We were given a room where the air conditioner wasn’t working. We made 2-3 complaints but no one came to our room. Then out of frustration we went to the reception and made sure that the room was changed. They didn’t have any rooms in the category booked by us so they shifted our room to the front wing. The flush of the toilets don’t work properly and staff doesn’t respond properly but we were like we don’t want to deal with them again do manage.
