Narita Tobu Hotel Airport

The hotel is affordable and offers multiple free shuttle buses to the airport and the nearby Aeon Mall. There's also a mall and a food court at Narita Airport Terminal 1. Plus, the hotel has a FamilyMart and a drugstore, so you can stock up on anything you missed. If I ever go to Tokyo Narita Airport again, I'll definitely stay here for two nights. There are also several attractions nearby that I couldn't visit due to the rain.

The Hollywood room was really spacious and even came with a capsule coffee machine, which was a thoughtful touch. I was going to try it, but then I saw a thick layer of dust on top of the machine and instantly lost my desire to drink it 😜. The service overall was pretty satisfactory. The airport shuttle was super convenient and saved a lot of hassle. Overall, it was a good stay. My only regret this time, due to time constraints, was not getting to fully enjoy the hotel's breakfast. I'll definitely make up for it next time! 😃✌️

There's an airport shuttle bus, and it only takes five minutes, which is super convenient. However, the room decor feels really old-fashioned, like something out of the Showa era. There were bloodstains on the yukata sash, and the bath mat was a bit dirty. The 24-hour convenience store downstairs is very handy, but Matsumoto Kiyoshi seems more expensive than in the city center.

Service: This is my second stay here, and it's the most convenient place for layovers in Narita! The free airport shuttle runs frequently, almost every 20-30 minutes, and the drivers even help with luggage. It's great value for three people, costing less than 400 yuan a night on weekdays. If you want to eat, you can take the shuttle to T1 or T2, which have many options. There's also a shuttle to the Aeon Mall in the city, but it only runs four times a day from 11 AM to the afternoon. We didn't manage to catch it, so we didn't experience it. Facilities: You can't tell it's an old hotel; it's very well-maintained. Toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and razors can be picked up on the first floor. Make sure to grab them at night, as you can't get them in the morning. There's also a drugstore and a FamilyMart on the first floor. Prices are normal, and FamilyMart is well-stocked with popular puddings and various drinks, and it's open 24 hours. The drugstore is open from 1:30 PM to 10 PM.

I stayed near the airport a day before my flight to catch an early morning departure. The shuttle service is frequent and convenient. The room was a bit dated but clean, and spacious enough to open up my luggage. Breakfast was excellent. There's a FamilyMart and a Matsumoto Kiyoshi pharmacy downstairs.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! After climbing Mount Fuji, I was really tired of walking, so I took a taxi directly from my hotel in Shinjuku. At 2:02 AM that night, there was an earthquake in Japan, and the hotel handled it perfectly. Staff members immediately came to check on us and offer reassurance. I highly recommend this place!
