The hotel is conveniently located not far from Dadonghai, and Yalong Bay is just a 30-minute drive away, making it very convenient for exploring Sanya. The room was incredibly spacious with a large bed, and I particularly appreciated the well-designed bathroom with separate wet and dry areas. The oversized bathtub on the balcony was a lovely touch. Downstairs, the hotel also features an outdoor swimming pool and a fish spa. A special mention for the large desk and desk lamp in the room – this was incredibly helpful for families with school-aged children, ensuring homework could be done without any hassle. We stayed for three nights, and a complimentary dinner was included, though the dishes offered were quite similar to the breakfast buffet. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special thanks go to Wei Xiuli, the breakfast attendant, and the cleaning staff on the fifth floor – both deserve high praise. Upon returning home, I learned that Hainan offers tourism subsidies. I called the hotel to inquire about the invoice needed for the application, and the staff member was very patient and helpful. I hope to successfully apply for the subsidy. There were many Russian guests at the hotel, which indicates it's also well-regarded by international visitors. Sanya is beautiful, the hotel is excellent, and we will definitely return!

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service! I had an amazing stay at MGM Sanya Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. A special thank you to Jelly from the Guest Relation Office, who went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with any request. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful ocean views, fantastic facilities, and delicious dining options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely be back!

We Love Langham as the decoration is classy and smells good ! Sally serve us and was prompt and helpful understanding our night flight can be delay! a definite good recommend!!!We got a birthday deco and a cheese cake served too!!!

Great Hotel and location. Very clean and good service. The only problem is that the staff just speak chinese. They are friendly, but the language is a big barrier.

Third time here and we had a fantastic family holiday again! Location, beach, swimming pools and gardens are gorgeous and really well kept. We love the different pool options and the room with direct pool access is so convenient with kids. I agree with other reviews that rooms could use renovation, especially if they used to be smoking rooms, but daily cleaning is impeccable. The open air breakfast spot is lovely and breakfast choice is excellent, Chinese restaurant is also very good and provided such nice support to celebrate kid’s birthday. Derrick Liu was so helpful to address any concerns, everyone on staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

Me and my friend stayed at the hotel in the beginning of March, and we loved our stay! We want to share special thanks to Maria, she was the sweetest and the kindest manager we ever interacted with. The staff was very helpful. The food at the restaurant was fantastic, we really enjoyed the variety of traditional Chinese food. The pool facilities were also very pleasant: the heated pool was great!

Room Facilities: Our suite featured one bedroom and a separate living area. The view was great, and sipping tea while enjoying the breeze on the balcony was incredibly relaxing. Cleanliness: Towels were promptly replaced whenever requested, and extension cords and latex pillows were delivered quickly upon need. Location & Ambiance: This has become my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Haikou for sightseeing and dining; I'm quite accustomed to it. Its convenient location means everything is easily accessible. Enjoying coffee at Datang, dining at the buffet, and taking in the panoramic views from the rooftop bar are all fantastic options. Hotel Activities: The Bamboo Dance activity was a lot of fun! We stumbled upon it right after dinner. I tried it, and it's quite challenging, though others made it look so effortless. It's definitely an entertaining activity that kids would love. Dining & Drinks: A sunset cocktail at Qia Restaurant's Sky Bar was perfect for enjoying the views and good conversation. The buffet, around 160 RMB after a 50% discount, offered a great variety. My family had a wonderful dinner there, and the service was excellent. We also received three complimentary lobby drinks (we chose coffee, juice, and tea), and the service from the staff was great. Room Allocation: This time, we were assigned a room on the 12th floor, which was a nice change from our previous stays on the 3rd or 6th. The higher floor definitely offered a much better view.

The location is a little far from the train station, but the hotel shuttle bus was easy to find and easy to book! All of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I had not problems booking a massage, going to the beach, or finding me room. Check in and check out was simple and fast. One of the staff/managers spoke English and gave her WeChat to us. She helped with everything from booking items, getting the shuttle, and checking in. I really appreciate GIL’s help! I would recommend the hotel and I would stay there again!

Whether it was helping with room arrangements, dining suggestions, or simply checking in to make sure I was comfortable, Yuki handled everything with grace and professionalism. Thanks to her and the entire Hyatt team, I felt truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sanya and look forward to returning soon!
