This is the second time I stay in thus hotel. Location is very good, walking distance to wulin street.

Near to the metro station, shopping center and wulin night market. West lake is also a manageable walk away. Recommended for first timers to HZ.
But our room did have a lingering cigarette odour even though it’s supposed to be non-smoking. Nonetheless we are still pretty pleased with our stay and the hotel robot that delivered our late night food delivery right up to our doorsteps.
China is truly remarkable.

Overall are ok, have welcome fruits and biscuit. First night have been bite by little bugs and air con not work well, have reflected the issues to hotel staff, they give us souvenirs and shows concerns and take note on the issues, overall access consider convenience, can take halo bicycle to in77 mall or west lake, walking distance to Wulin night market.

The room was great and the services available were really nice, such as the robot xiao hei which delivers food to the room. However, it is difficult for taxis to find the hotel and drive in to pick up

We had a lovely stay here, it is an easy location by the line 1 metro exit B, also only about 15 minutes walk to west lake. The room was very nice and the staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, a very wide variety. A great stay, would stay here again.

This is the second time i stayed in this hotel. Recently renovated. Clean and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and helpful, especially the concierge staff 小王。 the hotel is also very affordable. Will highly recommend

I loved this hotel's perfect location! It's only 500 meters from West Lake and just steps away from the night market and subway, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and shopping. I would definitely love to go back someday!

酒店雖然是老的的酒店，但是保養的很好，最重要乾淨，安靜，晚上睡的很好。服務員都會主動問好。酒店的洗衣房要贊一個，那個裝洗衣液的槽很乾凈。一對比就感覺這個酒店的好。入住前詢問了入住時間，提前開了空調。很貼心。服務很棒，早餐很豐盛。離夜市很近，步行5分鐘。去西湖斷橋更是近。去杭州東站超級方便，門口地鐵站，5站路，21分鐘。這次出門最滿意的酒店，第二天因為酒店，舒服，又在杭州多逛了一天。
