Excellent service, as always. Good gym facilities and pool. Changing rooms being refurbished but robes are provided instead. Beautiful room - I was upgraded to a suite on this particular stay. Great location, convenient to M3. I stay here regularly and it never disappoints. Also very good value for money.

Friendly check in, room comfortable, breakfast good. Coffee machine in bar was switched off at 11pm but bar stayed open. Lovely location very nice sitting outside when sun shines.

Just needed two nights stay at short notice.
Lucky rooms available at very good rate.
Great location and peaceful despite wedding going on till mid night. Excellent rate as well.
Room was in the stable block, only down side could not open window to enjoy Fresh air as on first floor, very peaceful grounds. The main house impressive inside and grounds wonderful.

It's just next to the road with convenient transportation.
There is dinner in the hotel, so you don’t need to go somewhere else to eat

Very happy with my stay in Southampton. The hotel is excellent as follows:
1. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks for the complimentary drinks.
2. Breakfast is not bad at all. It would be nice to have a few options of yogurt.
3. The room is clean.
4. Had lunch in the cafe. Nice and peaceful.

We were looking for a place to stay whilst we visited Winchester and decided to go here.
The room was spacious and the air con was lovely on a very hot day.
The bed was lovely and comfortable and was nice and clean.
Will definitely book you again to experience the spa side of things in the future

the location is really good.. the cleaning is also the same.. make sure your room has a window 🪟. I didn't notice this detail.. but the beds are flexible.. there is no toilet bowl or broom for the toilet and shampoo was scarce..

As I was not travelling by car, the hotel was a bit far from the Southampton railway station. The bus passing by the hotel only ran once an hour, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the decoration of the hotel completely met my requirements. It was a very historic British building with a swimming pool. Breakfast was served in an old British space, which was a very refreshing start to a new day.

Really pleasant stay. Room was clean, great amenities, plenty of free parking & all members of staff really friendly & engaging. Only niggle, room service menu limited, would be nice to see a more varied menu given the star rating, but nevertheless a very enjoyable experience.

GGuest UserWell, the service at the hotel was excellent too. The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful, they were always willing to answer my questions and provide useful advice. Also, the breakfast provided by the hotel was very delicious, varied and had different choices every day. The service at the restaurant is also very good, and the staff is always very thoughtful and welcoming.
The only downside is that the hotel is slightly more expensive, but I think the price is still very reasonable given the location and quality of service of the hotel. In short, I really like this hotel and I would definitely choose to stay again if I travel to this city again.

GGuest UserMy family had a great time in Hampshire Court Hotel and Spa. The reception staff were excellent and super friendly. I could not thank them enough for moving us to a bigger room as I made a mistake of booking a smaller room for me, my husband and daughter. The room that we were moved into had a large balcony, nespresso machine, drinks on the house and comfortable bed
The location is perfect and superb. It’s a 4 minute walk to a shopping centre and 5 minute walk and 10 minute drive to Festival mall. You’ll definitely won’t run out of options on what to eat. But most importantly, there are so many interesting place to visit nearby like The Vyne National Trust and Basingstoke Aquadrome to name a few
The facilities such as swimming pool and spa facilities were clean, well maintained provide excellent service. Overall, we enjoyed our 2 night stay for a very reasonable price!

AAnonymous UserThis is probably one of the best hotels in the area. As it is newly built, the facilities are relatively new. The breakfast is quite rich by British standards. Although the location is not in the city center, parking is convenient. It is really good by local standards. It is just so-so by world standards. The attitude of the service staff is mixed, some are very enthusiastic, and some are very indifferent.
