Very nice girls at the reception. New hotel. Excellent bed linen and blankets are very soft. But! The carpet is in vain, it is already old or visually not clean. Excellent breakfasts!! The cook is great. Everything is good. But, when checking in, we were told that you can move around the territory of the eternal city on a golf cart for free, until 18:00. In fact, this service was not available. We had to move around on a boat for a fee. There was no pool in the hotel either. Although we saw it in the photo. It turned out that the pool in the photo was from a neighboring hotel. We went with a 50% discount since it is the same chain. Overall, the impression about the hotel is positive. I liked everything very much.

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

Facilities: Complete Hygiene: Very good Service: OK Environment: Very good! It is a tourist attraction! There are just a few places to eat! We rented a car and it was OK to travel! If you don’t have your own car, the garden is too big and a bit troublesome! It is hard to imagine that in such a backward place, there is such a luxurious place, which is likely to be used by leaders for meetings!

The new hotel is clean and quiet, with floor heating and domestically imported bathroom equipment. The air-conditioning switch is on the wall of the wine cabinet, and the adjustment on the other wall panel is invalid, which is a bit puzzling. The curtains were too high and had no electric control, so they couldn't be closed tightly and light leaked through. The service attitude is very good. The breakfast was delicious. There is only an ATM in the lobby and no manual exchange. To exchange money manually, you need to go to the Hilton Hotel across the street. The exchange rate is the same as the airport (there are two Hilton hotels, not Hilton Garden Inn)

The room is well-equipped, clean and tidy, and the environment outside the room is good. The fountain view is beautiful at night.

I chose the hotel based on its location. It is very convenient to get to Samarkand City - there are traffic jams in the city in the mornings and evenings. The hotel pleased me with everything, starting with the exterior. Beautiful both inside and out. The room is spacious - with two!!! Very clean! Bed linen and towels are soft and snow-white. The room smells clean! There is a separate temperature regulator in the bathroom, it is super comfortable. For breakfast - a lot of different fruits, a fairly large selection of food, halal food. All the staff are very responsive, but I would especially like to note the young man at the daytime reception, I did not remember his name, to my great regret. Because his attitude towards visitors is better than in a 5-star hotel - responsiveness and customer focus at its best! In general, all the guys are very responsive and professional! A separate plus is the 24-hour coffee shop, where there is a table with USB chargers. The spa complex is quite large, but I did not have time to visit. Although the price of accommodation includes several procedures!!! Sauna and salt room, for example. I will gladly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back myself. Another important point - if you get there by taxi, you must definitely mark the hotel, because there is another location on the map at the same address. Thanks to the hotel for the wonderful impressions of Samarkand!

Although it is a distance from the scenic spot, the price/performance ratio is very good The room is clean and the hotel looks like a palace. It is first-class. The staff were also very friendly, helping with luggage and providing the night show time at Registan Square.

I was there off-season on March 8. There weren't many people in the hotel, the rooms were clean and tidy. There weren't enough robes in the room and I would have added something moisturizing for the body (cream) to the cosmetic set. A corkscrew and glasses. Overall, I recommend it, including using the spa area. There was no one there off-season, which is how I like it)
