Great location and clean rooms. We would like to thank the staff for their hospitability and kind manners in particular. It was silent at night we had a good night's sleep. We recommend Divan Bursa for any sort of trip.

Hotel is outstanding and it gives home warmth. Staff are extremely nice and solution oriented. Foods?? 5 Star. The best place to stay if you want to go to ”Kent Meydanı Shopping Center” We left happy, highly recommend!! Thank you, Best wishes!!

Breakfast was exceptional not like any other hotel i have visited. Baggage service was very helpful. SPA and swimming pool were very good entertainment for all of us. Room service are the invio soldiers of the hotel and are the basis of our comfort during our stay.

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks while my mother was recovering from an operation and we had the best experience ever! Every single person we met was so kind and helpful and truly went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible. We had many different requests (changing rooms, using conference room, etc.) and were never made to feel like a burden or nuisance. The rooms are extremely clean and organized and the staff speak multiple languages so communicating is very easy. Special thanks to Khaled, Mert, Cenk, Nihat, and many amazing team members whose names I did not catch for assisting us so much and making our stay so wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel and its incredible staff enough, they truly make you feel like family and I will definitely stay here whenever I visit Bursa!

We were very pleased with the breakfast, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, the attention of the staff and the conveniences offered. They upgraded our room, when we checked in, they took our requests into account and responded immediately. A complete comfort hotel from A to Z. We definitely recommend it.

We stayed over for one night only and arrived rather late. Staff at reception were very friendly even though they spoke and understood very little English. We were handed our room keys very quickly and because we had booked dinner, was almost served immediately. Dinner was good. Our room was good and very neat. We took a walk after dinner as the hotel is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and lots of places for one to explore and enjoy. Breakfast was minimal variety but good. I would definitely stay over again in future

Çok da büyük bekletilerle gitmediğim bu otelde tahmin ettiğimin çok ötesinde bir deneyim yaşadık. Öncelikle aile odaları çok geniş ve tertemizdi. Odada ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Kahvaltıyı dışarda yaparız diye düşünürken otel kahvaltısının da ***et yeterli olduğunu görüp otelde yaptık. Kahvaltıya inerken temizlik yazısını kapıya asmıştım, yukarı çıktığımda oda temizlenmişti bile. Mis gibi kokuyordu. Çok memnun kaldık.

I am a South African and travelled to Turkey on holiday.We were booked into this hotel by travel agent. Upon arrival, service was good. We arrived in the late evening and supper wasn’t much variety or good. This could be because we arrived late. Staff were friendly. The lifts are small and can fit 2 people with 2 x big luggage and 2 x small luggage bags. We had a long wait for the lift due to the number of people on the tour. When we get to our room (double bed room), to our disgust the room smelt like cigarette. Shower was filthy with mould in the shower. Hairdryer didn’t work, aircon blowed just warm air. Reported same to manager who sent up his technician. We were then moved to the jacuzzi suite. Which was much more cleaner and better. Breakfast was good..better variety than supper and it’s tasty.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε καλή τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό ούτε την πρώτη μέρα που διανυκερευσαμε , ούτε και την 2η. Το πάτωμα είχε σκουπίδια και το μπάνιο δεν ήταν σκουπισμένο. Μάλιστα την δεύτερη δεν είχαμε ούτε παντόφλες ούτε shoe mitt. Στο μπάνιο το σαμπουάν ήταν χαλασμένο και έβγαινε προϊόν από το καπάκι εκτός από το στόμιο. Οι πετσέτες είχαν σημάδια. Το προσωπικό ξέρει ελάχιστα αγγλικά και αυτό είναι δύσκολο στη συνεννόηση. Ο μπουφές τόσο στο πρωινό, όσο και στο βραδινό είναι πολύ φτωχός με ελάχιστες επιλογές.

The hotel is in a pump and offers free parking service.There are a lot of dining rooms around it.A taxi is filled over the door.Rooms are very wide and very clean.Everything should be in the room.Breakfast is very basari.personal guler yüslu is helpful in every matter. Wifi is very good in the room.. I celebrate the Wifi code separately good will understand those who go. ☺️

It was a hotel I went with hesitation. But I left very happy. Staff are ridiculous and related. They really are trying to solve the problems faced. First, the hotel is in a central position. You can walk away from the car and walk 10 minutes to the historical areas of the Bursa. Their rooms were beautiful as a location. Their rooms were clean and new. The air conditioning system worked perfectly. I went the most in the holiday period. Although we did not make a normal room booking, they gave us a family room. The rooms were very wide. Dush-warm water-cleaning etc. was perfect. If you should mention the poor parts: the mini-fridge in the room was not working. It wasn't enough to have a towel in the room, even if it was the intensity of the holiday. I asked and they brought it immediately. The TV control was not working. I asked it within 2 minutes and they renewed their batteries. So there are no problems with the discount, but the staff are trying to find a solution immediately. It was very beautiful breakfast. It was very varied and regular. Even the wide variety of coffee machines they put on for those who don't want to drink tea was a beautiful detail for a hotel in this scale. Also, this is a thermal hotel and can also benefit from the pool of the wishes. I didn't use it, but I saw that other guests used it and were happy. When I go back to the stock exchange I'll stay here again and this time I'll try the pool. Ultimately, the hotel would be much better if it was a parking of your own. You leave the vehicles in the valley, then the people who are in front of the hotel all day He leaves the vehicle in the empty places in front of his garden.

We loved this hotel. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. They also read your room preferences before assigning the room. Very rare for hotels to do this. The location is central and, best of all the staff was great!! They always had time to help us figure out things. Special thanks to Salim at the front desk who helped us with bus and train reservations. We also want to thank Hasan who also works there and gives excellent advice on where to eat. We enjoyed talking with him.

It’s not in the city, but we are driving, so no problem. If you want to visit the city, you might consider the location convenience for you. Valet parking. Cozy and clean room, nice staffs, good breakfast. Highly commended, worth for the price!

I have been to many hotels as a usual traveler but this one was so unique .The hotel has a very good location , close to everywhere : mini bus , bus , restaurants, Gorukle center , Trio AVM , the stuff gave me a very nice room , very clean , they are ready to help anytime , the staff can speak English , I found all amenities I need with extra as well , they even offer a good and rich breakfast, the view is just wonderful from the 6 th floor , there a relief once you go inside the room , so calm and so relaxing, they take all cautions due to the pandemic . I would give all stars to this hotel , an amazing stay , I would come here again for sure , I love it .

I really liked it as a tourist. I don't think there is any other facility you can find for this price. The price performance is very good. Breakfast is very good as a variety and quality. I don't think you can find a clean and quality food in Antalya, which you have paid for the world's money. From the moment we entered the staff hotel, they showed a naive positive approach from the restaurant to the exit moment. Indeed, I celebrate the hotel management in this sense.
