The location is good, right across the Vanatiion hotel.
However, the service is poor. For example,
I asked for a scale to measure my weight. They asked me to go downstairs to take measurements using the luggage scale. I never got the scale I requested. I stayed there for three nights. They should have plenty of time to get a scale for me.

With a 20 yuan tip, I received an extra $75 voucher and was upgraded to a Sphere-view room on the 21st floor. However, I felt the 21st floor might not have been quite high enough for the best view. The hotel's interior has been nicely updated. The only downside was the lack of a bathtub. Otherwise, everything was great.

The location was good as it was in the centre of the strip.
The check in was fast but they seemed to charge for every small thing and I felt the check in staff was trying to convince me to go for an upgrade
The room was acceptable but they refused to give me a king bed ( even though it was available) and even though I requested them that I was travelling with my partner, I was told that as I had booked through Trip website I would have to pay additional USD 20 for king bed although the booking specifically said I would be provided if available- which it was, but they wanted extra payment and also I was provided room without a view because I refused an $ upgrade and I was told on the face that this was the case.
This is not a good policy- I can understand if nothing is available but if at the time of booking it was mentioned and If you are a couple and bed is available then they should consider.
The beds were ok and the shower was small but usable- better water pressure in the shower would have been good.
No basic amenities like other hotels such as coffee maker, fridge ( they asked $20 for fridge????) were provided in the room.
No late checkouts were allowed even for an hour - they asked $20 per hour for every hour over 11:00am- all other hotels I stayed in US consider slightly late checkouts.
The luggage storage facilities were good and the checkout was easy.
The lobby and casino area were intermingled and was full of **** smoke and smell.
So in summary the price is cheap but you get what you pay for.

The location is super convenient, right in a bustling area. It's across from the Bellagio, diagonally opposite Caesars Palace, and just a few hundred meters north to the LinQ Promenade.
Even though the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are still quite functional, offering great value for money. The commercial area downstairs is also vibrant and convenient. My only complaint is that the walk from the parking garage to the front desk is quite long, and it's a bit of a hassle dragging luggage over uneven ground.
Paying for parking at the front desk was cheaper, and you can just use your room key to exit the parking garage, which is really convenient.
I booked a room facing the Eiffel Tower, but at check-in, I was given a room on the backside instead.

I’ve stayed at the Flamingo hotel 4 times and I’d have to say for the money spent this time around it has put me off coming back ever again.
No tea or coffee in the room, no drinking water (not even one bottle). Expensive “resort” fee per day with no “resort” to speak of.
Food is expensive everywhere inside the hotel.
The only thing it has going for it is the location.
Entertainment is old. I mean Wayne Newton. Is he still alive?!
Small towels big enough for children only.
This trip was the most expensive part of our trip around the world and we won’t he coming back.
I used to live the Flamingo, but even in the non-smoking room I could smell cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning. I had to pay extra because the check-in time is so late in the afternoon and we got there at 2, and because my room wasn’t available when I checked in I had to pay for an upgraded room. Even though the room I got was not a newly “renovated” room like the woman at the desk said it would be and ended paying $500 Australian more. Not happy and very eager to leave Vegas because of this disappointing stay.

We had the best experience of all of our years of visiting Las Vegas this time at Mandalay Bay. The front desk clerk was wonderful and upgraded us to a suite. It was the most comfortable and luxurious room we've ever stayed in. We had a blast at the last river and wave pool. I wish we could have stayed longer!

It is a five star hotel but the glass that they are giving to guests in rooms are just disposable cups with no amenities like kettle, coffee, toothpaste, nor bottled water. We stayed for 3 nights and may not be coming back again to stay in this hotel due to poor services. On the 3rd day of stay our room was not thoroughly cleaned…. Though the resto at the top is the best place to have your dinner with stunning views of vegas at night. Services and food at the resto at the top was excellent with the very accommodating Filipino staff headed by Ms . Juvy. ..
Exactly as expected for the price. Clean, convenient, economical. Casino was a casino. Plenty of food choices. Hot tub, pool. Riverside view. Hot shower. Freezing AC. Great spot to stop in between CA and well, anywhere else. Will stay again.

