Stayed at 2224. Host was incredibly friendly and looking after you nicely. Delicious breakfast and great customer services. Great location at in the middle of the town so easy to get around beginning and end of the attraction nicely. Opposite the homestay got the popular and delicious Chinese bao/dessert shop. Will recommend friends and family to stay here! Great bed and shower too, and size for solo traveller

Hotel location is near and convenient. It is my first time booking at this location and I never regret it. There is also a bar just right beside the hotel namely “Tapdog” which opens till midnight. I will come back to this hotel again. Thank you so much. At the end of my stay, the hotel staff also give me freebies such as their local delight pastries, totally appreciate their hospitality and services.

Our stay at the Hyatt Hotel in Westlake, Hangzhou was truly worthwhile. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade and early check-in, which set a positive tone for our visit. The views from our room were stunning, adding to our overall comfort during our stay. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the nearest metro station, making it incredibly easy to explore Hangzhou. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and the warmth of the staff made us feel at home. We will definitely return if we find ourselves in the area again!

Great place if your flight is an early one. I did not have to rush in the morning. Room was nice and it was surprisingly quiet! Near the hotel, there are many restaurants to choose from. You can send the luggage with SF express if needed. The hotel staff were helpful when I organised to send the luggage in advanced so that I could travel around light before heading back home. 谢谢😊

The hotel is just right next the exit of subway station. Got a free upgrade to a room with bigger beds. The receptionists and receptionists are very friendly. Walkable distance to the Xihu Lake which is so convenient. Don’t have to worry about dinner as there is a very happening night market nearby the hotel (operates everyday).

The hotel is located strategically , in the middle of the city, near the subway and West Lake. Going to the places of interest is fairly easy from this hotel as the location of the subway/metro is nearby. Walk out of the hotel, turn right, and walk down straight. In less than three minutes, you can see a large shopping centre on your right. Next to Muji is Longxiangqaio, the subway station (Exit D). The direction to West Lake from the hotel is also the same going to the subway station. Instead of turning to the right, just continue walking straight and you can see the lake in less than 5 minutes. Since the hotel is located in the city centre, food options are plentiful with many restaurants, cafes and department stores. The most interesting part of the hotel for me is the rotating restaurant located on the 20th floor, where buffet breakfast is served. If the weather is good this place is good to view the beautiful lake and sunrise. The choice and selection of food here is fantastic ranging from Chinese food and Western food. The hotel is awesome for its facilities. There are a number of restaurants and a gym area. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The consige was very helpful when we enquried for a map of Hangzhou and provided good advice on interesting places to visit. When I checked out of the hotel, the staff also provided a parting gift. I received a massage brush while my friend was given a cute keychain. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located next to Chengzhan Metro Station which is very convenient for us to travel around. The buffet breakfast is very nice. It has variety of choices. The room itself is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff especially Alan & Zero helped us a lot during our stay. Will definitely come back here again in the future. ❤️

The hotel is very near the shopping street near West Lake, which is super convenient to every attraction we want to visit. Metro is a stone throw away. The housekeeping staff is friendly. We are not able to adjust the temperature in our room, only giving out warm air, making our room 31 degrees hot for all 3 nights. Luckily, we visited during winter and was able to open the winter to make the room cooler. The breakfast is ok, not many selections. The doors of the toilet and shower are translucent, and you will be able to see each other. Hence, it is not advisable if you are going with friends.

r       The hotel service is very good, the breakfast is full, the room is clean and comfortable, the western food in the hotel restaurant is very authentic, there is a food festival recently, unfortunately I don't have enough time... Otherwise, the high and the low will have to enjoy it.

**Merchant Marco Hotel, Hangzhou** Our stay at Merchant Marco Hotel was enjoyable overall. The location is a major highlight—it’s very close to the train and metro stations, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s also within walking distance to Hangzhou’s main attraction, **West Lake (西湖)**, which was perfect for sightseeing. The hotel layout felt a bit aged and the rooms were slightly smaller than we’d prefer, but the in-room facilities were modern and well-maintained thanks to recent renovations. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding a welcoming touch to our stay. The international breakfast included with our booking was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of dishes with above-average taste. It was a great way to start our mornings. While the hotel could use some updates in terms of space and overall layout, the convenient location, updated amenities, and excellent service made for a comfortable stay. We’d consider staying here again for future trips to Hangzhou.

we stayed in a twin room again before going back to Shenzhen. we came back from 4days stay in Huangshan. i left my big luggage in the reception. and the staff was so cheerful and talked about our trip in Huangshan. so she gave us room 1018 which is just right next to the Venice Restaurant. i have no regret staying in this hotel. except for the noise in the 7am! i was still sleepy by 7am as i stayed late getting anxious about the Jeju air mishap. as our flight will br on dec30 night. so i worried a lot then when im in my good sleep, i was awaken by the hammering and drilling noise on the other side of the wall.. so this incident ruined my rest. i was quite dizzy in the morning due to lack of sleep but i just managed to drink coffee to stay awake for the rest of the day.

Very clean and beds are really comfortable. Had a good sleep here. Not located in the scenic zone hence we need to buy tickets when entering their East and West scenic zones. Can't enjoy the morning scenery but the comfort level is high.

Jiayuan Hotel offers a fantastic location within walking distance to the beautiful Wuzhen Historical Site. It’s perfect for exploring the charming canals, ancient architecture, and local culture without the hassle of transportation. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms was clean and spacious and large bed. Reception was very friendly and nice. Requested for extra pillows without a problem. Nice location as near to the park and eateries. Gave us late check out as well. Souvenirs was given when checking out the room. Highly recommended.

The room and the courtyard are very nice, and you can park your car for free at the door (limited space). It's about a 6-minute walk from the scenic spot, and the lady at the front desk is very nice and introduced the surrounding environment to us.

Ctrip recommended this place. It was a good stay. The boss was warm and thoughtful. The front desk lady told us about the pitfalls in Wuzhen. When she saw that the three of us were traveling by car, the first thing she said was that if there was not enough drinking water, we could get it ourselves. It was so considerate! It felt comfortable! She also gave the children a box of sister-in-law cakes (not mentioning the price is a kind gesture). It was great! Convenient transportation, not far from the Xizha gate, and the taxi from Dongzha is a starting price. The geographical location is excellent! The parking lot and the homestay are convenient and safe! If I have the opportunity to come to Wuzhen again, I will stay at his house! There is nothing to say. Friends can have the opportunity to experience it for themselves! Good is good! Going out to travel and spending money is for a good time! You can't cheat friends of Ctrip!

In the spring, I came to Xitang with my family to go outing and visit the ancient town. The entrance of this hotel is right at the entrance of Xitang Ancient Town. There is no admission fee before 8 am and after 5 pm. It is so convenient. The housekeeper Xiaofeng contacted us before check-in and introduced the hotel and the ancient town in detail. We had some small needs during the stay and she responded and provided services very quickly. She was very warm and thoughtful. The hotel room facilities are relatively modern. The parent-child room has a large bed of 1.8 meters and a small bed of 1.35 meters. It is quite spacious and friendly to bring children. The hotel breakfast is also rich. It is very pleasant to sit in the yard and eat breakfast on this day. The overall stay experience is very pleasant👍

The staff were very friendly and courteous. Check-in was extremely quick and easy. The room was clean and organized as described on the website. The hotels location was near all the places we wanted to visit during our stay.

There is white sand hanging on the bed, so couples can stay at ease. There are no problems with the air conditioner and sewer, which is very good.
