Very good service from the reception, they will assist when you have any reasonable requests. I would like to compliment to 欣欣, she is very polite and responsive, she even help me to liaise with the delivery guy as I had ordered some parcel online but I could not make calls to the person. I also got upgraded room as well from no window to window. I had my pleasant stay here, the room size is just nice and all the facilities is in good condition. Thank you hotel hao and I will choose here again for my stay in Hangzhou for my future stay with their good services and good location, just 5 minutes walk to 南宋御街 & metro dingan road exit D.

Like here so much can stay inside wuzhen. I got a very nice owner, their homestay is Number 17. Owner is very friendly and their breakfast and any foods is delicious. Owner had gave me a free ice cream during my check in. If you finding homestay meals you can visit Number 19 & 20 too, they had very nice owner and nice foods too.

This hotel boasts a prime location, surrounded by various commercial complexes, making it a popular spot for tourists, and it's approximately 500 meters from West Lake. It's a family-friendly hotel, complete with a children's play area on the first floor. The facilities generally meet a 3-4 star standard; it would easily qualify as a 4-star hotel if it only had a swimming pool. We were incredibly lucky! We managed to book the very last room during the peak summer vacation when the hotel was completely sold out. As the basic rooms were unavailable, they generously upgraded us multiple categories to a family suite – much appreciated! **Facilities:** 1. The gym is rather compact, but the essential equipment is sufficient. It's a pity there's no swimming pool. 2. The rooftop provides pleasant views of West Lake and the surrounding mountains, but do note it gets locked after a certain time. 3. No mini-fridge in the room. 4. Features an automatic toilet seat, but unfortunately, there was an occasional odor from the bathroom drain. Hopefully, this can be addressed. 5. Light sleepers might find earplugs beneficial. **Hygiene:** Clean. **Environment:** While a bit dated, the room itself maintains a good overall condition and gives a 4-5 star impression. **Service:** The staff are friendly, but they appeared quite stretched and overwhelmed given how busy the hotel was.

The hotel is well located, with a quiet environment and convenient transportation. The surrounding business district is also well developed. The front desk staff are very conscientious and responsible. When I checked in on the same day, there were some minor issues with the room, but the front desk dealt with them immediately and very efficiently. The cleaning ladies are also very warm and attentive. They clean very thoroughly and greet you with a smile, which makes you feel very good. Room service is delivered by robots, which is very convenient. Overall, the experience is very good. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. I recommend it to friends who need it for reference!

The hotel is located directly next to exit D2 of Fengqi station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. On the first night, I had an issue with the shower hose and didn't sleep well due to a hard mattress and old pillows. I communicated with a translation app and a staff member was quick to solve this situation the following day by upgrading me to a more comfortable room and really thankful for their effort and quick response. Breakfast is on the 12th floor starting from 6:30 am and everything is freshly made with lots of choices. Longxiangqiao station area is a very vibrant and colourful spot which is worth a visit at night. From Ding'an road station, you can walk about 15 mins for a free visit at the Song Dynasty historical building. The west lake ticket show ”Enduring memories of Hangzhou” should also be on your bucket list. Overall, a memorable stay in Hangzhou and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Pros: Simple no frill tourist hotel near west lake. Takes 15 min to walk to West Lake (Lotus area entrance). The lady at the Venice restaurant seating guests for breakfast even remembered our group on the 2nd day and seated us quickly. Breakfast options are adequate though not glamourous like 5 star hotels. Just good enough to start the day and not indulgent. Area of improvement: The hotel did not allow cars to stop in front of the main entrance even though there was space for one car. We arrived during a heavy downpour and were all wet scrambling from the taxi on the side of the road to enter the hotel.

The hotem was in a really good location, just a stone's throw away from the In77 malls. The room was big, clean and the beds were really comfy. There was even free beverages for guests to enjoy! But the standout for my stay has got to be the exceptional service i had received from everyone but particularly 雯雯! I was asking for help with ordering supper as i didn't have a China number to register for an account with *******, and she willingly helped me set it up using her own spare number! She also told me to add her on wechat so i could just chat her whenever i needed help during my stay, which made things so much easier and super convenient (e.g. when my orders arrived, she immediately texted to inform me and got someone to deliver it up to my room, or when i accidentally left some items in the room after checkout and i could just text her to help me retrieve them!) Overall, she really went above and beyond to make our stay a really pleasant one and i will definitely consider staying here again the nx time im back in HZ! Thankyou for the amazing service and friendship! You've really lived up to your name!

Good location and Staff customer services. Room is spacious with comfortable bed. Free breakfast provided and the food quality is amazing. Front desk services are prompt and professional. Definitely will stay again there.

Great hotel.. The reception department is very special and helpful, especially Mr. Nako.. The bathroom facilities contain a bidet.. The hotel location is good.. Next time I will come back here
