We absolutely loved this hotel. It's location is great and the staff are amazing especially the front desk. There is no lift but the reception staff helped us with the bags. We paid for a more premium room but it was on level 3 so we asked to be changed to room on a lower level and it was great. The Georgian restaurant inside the hotel is amazing. The food is great and the staff were amazing. Will definitely stay there again.
First, room cleanliness: Generally okay, but the details were lacking. There was dust (visible dust flew up when opening and closing the cabinet doors), four or five short hairs on the bed, and two hairs and dust on the nightstand 😥 I considered changing rooms but was too tired to bother. Facilities: Both shower heads were difficult to use, and the drainage was also an issue. After I reported it to the front desk on the first morning, they said they would fix it, but it was still the same when I showered on the second night 😓 Breakfast: Mediocre. The selection was so limited that I thought some areas hadn't even opened yet 😢
Small hotel but room was quite spacious . General public areas was tasteful and spacious as well. The staff were most impressive and helpful with our needs. Especially at the concierge, the language skill of the staff there made our visit so much easier and familiar.
The breakfasts and service in the restaurant were disappointing. There was absolutely no service!! Dirty dishes piled high on the tables, and you had to clear them away yourself. For such a good hotel, this is a very significant flaw.
Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great, just about a 10-minute walk to Registan, with a few restaurants and stores nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even helping us get things delivered that we couldn't find on Yandex. They have cold beer available as well, which is a really great bonus in a place like Uzbekistan. Their sauna and cold pool were lovely and clean and an amazing way to detox the body during the hot summer days. Will definitely return to stay here on my next trip to Samarkand!!
Great location. Walking distance to Amir Timur Tomb and Registan Square.
Hotel is very clean. Rooms are so big. Breakfast is very rich and staff is really friendly.
They give us luggage keeping service while we are visiting the town after checkout.
Highly recommend.
A very stunning hotel with great decoration taste and a very good breakfast. Although it is not close to the scenic spot, it is very cheap to take a taxi and it is very convenient to take a taxi to the scenic spot.
The hotel has a great location on the main street, with several good restaurants and a nice dessert shop nearby. The hotel breakfast is also quite plentiful. Recommended.
Great location only minutes away from the amazing registan square. Breakfast selection is wide and recommended and a large variety of cold and hot options. Fairly priced.
Overall the room is small, walls are thin, hence easy to hear sound of the hall way. Further, upon check in, the hot water kettle is used with water and black liquid inside without cleaned - mentioned to the cleaning staff, remained uncleaned for the next three days. The pool and sauna required booking ahead of time which made it hard to utilize.

LLuoleibinA good choice, but the hotel didn't remind me to check in 2 hours early and I had to pay $40! **** didn't say a word, ”Wait a minute, now it's double the price.” Just take the money and stop talking. Speechless 😓, the breakfast is really great, I have to say more about the good stuff.
MMike IgWe stayed at this hotel for a few days as a couple and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is new, modern, and comfortable. Although it’s located a bit outside the city center (around 15 minutes by taxi, costing about 30,000 UZS), the area around it is quite charming – a newly developed park zone with music fountains, restaurants, photo spots, a water park, and canals. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was varied and enjoyable. Overall, a nice and comfortable place to stay.
MMikhail SterlikovLia! by Minyoun Stars of Ulugbek is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful and well-equipped hotel. Tucked away in a quiet part of the city, it’s ideal for a relaxing getaway or a comfortable base for leisure travel. The front desk team is incredibly professional and genuinely helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.
Breakfasts are a real highlight, with a great selection and a restaurant team that speaks fluent English and Chinese, which makes the experience even smoother for international guests. And the cherry on top? Each room comes with a private balcony offering a stunning view of the nearby canal, such a peaceful spot to start or end the day.
I would absolutely recommend this property for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. It’s a gem!
EEmily KhI stayed at a hotel in Samarkand City and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, very beautiful, and exceptionally clean. Everything was great, and the service overall was very good. The only minor issue I encountered was with one staff member at the reception who was a bit rude. However, this did not affect my overall stay, and I truly enjoyed my time there.

VVladimir397A very Central Asian hotel. I think their breakfast is the best I have ever had during my travels, and the staff is also very polite. The lady at the front desk is also very beautiful. The location is also very good. Whether it is walking to the local bazaar or attractions, it basically only takes about ten minutes. There are also Indian restaurants and other local restaurants nearby for dining. very convenient
