ART HOTEL Narita

Right next to Narita Airport, with a free shuttle bus for getting around, and the hotel even has a hot spring area. The newly renovated rooms are really nice, and there's a 24-hour convenience store too.

I chose this hotel due to an early morning flight. The location is excellent, and the service is top-notch. They also have a 24-hour convenience store, and the free airport shuttle is incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Staying overnight in Japan for a layover, choosing this hotel was a brilliant decision! The hotel offers a shuttle service, making transfers to and from the airport incredibly convenient. The environment was a pleasant surprise; there's an incredibly beautiful back garden. A morning stroll there was refreshing, surrounded by lush greenery. They even thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent at the entrance – the attention to detail was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. All the fatigue from my layover vanished. Highly recommended!

I chose this hotel because I knew they offered a free airport shuttle. It's close to the airport, convenient for layovers or short stays if you have an early flight the next day.

Before leaving Tokyo, I chose a hotel near the airport. The free shuttle bus service was very convenient! The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and tidy; everything felt new. There's also a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which was incredibly handy!

The hotel offers a shuttle service to Narita Airport, with two buses an hour during peak times and one per hour at other times. The journey takes 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself is quite large and a bit old, and the cleanliness is just so-so. It seems they do a rather hasty job of cleaning, likely because most guests are just transiting and staying for one night, leading to a high turnover rate which makes thorough cleaning difficult. For food, your options are either the convenience store in the lobby or the hotel's own restaurant; there are no other choices. I heard there's also a free shuttle to Aeon Mall and JR Narita Station, where there might be more dining options. However, the downside is you'd have to wait for the shuttle both ways.
