We loved our stay, most specially the amenities such as pool and gaming room! The kids really had fun, and the moms loved picture-taking! The view from our room was mesmerising. Staff were kind and helpful. However, we did wish that our rooms were more clean, particularly the floor corners, toilet and the AC ventilator. We did find some bugs in the terrace too unfortunately. By the way, using the iron is 100 pesos, which I was very surprised about honestly because usually this is free and we literally used it for one item. 😅

Room and amenities are great! However courtesy and hospitality of the staff in the breakfast buffet aren’t nice. And upon check out the front desk lady ask me to sit and wait first to check the room, was waiting for more than 20 mins coz I heard her earlier that she was calling the room number one by one. But when I ask her again she just told me that she already clear my room, like what? I was just sitting there waiting for you to call me atleast approach mewhile I was literally wasting my time waiting for her call!

The room is clean, can request to change sheets and pillows sheets anytime. Location is accessible and near SM Batangas, have traspo like tricycle in front of the hotel. (Some driver may charge over price but it depends on how you negotiate ) receptionist is kind and approachable.

We booked a Superior Room via Trip.com, which mentioned an option between a king-size bed or two single beds. However, upon confirming directly with the hotel, we were informed that the room only comes with a king-size bed—there is no option for two singles. This was quite disappointing as the listing was misleading. We then requested to upgrade our room, but on the day of our check-in, we were told it was unavailable due to a leak from the rain. With limited options, we had to proceed with the original room and pay extra for an additional bed, which was unfortunately not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the beddings also had multiple tears, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, the TV wasn’t working due to cable issues, and the other room we booked ended up not being used. We were told the front desk would be informed, but no clear update was given. Lastly, the WiFi signal was very weak—I had to leave the door open just to get a stable connection. While the staff were polite, we hope the hotel can improve on communication, listing accuracy, and room amenities for a better guest experience.

The beach is not attractive at all, but the place itself is beautiful and the staff are polite and kind

The hotel staff is very kind and very knowledgeable around the place. They have a 24/7 check in. Very polite Security: We felt secured in the hotel. They have CCTVs and guards are on duty 24/7. The location is just beside the main road so it is very accessible. Tho it is located beside the road, we can't hear any sounds from vehicles or motorists along the road. I had a good sleep here. Water: They have a strong water supply which is a big plus for this hotel as conpared to others. Restaurant or in house food: not operational but you can order via grab or food panda. no charge. Rooms: Clean. Bedsheets, pillow cases and comforters are very clean and pristine condition. No moldy smell from room. Spacious and with veranda. Ref is also available. Hopefully, you can add smart tv since your cable tv has 2-3 channels only :( Cr: Bathtub is a plus point, with hot and cold shower, bidet, and compliementary hygiene kit. Price: Very reasonable Pool: needs to provide heater Wifi: Good connection

When we checked out , the front desk asked us about the hand tower , and emphasized twice to my wife which was kind of offensive. I mean we can afford for almost 8k for two nights , who will take the so call hand tower which is useless to us. What is most important thing is that the house keeping did not leave any hand towers in the room when we arrived in the unit. This is their job instead! Bad attitude , lack of respect to the guests . Will never ever back to that place. Lmao
