Great place to stay for one night. Clean and spacious. Jessica at reception is helpful in providing easy check in and helped with airport shuttle to LGA the next morning. Will stay again next time.

Overall, a decent budget stay for NYC.
We appreciated the separate bunk beds for my sister and I, but we did find stains in the bedsheet and had
to ask for a new set. Also, perhaps it’s summer, but the beds didn’t have actual duvets or comforters; there were thin throw blankets. Also, the pillows were super soft and had an odd smell so I didn’t end up sleeping with pillows.
The cleaning lady on my floor was very friendly though and offered to change our towels and empty our trash everyday. The other typical hotel room amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, water, etc.) were not provided.
Location is great and very central to NYC so no complaints there.
We also used the luggage storage and airport car service. We checked out at noon, went out for lunch, and came back to the car we booked. The prices are very reasonable: we paid $90 (+$10 tip) for a car to JFK that fit two people and four suitcases. A great deal compared to the at least $150 on Uber.
Overall a decent stay in NYC if you are on a budget.

I booked a single room with shared bathroom. Tiny room to be expected. The WC and shower were just steps away so it is not that inconvenient. Clean. But I wish they would have a sink in the toilet to wash hands before we step out of the toilet. Shower area a little small for tall and big people.
Nothing fancy about the hotel but I do like the outdoor garden. Quite nice.
Location is great. There are many eateries within walking distance. And there is a park just opposite the hotel. An oasis with waterfall and all.
Staff at counter was not very friendly at all. I asked about my Amazon delivery and they said they were dismissive.
Conveniently located in Noho, across from the former CBGB site, it was the perfect location for my trip.
It's easily accessible by bus and subway to major New York locations. There's a supermarket nearby, and Chinatown is a five-minute bus ride or a 20-minute walk away for relatively inexpensive dining options.
It's apparently inspired by Japanese capsule hotels, so don't expect luxury. As a petite Asian woman, I found it cramped, so larger men might find it difficult.
Cleanliness and security were decent. The shared shower and toilet were clean and well-maintained. The provided body soap, shampoo, and conditioner were also good. Linens are changed daily.
Air conditioning is not available, so some people may find the provided bathrobes too cold. Those sensitive to outside noise may find it uncomfortable.
There's a shared lounge in the basement with vending machines and a water dispenser, but it's small and cold.
You can store your luggage in the hotel's lockers. It costs extra, but considering the situation with lockers and storage facilities in the US, it's convenient.
This is a great place to stay for a budget trip to New York.
The room was clean, but the building was old. Due to unexpected early flight changes, I needed to talk to the front desk to reschedule the shuttle request, but no one was available at the front desk for about 40 minutes to an hour. At 4 AM, I had to physically go to the front entrance to wait for the shuttle driver to inform him of the change.. Price was reasonable comparing other hotels in town.
The air conditioning in the room is not good, it is very cold in winter, and the air conditioning is very loud. The sound insulation of the room is not very good, and the sound of talking in the next room is very clear.

The room is OK, the location is close to the waterfall, the room is new and big, the facilities are generally in line with the positioning of a fast hotel, and everything is available. The breakfast is good for American hotels. There was a small problem when I first checked in, and Ctrip customer service solved the problem quickly.

A very new hotel with good service. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Niagara Falls Park. The hotel provides breakfast and dinner, but they are charged. There is no stove in the kitchen, only a microwave. If you want to cook your own food, you can drive to Walmart far away to buy some food, and choose simple ingredients that are ready to eat or can be heated in the microwave. In general, it is a satisfactory hotel.

Very Good
MMagicMilesThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn! I usually choose this hotel chain for its service quality, but this stay was incredibly disappointing.
I booked a Standard King Size room for two nights. When I checked-in at night, I received my key card and went to my room, only to find that it was a basement room with just a tiny window, not the large window room I had booked. I immediately went back to the Front Desk to request the correct room, but the staff told me that it was already full and only this room was available.
I asked why they didn’t hold the room I had booked since I should be getting what I paid for. Their response? ”Because you arrived at night.” This excuse made no sense at all! Then, another staff member (curly hair) walked over, mumbled complaints, showed an upset attitude, and finally said she would move me to a new room—but only for one night. The next day, I had to move back to the standard room. The way she handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. A staff member should never complain or show frustration in front of guests!
The next morning, my husband and I brought our luggage down and returned our key card as instructed. However, a different staff member told me that I could actually stay in the same room. So, I placed my luggage back in the room again and went out for the day. Before leaving, I specifically informed housekeeping to clean the room.
When I returned that night, I couldn’t access my room. After going back to the Front Desk, the staff told me that the room I originally booked was full, meaning I had to stay in the same room again. Worst of all, when I finally got back inside, the room had not been cleaned at all, even though I had requested it in advance!
Overall, this was the worst Holiday Inn experience I’ve ever had. The management was disorganized. This stay completely changed my perception of the Holiday Inn brand. I would never recommend this hotel!
AAngela Zhang XMExcept for no housekeeper cleaning every day, everything else is fine. Breakfast buffet for one person for 10 dollars, although the dishes are less, it is still affordable.
HHUAThe location of the hotel is very good. On the main street, the windows of the room can see the mirror of Lake Lake. Although the hotel is a bit old and the elevator has a problem, it is cleaned.
YyidamMaybe it's to cut costs, the service is very simple. There was only one towel in the bathroom when I checked in. The front desk was nice and sent someone to deliver it immediately. But no one cleaned the next day, which saved me the $5 tip. Breakfast is mainly scrambled eggs, bacon rolls and small cakes, and the drinks are more diverse. You have to bring your own toiletries and slippers. The location is super good, with Madison Square and Penn Station just outside. The transportation is extremely convenient. It only takes 40 minutes to get to Kennedy Airport by Changchun Railway Station and Changchun Railway Station. It is also very convenient to take the train to Newark Airport in New Jersey. The room is not big, but it is very cost-effective for a single person to stay for a short period of time, and the deposit can be refunded quickly. Also, please note that not all rooms provide free wifi.

GGuest UserI would recommend Holiday Inn Manhattan NYC to travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation option in the heart of Manhattan. With its friendly staff, clean rooms, and prime location, it offers excellent value for a memorable stay in the Big Apple.
TTaiyanghua9999The room is spacious and the location is very good. It is close to the subway and it is convenient to eat around. The service is also very good. I forgot something in the hotel when I left and found it with the help of Ctrip. Thank you very much.
GGuest UserGreat location close to Manhattan. Overall the experience was good. Comfortable bed, good views and decent continental breakfast.
Only thing I did not like was the shower. There was no tub or at least a barrier blocking the showering area off from the rest of the bathroom. After showering this created a wet mess.
GGuest UserThe hotel has a good location. The breakfast room is small, so you have to avoid peak hours. However, the breakfast is fresh and the coffee is delicious. The front desk is friendly and the room is clean. The downtown area of New York City is a little noisy at night, which may be unavoidable when living in the city center. There is a small Thai restaurant nearby that is so delicious!
GGuest UserI stayed at Hotel Indigo Financial District during a recent trip to New York, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.
From check-in to check-out, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall quiet atmosphere allowed for restful sleep.
One of the best aspects was the location. Situated in the heart of the Financial District, the hotel is within walking distance of key landmarks, public transportation, and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. It made getting around the city easy and enjoyable.
I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that, but everything else—from the room quality to the service—was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to New York and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
