Love our stay! The hotel is clean and smells good! Although the location wasn’t far from the Napoli Train Station, but walking over there with our luggages was horrible because the road is all damaged. Thanks to Cristian, our mood lifted as he was funny and very informative when explaining us where to visit in Naples. Thank you Cristian for making our stay so much better!

The balcony is nice though on the small size Great Breakfast, eggs, and savoury food on top of all the usual Italian sweet pastries. Good espresso too. To be very honest, i was a tad confused and disappointed about our room location as it was not on the main Royal part of the hotel as i believed but on the additional building which used to be the Continental, nevertheless we still enjoyed the stay there and our visit to Napoli.

The room facilities are of good quality. You can see the sea from the room. The view of Mount Vesuvius at sunset is beautiful. The restaurant is of good quality and not expensive. The Western buffet breakfast is OK. There are many tourists. Parking is convenient at 6 euros a day. There are swimming pools and beaches. The front desk and team are quite enthusiastic and the service is of standard.

Regarding the service, various explanations were given at check-in, but I couldn't understand it in English, so I went to ask the same thing again and asked for an explanation of the ferry ticket office, but everything was done with a smile and the translator didn't bother me. , and he taught me carefully until I could understand. Furthermore, after checking out, I misread the ferry time for 2 hours, and when I negotiated to wait in the hotel lobby again, it was OK without any problems. I was very unwell on that day, so I was very grateful. As for the facilities, although there were no toothbrushes or things that were already incorporated, they were generally complete, the room was spacious, and there were many shelves, so it was very convenient to use.

Nice hotel near Napoli Centrale. Lots of tours go out from this hotel, so super convenient. Lots of cafe, restaurants and shopping near by. Metro station is also close by to visit Toleda or Dante. Overall great place.

The location is excellent, very close to the attractions, and it is also the meeting point or pick-up point for many day trips. Other people's comments said that the elevator was not working well before, so I hesitated when booking the hotel, but after checking in, I found that the elevator was working well. Reasonable price

Very comfortable stay. Nice, clean room certainly no complaints in that respect. Location is outside of the centre of Salerno, however a half-hourly train can be caught 5 minutes walk away from the hotel, which gets u into Salerno in 15 minutes, and u can be at the tourist ferry terminal in 25 minutes. A small number of restaurants around and a supermarket is 2 minutes away. Breakfast was very basic but was sufficient enough. Not too bad for the price point and definitely cheaper than Amalfi Coast, but the easy access to Amalfi Coast made it worth the stay.

The hotel is ok, some weird rules around the pool where you are obligated to wear a cap in order to access it. The safe guard is very persistent on keeping this rule. The restaurant was surprisingly better than expected. It takes about 1.5h to reach amalfi by the car from hotel. Hotel has a parking lot which is def a perk. The rooms were ok and clean.

It was just right place for what we needed for our holiday. Large room and clean. Amazing view too. Thank you .

The location is so good, and the facilities are so clean and nice that I think it's the best hotel in the area~^^ The staff was kind and responsive, and they told me they liked Korea, so I felt even closer~ If you walk a little bit in front of the hotel, there's a beach, so it was nice to take a walk while looking at the night view~^^

Amazing accommodation. Beautiful friendly staff. Great food in restaurant & great breakfast. Rooms big clean & comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. The sea view rooms with balcony are spectacular and extra special at night. Bus stop right outside which takes you all the way down to town centre & then 5 min walk to beach & you take bus back up from same spot dropped you off all for $1.60 euros each way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND & DEFINITELY GOING BACK!!

Great location and stunning view from the room. The personnel at the reception were very welcoming with excellent service during our stay. Shuttle bus service was also great.  Service and approach from waiters at the bar/restaurant was extremely poor during our whole stay so obviously something was wrong at that area of the hotel.

A structure located on the Amalfitan coastal promenorion. Visual from the stunning rooms, very friendly and comfortable staff as never before, very clean rooms, excellent breakfast. I would strongly advise him who wants a beautiful romantic weekend.

The location is very good, just on a main walkway behind Linhai Avenue, bus came from Amalfi and walked for 15 minutes. It is also very convenient to go to the port, the taxi is 15 euros. There is a supermarket behind the hotel (5 minutes walk), and there is a Japanese restaurant in more than 10 minutes. Breakfast is not bad!

Hi I was given a room overlooking the commercial port of Salerno despite the room having a partial view of the sea, so a disappointment then the beach service needs to improve a lot they also let people in who are not staying at the hotel so there is more for not to mention the beach staff who do a ****** all day to sell the sunbeds they don't even give time for the customer to get up from the sunbed and sell it to another who arrives. The bar service a cashier and the line in the sun waiting without taking care of the customer I will never go back to this structure

Nothing to say. Excellent in all and for all. Unlike other hotels from 4/5 stars is the cheapest even being a 4 super stars we will certainly return
