The Craiglands Hotel was better than a lot of five star hotels where I have stayed and I could not find any fault. The room (106) was of a good size, it was well decorated including the bathroom and totally clean. There was a large smart tv perfectly placed to be viewed from the bed. Extra touches such as a full length wall mirror and iron and ironing board all added up to emphasising the thought that had gone into making the room. There was even a fan for warm nights although not required on this occasion in March! A very nice full English buffet breakfast also made for a very pleasing stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel đ

Stunning room, great bed, very comfortable. Cannot complain about anything apart from we had an accessible bathroom and my friend had a shower at 2am and water went everywhere. Our room was a big puddle, I had to call for help. Something went wrong with the drainage and water wasn't going down. Also downside was 3 tiny sachets of milk and tiny coffee sachets so we couldn't enjoy our morning coffee in the room. Apart from this, everything was great.

This hotel is such good value and the facilities are really good. The King room ïżŒwas spacious and nicely decorated. It had everything needed for an overnight stay, it even had an iron and ironing board. There was a Nespresso machine and pods, plus a kettle. The bed was large and very comfortable and the shower was lovely.
It was in a good location for our needs and about a 15 minute walk from the train station. There are various car parks in the immediate area too.
I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous hotel in a great location, near to train station, shops, restaurants and bars.
Staff really friendly and helpful and an added bonus of a lovely rooftop bar. We will definitely use this hotel again 10/10 from us.
The location of the hotel is about 15 minutes drive from the center of Leeds, which is more suitable for self-driving passengers. There is free parking. The room is not small and the whole is very comfortable and clean. There are not many breakfast options, but the portion is enough. I really like the hotel's restaurant is beautiful and a little nostalgic. The staff is warm and courteous. Very satisfied with this stay experience.
The bathroom could do with a bit of TLC, door wouldn't close properly and the paints coming off.
Other than that was okay, as expected - although no bacon at breakfast.

Stayed one night at EasyHotel Leeds â overall, it was okay. The best thing about it is definitely the location. Itâs about a 10-minute walk from Leeds Station, and right in the city center, just across from Flat Iron Leeds (perfect if youâre craving steak), with a Costa Coffee next door for your caffeine fix.
The room I got didnât have any windows and seemed to be one of their accessible rooms â spacious bathroom with handrails and a shower seat. Not a problem at all, just something to note. The room itself was clean and basic, totally fine for a short stay. Wi-Fi was decent for general use.
Theyâve got vending machines on the ground floor and a 24-hour front desk. Free baggage storage is available before check-in, which was really convenient. After check-out they said there might be a charge, but I only needed it for about an hour and wasnât charged anything.
Nothing fancy, but if youâre looking for a budget-friendly spot in a central location, it does the trick.

GGuest UserWe got put in a very small double bedroom (standard double) but there was barely any room to move about, even the bathroom was tiny. I went and spoke to the manager who was lovely and upgraded us to the executive suite (honeymoon) no extra charge as it was my partners birthday. Absolutely amazing !!

GGuest UserThe pub and the room themselves are lovely.Â
We were served by a man behind the bar who greeted us with âwhatâs the name?â He then couldnât find the booking as he didnât have the correct apps from which we booked throughâŠcontinued to say we wasnât booked even though proof of booking was given.Â
His approach changed as soon as he realised he was in the wrong, showed us to the room where we found it wasnât what I had payed for. I booked a king size bed with two singles, was given a room with just two singles. The bathroom had hairs everywhere and hardly any toilet roll. Obviously hadnât been cleaned and replenished. When we returned back to the room later on in the evening the room was extremely warm, tried to adjust the heating where we discovered it was only able to be changed by the bar downstairs. The bar closed at 10pm to which afterwards there was no staff on the premises. Either be too hot or open the window and have the loud noises from a main road. Couldnât win either way.Â
As mentioned very nicely decorated rooms but issues throughout.

AAlhasan SirbCleanliness was top-notch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay
Perfect location for exploring the city center, with easy access to public transportation. The rooms were modern and well-maintained, and the hotel offered a fantastic rooftop bar with stunning views
GGuest UserGreat location, with shops nearby and only a fifteen minute walk into the city centre. There is a (discounted, pay) car park next to the hotel and a few free roadside parking spaces a 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.
WWhiteJohnThis was definitely a mixed visit. On arrival we were checked in quite quickly receptionist was firmly enough although the reception desk itself seemed more like an information hub then a check in desk so the initial walk in was a bit confusing for me and my partner who don't stay in many hotels.. the one main thing that I noticed in the reception area is just through a set of double doors towards what would seem to be a fitness studio with an overlook of the pool had a chair with quite a nasty looking stain picture included. On arrival into the room things seemed clean tidy and presentable although there were a couple of things that could have been better for example one normal sized towel and 3 hand towels wasn't great and 2 towels would have been better, the toilet roll was very basic and clearly the cheaper stuff which you wouldn't so much expect when staying at a village hotel, there was a tile missing on the bathroom floor with a questionable amount of dust and dirt inside and around this hole and finally the doorframe seemed to be hanging off pictures of this are included. We had a look at the restraunt menu and it's safe to day if you don't fancy a burger, salad or chicken wings you will have to make other arrangements as we did by visiting the local residence 74 cafe about a mile away where we had a lovely time great food and a reasonable meal price. The bar is quite an open space and at first a bit confusing as there are some cinema chairs and big tvs but only playing the news. We had a drink I'm the evening this was probably priced for the venue but at ÂŁ15 for a single vodka and lemonade and a double whisky we decided on only one when we found out that the bar closed for residents at 11pm which we found a bit early as other places stay open for residents. Room service would have been an option but from what I read this finished at 9.30pm and the is no in room phone to order such. Sleep was comfortable and sheets were clean it was just very hot as the window barely opens, there was no fan provided and no aircon. The TV also says its an Internet TV but upon attempt of connection no services were available. This morning the hotel seemed alot calmer and relaxed, we weren't sure of the breakfast procedures at all so we just sat down and were asked our room number but my partner got quite frustrated as she is autistic and no clear instructions were given it took us a while to source out breakfast and when we did we noticed it was very limited consisting of mushroom scrambled egg starnge potato circles beans tomatoes sausage and bacon. Honestly for me hash Brown's and black pudding are staples of English breakfast and should always be included when possible but unfortunately they were unavailable. I was going to ask a staff member but only one was seen briefly. There was also a High table next to us that was very dirty and when the staff member went to clean she simply sprayed it didn't wipe it and moved on, this didn't seem very hygienic. Breakfast was very average the addition of streaky bacon and chipolata sausages as opposed to tradition thick sausages and back bacon seemed very odd and definitely not our cup of tea! Coffee was not good atall however they do have a starbucks with is great because we do enjoy it. The night receptionist seemed to keeping a very close on me without speaking I found this quite lntimidating as a hotel guest and would have preferred him to ask me any concerns he had other than staring at me until I awkwardly said hello in which he just smiled and looked away briefly until I did then followed me with his eyes towards the stairs and no doubt watched me on camera until I entered my room. Overall a fair experience perfect I guess if you just need a quick room and have to extra money to burn but not ideal for us so probably wouldn't return.