Planet Hollywood’s location is unbeatable.. right in the middle of the Strip, where everything’s happening. Walk out the door, and you’re practically at the Bellagio fountains, Paris, and a bunch of other casinos and restaurants. If you want to explore Vegas without constantly calling Ubers, this is the spot.
One of my favorite perks? The Miracle Mile Shops .. connected to the hotel You’ve got shopping, dining, and even a few sneaky happy hour deals if you look around. When it’s 110 degrees outside and you don’t feel like trekking far, having all that just downstairs is a lifesaver.
The rooms were a pleasant surprise .. way bigger than I expected for the price. Ours had modern decor, a huge bathroom, and killer Strip views. It wasn’t ultra-luxury, but it was comfortable and perfect for a Vegas trip where you’re barely in the room anyway.
The pool has a fun, social vibe .. music, drinks, people hanging out. It’s not a quiet retreat, but that’s classic Vegas. We had a blast.
Bottom line? If you want to be in the heart of the action without paying Wynn prices, Planet Hollywood is a solid choice. Spacious rooms, unbeatable location, and plenty to do without ever stepping outside

As we flow in, we arrivedd around 7pm , checked in and had some dinner. It was fine. As we were walking around trying to get acclimated with the hotel. We were approached by a security officer named Rose. She really told us we were on private property and if we were not to be gaming, we had to leave the premises. We were also shocked by her demeanor and unprofessionalism that we were stunned. As we were walking away, I went back to speak to her again and asked downstairs one of the pit bosses or her name. As I described her, he mentioned her name is Rose. I asked if he could call her down for her to come discuss what had just taken place. I mentioned to her that we were hotel guest and that we had just arrived and we're getting acclimated and that we weren't there doing anything wrong. I asked why she had asked us to remove ourselves from the property . She told me she owed me no explanation and she was not going to give me an apology. I then asked her for her name and she said I don't need to give you that either. She was rude and unprofessional. She then turned to walk away. I'm sure all of this is on camera. I then saw her speaking to another man later. It was her boss Matt. He was more for professional I waited to speak to him and explained what had happened and how really she had us address for other couples. Sad thing about this story is as we were explaining this to other employees of the hotel they all mentioned that Rose has a reputation for being rude and unprofessional. So clearly this was not the first time for her to approach people and act so unprofessional. I'm not sure if this was done because we were all Latin. But either way it was unacceptable and no one should treat customers that way. it ruined our whole weekend and we really didn't have a good time. This was our first time flying out to the Reno hotels and we were hoping to come back again, but after this visit, we will no longer be returning to the Cesar Reno hotel.

NNuonuoThis is a fantastic and very comfortable hotel. The lobby area on the ground floor is quite lively, and it even has a Starbucks. The swimming pool was my absolute favorite feature – perfect for a refreshing dip when it was too hot to venture out during the day. In the evenings, it was super convenient to visit various popular spots, as they were all nearby. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable, and the general atmosphere is lovely, ensuring a truly pleasant stay.

MM682122****Excellent! It was a bit pricey, but I overslept and they were kind enough to extend my checkout until 1:30 PM. The second-floor restaurant was very good. However, I did notice some homeless individuals around, which made me a little uneasy, so I made sure to head back to the hotel as soon as it got dark.
GGuest UserOrleans is an off strip vegas hotel that is currently going through some much needed renovations. They are marketing mobile checkin and mobile room key both of which did not work. The note said I would need to sync my reservation with my Boyd rewards card which the front desk supposed didn't my n request but nothing showed up in the app. The room b itself was comfortable but lacked refrigerator and microwave although most Vegas rooms do. At the prices published online they all should. Lack of TV channels was somewhat problematic when trying to escape the casino. The on-site movie theater and bowling alley did help but if course cost more. The hotel used to provide some coupons to use around the premises during your stay but I did not receive any this stay. I did enjoy Balliwick and Ondori during my stay and found them good and not too pricey. The casino lacks some of the newer slot machines and this trip they seemed to be very tight. Overall the stay was fun.

GGuest UserI enjoyed the hotel. Technically we didn't have to leave to do anything because it was alot to do at the hotel. It was my first experience being there so I wanted to get out and explore the strip. All in all I had a great time and will definitely come back

DDHIRAJ HARESHVery nicely appointed room. 2 bedroom suite, very comfortable. Bedding, mattress and pillows are soft and comfortable. Main living room comes fully equipped with a kitchen, 4 induction hobs, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, large refrigerator.
The living room also has a projector as well as TV with sound bar.
Highly recommend for families as there is no casino and the parking is very convenient in the miracle mile self park.
MMichelleOn website it states price with hotel fees. I paid trip.com $61.00 and was told to pay hotel $30.00 somewhat dollars upon arrival…. THIS IS FALSE BECAUSE AS SOON AS I ARRIVED HOTEL WANTED AN EXTRA $100 from me. I did not do a one night stay at that hotel due to this false advertising!!! I spoke to Chime and Trip.com customer service. Now if i was told i would be charged an extra $100. I would of never had tried to book a stay. Im not trying to hustle money from Aliante ******, Chime, or Trip.com. I am only wanting my own money back from trip.com in which i was denied. No one knows my financial situation but $61.00 means a lot to me. Now i paid for part of a stay that i NEVER GOT TO SLEEP IN… so if my $61.00 means that much to this company TRIP.com. Which is bull because im pretty sure the company is making billions. BE CAREFUL WHAT U PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE ITS NOT WHAT IT CUTS OUT TO BE… never will i deal with this company because customer service is not their specialty🤬🤬🤬
