Just beside Xihu. Very convenient to visit xihu, it is also near metro station. Just a few stop to the Hangzhou east train station

Fantastic location very close to the metro and just opposite West Lake in the midst of eateries, restaurants and shopping. Nice breakfast spread and the soy milk was fresh and delicious. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Everything about this hotel was perfect – from the clean, spacious room to the friendly staff and fantastic amenities. The only downside was the lack of a bidet in the bathroom, which would have made the experience even better. Other than that, highly recommend!

they gave us a free upgrade so the rooms can be in the same building, much appreciated! Robot sent food directly to our door. Location was superb with in77and West lake at the doorstep

Great location just 2-3mins walk from the lake. Room is equipped with a cozy bed and various amenities. Including an abundance of free drinking water. Hotel reception were all really nice and helpful.

It's made of 2 seperate building. Location is very near west lake and the famed pastry shop zhiweiguan.
Less than 10 mins walk from the metro line 1 ,longxiaoqiao station exit C1.
Transportation option for bus is also feasible with nearby bus stop. RMB 2 per trip. Inner and outer west lake loop is a good option if you don't wish to walk whole day.
Walking distance to wulin night market.
Room is spacious with daybed on side and heater on standby. Lucky room did not have any cigarettes smell. Bed room slippers is thick and comfy too.
