Marroad International Hotel Narita

The location is good, and they run a free shuttle bus from the airport. However, we landed at the airport at 22:30, which means we had missed the last bus from the airport, and had to take a taxi, which cost us 2100yen.(for a 10min ride) There was a small convenience store that opens from 5am to 1am. It was quiet, which was good. The facilities and services were satisfactory for one night stay. What was disappointing was the room. It wasn't clean, especially the bathroom was filthy. There was soap scum, actually some soap bits were accumulated on the taps and the whole sink wasn't clean at all. What was worse was the soap dish was filthy looked like someone just had a bath, and the back of it had 1.5cmx4cm size black mould!!!!! It was disgusting. If you expect hotels to be sparkly clean, avoid this hotel!!

Staff are accommodating. Breakfast is ok. Only tea is free in the room. Wake up calls are nice.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and all staff are very nice and kind. We will definitely come back.

It's my favourite airport in the world, being a big plane Spotter and aviation photography my requested room was fantastic with views over the end of the runway, very comfy bed for a great sleep and quiet, excellent bathroom, with fridge, the breakfast option is very good to have, pick up and drop off from the airport included, the staff where very nice and helpful, i will definitely come next time

Great stay for those looking for easy airport access or on overnight connections. I have no complaints.

While this hotel was clearly beautiful in the past, it has unfortunately seen better days. Travelers sensitive to mold should be aware that it seems to impact the entire air system and the Onsen, where the smell was so overwhelming I immediately turned around. On the positive side, the staff is fantastic. They kindly let me switch rooms until I found a comfortable one. The location is isolated—you will need a taxi or the hotel shuttle to go anywhere—but it is close to the airport, and the shuttle ride was very comfortable. The lobby has nice architecture but lacks personality, feeling more like a dated bus station waiting room with large, old leather sofas. A major convenience is the on-site convenience store, which is perfect for midnight snacks.

i stayed here for a night before my flight in the next morning. ive had a splendid time here, although theres nth to do around the area. the property is very clean and provide lots of spaces for lugguage. i would deffo cbe coming back.
