, the beautiful view, to contemplate life while sipping some very good tea, to have been provided with the ample supply of drinking water, to have all the utilities one may need in the room or the washroom, to have amazingly ergonomic storage spaces, to have the possibility of having an early morning breakfast, the Inn has been excellent in providing a homely feeling to the guests, and for that I am deeply thankful.
