3-Star Hotels in Henan, China

The hotel is just 10 minutes drive from the airport and the hotel provides pick up and drop off service. I need to get in touch with the driver on wechat but the instructions are clear and easy to follow of where to wait for the pick up. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is superb. I like the grilled tofu and fried chicken. There are many restaurants nearby for dinner.

Facilities: good Health: good Good environment Service: Good 👌 Everything was good. I climbed Jigong Mountain and had a drink in Xinyang Maojian. I had a very pleasant trip and played very happily. It’s a really fun stay for my kids, there’s 2 cats that hangs out at the lobby. The location is close to two night markets and fun to go out every night with the kids. The ladies at the front office was really nice, they help me with the laundry while we’re out exploring the city. The breakfast was at a nearby restaurant stall with mutton soup, very yummy! The window view of the riverside in the room is relaxing. We were window watching locals fishing sometimes. Fun stay, especially with the cats!

The room was spacious, clean, and had a unique style. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic, and the air conditioning was just perfect. The restaurant offered healthy, delicious, and hygienic food. A special shout-out to the shuttle driver who was exceptionally kind; I have trouble with my legs, and he practically carried me out of the car when we arrived. I was so touched and truly appreciate it. The hotel absolutely *must* commend this driver! Next time I fly and need a hotel, I will definitely choose this place again!

The hotel's price/performance ratio is very good, clean and hygienic service attitude is also very good, the hotel has a separate parking lot, friends who drive don't have to worry about no parking spaces, five-star praise.

The executive room I stayed in on the first day was quite nice, except the air conditioning wasn't working effectively. By the second night, I simply couldn't tolerate it anymore. (I returned to the hotel quite late, close to 11 PM.) I called housekeeping to report the issue. The housekeeping staff couldn't fix it and had to call in the engineering department. The engineers then determined the AC was broken beyond repair and instructed the front desk to assist with a room change. The result? I was moved to a standard room. To add insult to injury, the housekeeping staff member seemed quite annoyed, insisting that the new room was the same type and price as my original booking. Then, at nearly midnight, I still had to personally go down to the first floor to get my key card exchanged. Is *this* what they consider an executive room??? I generally don't leave negative reviews, and these photos were personally taken by me. As the saying goes, 'the public has discerning eyes,' and with photographic proof, this level of service truly disgraces the 'Henan Grand Hotel's' reputation!!!

This hotel is a fantastic value for money! The environment is beautiful, and the front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly nice. She even gave us a free room upgrade. When you open the curtains, you're greeted with a stunning view, and there's a big balcony – the living environment is truly excellent. The bed is so comfortable, you'll want to fall asleep the moment you lie down. The TV is huge, perfect for watching movies, and the air conditioning is quiet. The smart toilet with constant warm water was a pleasant surprise. They even gave us a welcome gift, and the front desk lady gave me a little horse figurine, haha – so thoughtful! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Luoyang. I really didn't want to leave this hotel! Seriously, everyone should come here! They even provided umbrellas on a rainy day, which was very considerate. Plus, it's located right inside the ancient city, and a snack street is just steps away. Hehe!

The room is spacious, comfortable and hygienic. The coke sent by the front desk lady and the jujube clip walnut produced by their group. The service of the listed company is really very good. It is better than the service of Huazhu Club and Jinjiangyan. Mainly for three people and a triple room, it takes more than 200, and three breakfasts are also delivered, which is super cost-effective. There is also a 24-hour shuttle service.

The room was incredibly clean and hygienic. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic, especially the young lady. They even offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from Longmen High-Speed Rail Station. There's coffee and snacks available at the front desk. The surrounding area is also very nice, convenient, and transportation is easily accessible. The breakfast selection was quite rich too. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.
