Ren He Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, super close to West Lake. The room was clean and tidy. Guests staying on the 6th floor can enjoy complimentary coffee. All hotel staff were very friendly, and the front desk staff, Xiao Qi, provided thoughtful service. The hotel also has an underground parking garage and robot delivery, which are both very convenient. I'll definitely come back next time.

The hotel is beautifully located by West Lake, surrounded by numerous attractions like Lingyin Temple, Three Pools Mirroring the Moon, and Leifeng Pagoda, all of which we visited and thoroughly enjoyed. It's incredibly convenient with access to the subway, buses, a lake touring bus, and even boat rides. The room was very comfortable, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding was clean and hygienic, and the facilities and amenities were all well-equipped, including excellent air conditioning and plenty of hot water. We were very satisfied with Sister Qi's service; she allowed us to store our luggage for free and our interactions were very pleasant. My family was very happy with our stay and we would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

The best selling point of this hotel is its location; everything else is really subpar. First, the hotel parking entrance is blocked off. You *must* call ahead to inform them so they can wait at the entrance. Otherwise, if you miss it, you'll have to drive around for a long time. The parking is free until 2 PM on check-out day, after which it's 20 yuan an hour. Room: Very, very old. The air conditioner is incredibly noisy, and the counter looks really dirty due to its color. The bedding was clean. Breakfast: There wasn't much to eat, and restocking was slow. Since we booked a family room, honestly, I was a bit disappointed. Apart from the location, it's not even as good as an Atour hotel. Service: This is a hit or miss. Some front desk staff are helpful, while others have a constantly grumpy face. When I requested a late check-out, they kept making excuses, but the family next to me got it approved immediately. The next day, a kind lady helped us extend until 1 PM, which was just enough time for us to get back.

The hotel facilities are well-equipped, and having a parking lot is very convenient. It's also close to Xindian, making travel easy. The rooms are numerous, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The front desk can arrange free luggage storage, which is also a plus. I was very satisfied with the summer service. Highly recommend!

This time, I booked a family room with a terrace, and you can see West Lake right from the terrace. The hotel's location is superb, and the best part is the free underground parking available in such a prime spot, as many hotels around here don't have parking. The room was spacious with two bathrooms, which was very convenient. I had a very comfortable stay. This is my fourth time staying at Renhe.
