3-Star Hotels in Shanxi, China

This hotel was really good! It was in a smaller alley, so not alot of noise, close to the ancient city. In 10 minutes walk you will already have the views of the city walls. It was very easy to reach by bus from the high speed train station (Datongnan). The room was beautiful, bed was super comfy and everything was clean. No cigarette smell either. Staff was really friendly and could speak some English which was pleasant. There is also a coffee and cocktail bar in the lobby, we only tried the coffee, but it was a nice!

The hotel is located on the 19th floor of an office building. Although the room is not too big, it is clean and hygienic, and the bed is comfortable. The shower room and toilet are separated, which is quite convenient. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot downstairs, which is convenient for self-driving. The breakfast is quite satisfactory and you can eat well. The only drawback is that the hanging area is too small, and you can only hang one piece of clothing. In fact, adding a few hooks next to it will be more convenient for travelers.

We had a good experience staying here. They were patient with our lack of ability to speak Chinese and we’re prepared to communicate through translation apps. The room was well accommodated and clean. Bottled water was provided and a traditional Chinese breakfast was available each morning. If you need your coffee in the morning to get started, you will need to bring your own or is it one of the coffee stands throughout town. The hotel is on one of the Backstreets next to a park and requires about a five minute walk to get to the main shopping streets, but as result is also quiet. thanks for a great day.

We arrived in the evening and it was raining a lot therefore we appreciated so much their free pick up from the train station to the hotel! The structure is simply beautiful and the owners are really kind. They gifted us of a local vinegar bottle, the rooms are simple but clean and the breakfast as well is nice. The position is strategic in the city centre of the old Pingyao. They allowed us to store our luggages on the day of the departure. We definitely recommend to stay here :)

Overall, I am very satisfied with it. There are two large beds and two bathrooms. The tea in the room is also good, and the breakfast is rich. The location is just opposite Taiyuan Station, and very close to Causeway Bay, Twin Towers Pedestrian Street and Liuxiang, about 2 kilometers away.

Clean, nice decoration, friendly staff. A bit noisy until 11pm. On the second morning, another customer was speaking loudly on the phone just beneath our window, but that's not the hotel's fault. Breakfast was included, and better than we expected. During our 2-weeks trip to China, with 7 different hotels, this was the only one where the receptionist spoke english ! Thanks to the kind lady who arranged a taxi for us.

Rather unique hotel. Clean and tidy. Location wise, subjective, as the hotel is situated inside the Ancient City, and cars are not allowed. So prepare to walk some distance to get to the hotel. Fine for me since my main purpose there was to visit the ancient city anyway. Friendly and helpful staffs, especially the boss. Helped book transport to Railway Station for my next destination and even walked me out since it was drizzling at that moment.

The hotel is very clean, conveniently located, and the staff's service is first-rate. The ladies at the front desk are very attentive and friendly. The hotel has upgraded the room type for free. It is an unforgettable travel experience. There is also free Luo Han Guo tea, which is suitable for a person like me who gets angry. To be honest, it is really needed. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient. The hotel also has a free parking lot. The breakfast is not bad and there are many kinds. Next time you come with your family, you can stay in this hotel. It is recommended.

I like this place very much. The environment is very clean. You can see the Yellow River outside the window. It is very comfortable to live here with friends. The service attitude is also very good. Any problems are solved immediately. The food here is very good at noon. There is waist drum in the evening. The environment and a**osphere are very comfortable. I will definitely come here again if I have the chance next time
