On the date of arrival, the hotel staff Faizan was very helpful to arrange for my airport transfer even though was not pre-arranged.
On Wed, the day before checkout, I settled all my outstanding & requested for an invoice but was initially denied citing the reason that I have paid thru Trip.Com. The staff in charge is don’t seem to understand that Trip.Com is just an agent & sole responsibility of issuing invoice liaise with the hotel.
After several discussion, they finally agreed but issued an inaccurate invoice where 4 days stay was itemized instead of 5 days. When I was about to leave the hotel on Thurs, Faizan was on duty & I requested him to make the amendments (to the invoice) for me. He promised to email me the revised invoice but I have not received till now.
So a good impression turned into an unpleasant one on the last day..

The room was nice and really clean. The workers were really nice however the amenities could be improved. There were 2 small bottles of water and when we asked for more they told us it costed us 750 files for 100 ml. However there is a lot of supermarkerts that deliver and everything is close by.

The hotel is good overall, and offers free airport pick-up service.
The hotel's restaurant is also good.
I bought a full meal package on Ctrip, but I don't know what went wrong. The hotel said that it was only breakfast after multiple confirmations.
Finally, Ctrip came up with a plan to reimburse my dining expenses in the hotel. In fact, the reimbursement was very convenient. I gave the consumption voucher to Ctrip and it was immediately credited to my account.

The public areas of the hotel are all in a great environment, and there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The restaurant on the second floor has great breakfast. Of course, the reception and service in the restaurant are also great. The hotel's swimming pool is on the top floor. The infinity pool can also see the Persian Gulf in the distance. There is also a hot spring pool. The scenery and service are so comfortable that you can't walk. I recommend you to come here.

Everything is good, food, accommodation and transportation are all very good. The surrounding environment, how should I say, is still very different from that in China. However, you are in Kuwait, so there is no need to compare it with China. There is no comparison. Basically, the environment in Kuwait, hey, you will know it after you come and see it. Relatively speaking, it is quiet and comfortable here, because after all, it is an early house with complete facilities. It is better and less modern. I recommend the gym, sweat steam and dry steam on the 23rd floor. The swimming pool is too small to go there. It is all on the 23rd floor.

The hotel smells clean, its cleaning is good, the people at the reception are helpful and there are 3 shopping malls near the hotel, many cafes,the location is great, you are in the center
