Novotel hotel chain is stable. Suitable for self-driving tours. On the edge of the main road, it may be inconvenient to not drive by car, and it is several kilometers away from the central area of the city.

Struttura anni 70 solo parzialmente riammodernata, come testimonia la pericolosa rubinetteria da vasca lasciata nel box doccia che la ha sostituita e l'arredo delle camere. La rubinetteria da vasca particolarmente aggettante rispetto alla parete della doccia e posta sotto il soffione mi ha procurato una ferita al ginocchio. Personale dotato di scarso senso dell'ospitalità e poco attento alle normali esigenze della clientela. Difficile credere che sia un hotel 4 stelle.

The hotel is located on the cliff and the coast, with a quiet environment. The sea view room faces Mount Vesuvius, which is refreshing! The lights of the bay in the distance at night are even more romantic!

A very good hotel with amazing customer service. Pros: 1. They give you a free shuttle service that you can book in advance to and from Amalfi city centre. You can book it from your own phone when you are out on some trip and anytime with ease. 2. People at the reception are very nice and helpful. They even upgraded my room for no extra charges.  3. The restaurant serves amazing food. 4. Views from the hotel, cleanliness and the overall ambience deserves Five star! Cons: 1. Location is bit far from city centre and if you are travelling in peak season even with the free shuttle, delays might irritate you. 2. Breakfast buffet has less options especially for vegetarians. I expected atleast some warm food options like a toasted bread or crepes.  Recommend to book it 100%.

It is the level of a fast hotel. It is convenient to make a tip on the road back to Rome. When I first came out of the hotel, the surroundings were dark and it felt very unsafe. I wanted to go to Carrefour to buy something to eat so I went back to the hotel to bear it. Then go out and turn right, turn left at the intersection, and walk to Carrefour. After a 5-minute walk, I arrived at Carrefour and the street became more popular. I took the courage to walk for about 5 minutes and enter the local pedestrian street. Just in time for the weekend, there were more and more people, and I found an inconspicuous restaurant. As a result, the more people came into the night, it turned out to be a small bar for local young people to have supper. I drank a lot and went back to the hotel to sleep, and had a hotel breakfast the next day, which was also a fast hotel standard, *return to Rome. It can only be said that it is a good place to live, no surprises and not too bad.

Close to the train station, with Chinese restaurants nearby. The air conditioning in the room was turned on very high, and it was a bit cold. The breakfast was OK and the price was right. This hotel is worth recommending in Naples. There is also a balcony

It's a very good hotel in Naples. It is recommended that people who drive by themselves live in the past. The hotel is in a manor style; privacy is better.

We spent several days in this hotel. We liked the location of the hotel on the first line, across the road from the beach. Breakfast is good, on the terrace with a beautiful view, also on the 5th floor there is a swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas from the sun. The staff is friendly. We will be happy to return.

Very good hotel, right in the center of amifl, with panoramic sea view. There are bus stops when you go out, and you can reach all the small towns you go to. The maintenance of the hotel is okay, and the price/performance ratio is not too high. Traveling is very convenient. The breakfast is mediocre and not rich enough.

Generally speaking, the hotel is not too high in terms of location and cost performance, and the reservation for this trip is seriously inconsistent with the reservation description. The triple room is just two beds in an ordinary standard room, and it is OK to bring children. After negotiating with the hotel, They said that this is Ctrip’s tagging error, and it has nothing to do with them. There is nothing to do. Fortunately, Ctrip is also positive about the matter and handles it properly, and it doesn’t affect the mood too much.
