The hotel are very convenient just one minutes walk you can explore shopping and find local food and reasonable prices. Even for local and tourist Receptionist and chamber maid are both very pleasant servicing customers. I shall give a 5 stars rating. You can treat it home away from home. I can't complain about anything. This hotel is almost perfect. Everything looks good visually as well. I called up to make sure the hotel room assigned is non-smoking due to prior experience w another hotel. I was told the hotel is on whole non-smoking but they can't stop quests who do so in the room. I was told if the room we get has a smell of smoke we can change to another room. Already better service than the other place i stayed in. Location wise it is next to airport and has free shuttle service to and from both terminals. Only problem is the distance from city but it is a small annoyance. However the hotel is apparently newly renamed and taxi drivera do not know the location even tho next to airport. Easier to use the didi app to get a direct fetch back to the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Great location. Walking distance to many places. Hospitality at this hotel far exceeds our expectations. Most importantly, there is no smoke smell at all in this hotel (rare find in China). The breakfast is very rich, the view outside the room window is good, and it is very comfortable to live in. The room is very clean, 100 points! The service attitude of the front desk receptionist is very good, the check-in procedure is very fast, and the basic facilities of the hotel are introduced enthusiastically, which is very good. The hotel facilities are complete and suitable for business trips and tourism! !

Great stay as always. The staff are diligent, smooth and always accommodating. The rooms are well maintained and of course the location is central enough for most things (Xiamen isn't a large city). However this time I noticed something 🚬🚬 I was offered breakfast in the morning, but noticed one of the chefs actually smoking, and he even had the audacity to walk out with his cigarette into the lobby. Naturally I complained and the staff also had the nerve to say it was somehow allowed, to which I had objected and they stated they understand an will try an address the problem. If they can fix that problem, this hotel is on the top of my list for location, staff and value. Otherwise the lobby itself is toxic and unsafe for anyone, especially kids 🙏🏻

The stay was very satisfactory. It is located in Yanzhi Lane. I like the name of this lane. It is within walking distance of West Street, Goldfish Lane, Tongzheng Lane, Guandi Temple, and the most delicious ginger duck, noodle soup, and steak house. It is not too convenient. They are all close, quiet in the bustling city. You can take a taxi to many other places at the entrance of the lane. Picture 3 is the guide given to me by the front desk brother. I was very satisfied with the play. If I have the opportunity to go again, I will definitely stay here. The main reason is that the driver on the way back said that the best salty rice in Quanzhou is 50 meters away from the hotel. I missed it. I strongly recommend the hotel, ♥️

The hotel is in a small lane & can be difficult to find. Put Cube Fruit shop, Shengping Road as your destination & the e-hailing driver will find It easily. The hotel lane is just beside the fruit shop. The place is much better than I expected. It has a Zen-like feel, the deco Instagram-able & the whole place is very clean. It was also very quiet when we were there. The famous Zhongsun Road is just behind it. There are many eateries around the place. A convenience mart is a short walk away. The mattress and pillow are comfortable. There is a washing machine in the public area but we didn't use it. The young guy at the reception during the day was very helpful. In short, the enviroment is like a 4 star hotel.

It’s an excellently located hotel. The design of the room is simple, comfortable and modern. However, a full length mirror is missing which is a major flaw I wish didn’t exist. The room I booked also didn’t have any windows that opened to natural air and ventilation. The window opened to outside the room within the building where artificial light was installed. It was a little strange. All else was great but I did wish that housekeeping would skip past my room when I hung the do-not-disturb sign. They somehow ignored it and decided to enter the room anyway which I was uncomfortable about. Front desk people were nice and polite. Would stay again.

Pleasant, Clean & spacious room. Hotel provides good coffee at level 4. Location is convenient, Next to metro which takes 2 station to Zhongshan Road shopping streets. Pleasant Housekeeping lady, and provides as requested our clean towels n eztra water bottles. Thank you.

It was established in 2024, and the facilities are very new, especially the shower head has a lot of water, very comfortable, and the overall room type is also spacious; 2~ In terms of software, the breakfast category is rich, I like the cake and noodle soup very much, and the staff are also very warm and considerate; 3. The bedding is clean and tidy, and there is a community next to it, so it is very quiet all night! The only two regrets about staying are that the toilet automatic flushing sensor is too good, in fact, there is no need for automatic flushing; the second is that my room type does not have a full-length mirror and a makeup mirror, which is a little inconvenient, but the overall experience is great!

The hotel with a view of the twin towers on the rooftop is the biggest highlight! The room is quite large, the bathroom and shower are very spacious, and it is very comfortable to wash. The bedroom layout is a bit strange. The bed is not facing the TV, but placed on the side near the door, but it is perfectly facing the air-conditioning outlet. It feels awkward to watch TV crookedly. It seems that this is a specially arranged room! The hotel is in a good location, next to Kaiyuan Temple, within walking distance, and West Street is outside. There are many delicious foods nearby, mainly ginger duck. The food at Duck Sanjia is recommended.

