The hotel room has a large window, offering good natural light, and the room itself is very clean. Check-in at the front desk was super fast. They also provide complimentary bottled water, which is great value for money. It's a perfect place to stay for travel or business trips, especially during the flower season. I highly recommend it. Plus, there's a free laundry room and dryer available on the 3rd floor.

I stayed at this hotel for one night before an early morning flight out of Zhengzhou Airport, and overall, it was a smooth experience. The location is excellent — just a short drive from the airport, which made getting to my flight stress-free. They also offered a free shuttle service, which was on time and very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed: a hot shower, reliable Wi-Fi, and a decent bed. I wouldn’t call it luxurious, but for a transit stay, it was more than adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful, even with limited English. They helped me arrange a taxi and made sure I knew the shuttle schedule. One small downside was that there weren’t many dining options nearby, but the hotel’s own restaurant had decent food at reasonable prices. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone needing a convenient overnight stay near the airport.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable, the service was great, and it was quiet. The downside was that parked guest cars blocked the entrance, making it inconvenient to get out. Also, the door wasn't very soundproof, as I could hear conversations from the hallway. On the plus side, there are plenty of affordable restaurants nearby, which is very convenient.

As a member, I was able to get a room upgrade, which was nice. The room was pretty good, clean and tidy. A robot delivered anything I needed, which was cool. The only downside was the limited breakfast options, but the restaurant itself had a great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. One service aspect needs improvement: when answering calls, the staff should wait for the guest to hang up first. This is basic etiquette, as guests might remember other questions they want to ask.

This hotel is a fantastic value for money! The environment is beautiful, and the front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly nice. She even gave us a free room upgrade. When you open the curtains, you're greeted with a stunning view, and there's a big balcony – the living environment is truly excellent. The bed is so comfortable, you'll want to fall asleep the moment you lie down. The TV is huge, perfect for watching movies, and the air conditioning is quiet. The smart toilet with constant warm water was a pleasant surprise. They even gave us a welcome gift, and the front desk lady gave me a little horse figurine, haha – so thoughtful! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Luoyang. I really didn't want to leave this hotel! Seriously, everyone should come here! They even provided umbrellas on a rainy day, which was very considerate. Plus, it's located right inside the ancient city, and a snack street is just steps away. Hehe!

I stayed for three nights. The hotel is located within the Tongtuo Muyu scenic area, which is small and not yet officially open, so there aren't many tourists, mostly local residents. The room was spacious, with the famous Chan River visible from the window. The windows were well-sealed; once closed, you couldn't hear the sound of the water. You can control the lights and curtains by voice, which is great for winter. The breakfast selection was rich, and the old lamb soup with bread (paomo) comes highly recommended (you need to go to the restaurant to eat it yourself). Both the staff and the cat were incredibly welcoming; the cat would even follow me to my room and actively ask for scratches. A small suggestion: the blue light on the smart toilet seat was a bit bright at night, and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

The price was reasonable, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was especially comfortable. Even though I have back problems, I slept soundly all night without any pain. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Luoyang.

Staying here feels like stepping back into the 1990s municipal government guesthouse; a plaque at the entrance even reads ”Shihe Hotel Militia Company,” though I forgot to take a picture, which gives you an idea of ​​the hotel's former prestige. Although it's a three-star hotel, it lives up to its reputation as a long-established hotel. The location is excellent, and the facilities are still complete, though a bit dated. However, the price-performance ratio is quite high; the room rate is reasonable, and parking is convenient and free. It would be even better if breakfast were included. Next door, there's a large sports field open to the public, where many people run, play ball, and exercise. The nearby Shihe Park is also very lively, making it very convenient for sightseeing in Xinyang.

The most satisfying thing about Xuchang's trip is this hotel! The location is excellent, very close to Caowei Ancient City and Spring and Autumn Building, and the transportation is convenient. It takes 2 minutes to walk to Fat Donglai Life Square, and 10 minutes to Times Square. The room design is very strong, the style is warm and elegant, the space is spacious, and the lighting is very good. The bedding is soft, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the supplies are high star standards. The service is particularly intimate, the butler responds quickly, and the tea is free. The hygiene is impeccable and everything is very clean. The price is super high, the front desk girl is beautiful and enthusiastic, next time you come to Xuchang to play, you will definitely stay here!
