Karim and Ivana were very helpful in our needs during our breakfast. They are very friendly too. The Tall Chinese girl at the front desk was very helpfulas well (i did not get her name) Our stay was pleasant and definitely we will come back 🥰

The reception staff is very cooperative and available 24/7. The local NY tour guideline desk person is very good as he guides us perfectly and shows us the best approach for reaching the destination. The cleaning staff is also good and keeps our room clean and hygienic.

The hotel is in a good location, within a few dozen meters of the subway station exit. This may be its biggest advantage, and the rest is useless. For so many years, except for the budget hotels I stayed in when I was young, I have seen paper cups for brushing teeth and drinking water. This time, I have learned a lot! No slippers! No spare quilts, and the safe is broken. The front desk only gave me 2 bottles of water when I checked in on the first day. I asked for it on the second day, and they said that there was only free water on the first day of check-in, and I had to buy water for myself in the future. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste. I asked for a bag of toothpaste, and then I used my own. 2800 a night is so simple, which shocked me. I haven't been to the United States for a few years. I feel that prices have skyrocketed. The room was really good, perfect fit for 2 people and medium luggage. Proper amenities inside the room including coffee machine. The bathroom quite big and well separated wet and dry area. The location is 20-100 m to all subway lines, very convenience for visit most attractions.

The facility is under renovation. The location is right near the airport so nice if your flying and only spending 1 night in Buffalo. The hotel room was a little dirty when I filed a complaint the hotel was great and accommodating with Excellent customer service i recieved from Kevin and Brooke. Getting the money back from trip.com was a whole other experience. Despite my issues I would book again with the hotel but I will not be booking through trip.com every again. Their customer service is horrible and they have no number to call...you have to communicate via their chat or email.

Overall it's OK, but there are two problems. One is that the swimming pool does not have circulating water and the water is relatively dirty. The other is that the room is not very soundproof and the sounds in the corridor can be heard clearly! I probably won’t choose this hotel again

The room was tidy and very quiet! Breakfast is paid separately at 7.99. An older waitress serving breakfast has a mediocre attitude, but everything else is good! There are several cash withdrawal places outside the hotel, and it is easy to walk to restaurants outside to eat.

The location was great - right off the 219, very close to grocery stores, restaurants and neighborhoods. I appreciated the hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee service. The room itself was pretty standard; however, it was cold, difficult to heat up and lacked an extra blanket. The hotel was quite dirty, such as dried chunks of dirt in the ice machine room, unvacuumed common hallways and elevators. I found the staff to be friendly and generally helpful, including the night shift front desk person offering to bake a batch of cookies!

Staff was very professional and polite. Room was clean but the carpets are nasty. Walls are paper thin, You can hear your neighbor going to the bathroom(literally). Walking in the hallway, you can hear peoples conversations from their rooms. The restaurant food is good but they close very early. There is a little convenience area where you can purchase water, soda and snacks.

The surroundings are desolate and there is no public transportation. It is hard to find a place to eat. At the front desk, there was a fat woman wearing glasses who was very arrogant. She stayed for two days and brushed me twice for pre-authorization. The pre-authorization was not returned after 4 days of departure!

The room is spacious and air-conditioned. Like most American hotels, there are no slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, so you have to bring them in advance. But there are towels. The hotel service is very thoughtful, and the front desk and housekeeping gave a lot of support. This is the first choice for living in Stony Brook University.

The environmental services are good, and the upgrade is free. I am very enthusiastic.

Last minute pick, location is good to where I had to be the next day. Breakfast is very good and gym is ok, you can get your workout done. The room has its age to it, but you can definitely get a decent sleep, very friendly front desk. I will definitely stay there next time if it's the choice...

We used this time for consecutive nights, but it is a wonderful hotel. The hotel is for sightseeing. There is no problem with meals. I liked the overall luxury of the lobby.