The front desk staff were very helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was a bit cold and oily. It was mentioned that it’s from 6:30 to 10 but went down at a quarter after 9 but the chef said that’s it’s close. Accessible transportation as it is littering the hotel

I am very satisfied with the environment of this hotel. The environment is quiet and shaded by green trees, which makes people very relaxed. Every employee is very enthusiastic and will help me solve my problems very quickly when I have questions. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Every service staff is very enthusiastic and considerate, making me feel like I am back home.

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The rooms are very spacious, especially room 209, which has 2 floors. The location was initially a little hard to find, but after we figured it out it was an awesome place we enjoyed staying at and coming back to everyday. We even added an additional 3 days. The bed was very comfortable and clean. One person in our group had to sleep on a soda bed and that was comfortable too. They provided plenty of bottled water, soy milk, and toiletries. The staff was very nice. Greeted us everyday and even helped us move our suitcase to the main street, Zhong San Lu. We will definitely come back again, and have shared the info with our other family members for future stays. Want to thank both the morning and evening staff for taking care of us.

The exterior of the hotel was pretty nice, and upon entering the front doors, my sis and I were warmly greeted by the hotel staff at the reception. As our room was not ready yet, we were given a free upgrade to a bigger room which I’m really grateful for, since we have just ended our tiresome day and wanted a good rest, which came true in this hotel! The beds were comfy, the amenities were adequate, and there was stable wifi in the room :) Whatsmore I love that the toilet and the shower were separated which kept things really neat and tidy. Overall really worth every penny, insanely affordable for the stay.

Location - Approximately 5 mins walk to 东街口地铁站店 and 東方百貨店 (which has 2 towers A and B and quite a number of F&B outlets. Particularly like the western set deal at Basement which was delicious and value for money). Hotel is also near to 三坊七巷 (about 10 mins walk) and F&B (we tried 老福州 for local food which was delicious and economical and dessert shop 赵记传承).The only down side (small point unless it was raining) is the private hire booked thru didi always stopped along the road rather than in front of the hotel which is a car park. Breakfast - can be a bit boring after staying for more than 2 days. Food is basically the same but the hotel will change about 2 of the dishes. Mostly carbs like porridge, noodles, man tou, bread. There was salad, yogurt (watery type), fruits, veg, hard boiled eggs ... but the variety was limited. Can't complain as the cost of accommodation including breakfast was already at a very attractive price Facilities - All the rooms and laundry are on 3rd floor. Our room was almost at the end and hence it was a long walk for us. Appreciate that the hotel provides washing machine and dryer for guests use without charge. No need to put in washing detergent as it was pre-set. Cleanliness - It was good especially this is a new hotel opened in 2024. However, my friend noticed urine on the toilet seat on the first day after check in. We feedback to the hotel and it was cleaned when we returned at the end of the day. Not very frequent in replenishing toilet paper and toiletries but we can always call and ask for top up. We booked 3 pax to one room but we were given 2 sets of slippers and towels and had to remind the hotel almost everyday. Service - Staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. excellent service Overall, I will still strongly recommend this hotel.

We are happy with the services overall, the crews are helpful and also they provide pick up service from and to the south train station with advanced of 2 hours bookings. Room is clean and spacious as well. The only con is a bit too far from the city center but still reasonable.

I decided to go on a trip at the last minute. I originally planned to stay near Sanfangqixiang, but I accidentally saw the location of this store and decided to go here. Although it is not close to Sanfangqixiang, this store is opposite the Line 1 subway entrance! It is only three stops away from Sanfang and Qixiang. The important thing is that Zhu Fugui on Daming Road is also next to the subway. It is super convenient to go to eat! You can also stroll to Yantai Mountain at night, the location is very advantageous. The parking lot is large, very suitable for tourists who rent a car and drive themselves. There is a large lounge next to the laundry room, and you can also scan the code to remind you, which is a very considerate design. This store is the one I am most satisfied with during my trip this year. If I have the chance to come to Fuzhou again, I will choose here again.

Had stayed at a few hotels so far in Fuzhou and Vienna left us with the best impression. Not only are the rooms advanced with smart features, 小度小度, the hotel receptionist is also very hospitable and friendly. We felt very welcomed. We were offered breakfast and late check out, which I think is way out of our expectations. Rooms are clean with toilet seat warmers (something that is much needed in such a cold weather). Location is also good with loads of nearby eateries. Do stay with Vienna if you ever visit Minqing!

On the first day of staying, I found a man's short hair under the pillow on the bed sheet. After changing the room, I found oil stains on the pillow, which seemed to be splashed by takeout. I feel that the cleaning lady here does not change the bedding for each guest, which is very bad. There is also a smell when the air conditioner is turned on, as if it has not been cleaned. It is really broken. I hope that the cleaning staff can be trained well and it will be perfect if the hygiene is improved.
