The service is average, in line with the standards of a star hotel. The room terrace is quite comfortable and you can see the sunrise. The room facilities are average, and the bathroom smells a bit for some reason. The breakfast is average, and it is one of the few breakfast options in the same class of hotels. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the seaside highway, and there is a large shopping mall in 5 minutes, which is quite convenient.

Everything with the hotel was great except for the service at the restaurant/bar on the top floor. Other than that everything was on point! The hotel was super clean and surrounded with amazing restaurants

Unfortunately the day we checked in the hotel had issues with the room keycards system so we were not given the keycards until late in the evening. But no fault of the staff as they tried very hard to make sure we could get into our room each time.

Everything was ok Only one important thing my reservation was room with sea view and I asked through my reservation I wanted my room at a high floor with nice view on the sea But the hotel gave me the room at 4th floor with smallest sea view , I’m upset from this thing because I feel this un respectable to my request through you Also I mention they put some sweet in our room as a good hospitality

After check-in we found out that the indoor swimming pool and the sky roof restaurant weren't open due to maintenance. This was the main reason we booked this specific accommodation. So it was a very big disappointment. I think the hotel should have announced this on their website so customers don't stand for surprises!

The price/performance ratio is average, but I chose this hotel for a business trip because of its location; the hygiene and environment are OK.

It is very nice to have the thermal and swimming pool in the same hotel. The card does not work at the first entrance (10th floor). It was interesting that the card was not activated against any intervention at the parking lot entrance. Not to mention the fan in the bathroom not working. The pool and thermal areas were very nice.

The luggage was almost lost by Pegasus Airlines, so we asked them to retrieve it and send it to the hotel. The hotel was very responsible and helped me keep an eye on the luggage and tried to help us contact the airline. The hotel's buffet restaurant is priced similar to domestic five-star hotels, and the dishes are very rich, with local specialties and European breakfast. The private beach downstairs of the hotel is very beautiful and worth a vacation. The photos on the Internet are not as beautiful as what you actually see. The lobby and rooms are very stylish and have a sense of luxury.

It takes at least ten minutes to walk from the front desk to the room. There are only a few elevators... I don’t even bother to go downstairs. There are too many people... It is noisy at night. It's going crazy, the only lucky hotel has a small hot spring (sulfur) which is not bad. In general...you can book a room if you want to come, the basic room type is not recommended...you can come if you like sea water

They are driving those who want to enter the sea to the convened beach. Or you have to go to another beach with your own possibility. The black-viewed rooms look on the road are not stopped by noise when the window is open. The pool-viewed rooms should be preferred. The foods are so diverse and tasty. The staff were laughing and helping. Cleaning is good.

酒店距離阿拉恰特鎮中心步行大概8分鐘，相對安靜的地方。接待我們的小夥子有點冷淡，但效率還是很高的，我們很快被帶到了房間，並簡單認識了基本的設施。第二天見到了酒店老闆，人很熱情，還有一位小女孩服務生貼心的詢問我們對早餐的感受，並努力解決我們之間語言上的障礙，非常暖心，讓我們感到賓至如歸。我們的房間正對泳池，不是太大，但是設施都還不錯，住的比較舒服，就是浴室的花灑高度有點困擾。泳池和庭院可以更細心的打理，這算是一點小小的建議吧。離開的那天早晨非常早，大概7點的樣子，提前和服務生説明瞭情況，希望出發前可以獲得一頓簡單的早餐（日常的早餐時間是9點開始），我們得到了友好且有效的迴應。當天一位大嬸為我們服務，很早起來專為我們製作了早餐，非常感謝。臨走時熱情的與我們告別，讓我們感受到了温暖，我們很樂意再次訪問阿拉恰特，並留宿這間酒店。 The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the center of Alacarte town and is located in a relatively quiet area. The pool and courtyard could be better maintained, so this is a small suggestion. On the day we checked out, we needed to leave very early, around 7 am. We informed the staff in advance and hoped to have a simple breakfast before departure （the regular breakfast time was from 9 am）. We received a friendly and efficient response. On that day, a kind lady prepared breakfast for us, waking up early specifically for our needs. We were very grateful for that. The warm farewell made us feel a sense of warmth, and we would be happy to visit Alacarte again and stay at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is a bit north, a little bit off. The room is very large and the decoration style is very simple. The color is also very Nordic. On the cliffs by the sea, there is an elevator to go down to the beach, there are beach chairs on the dam on the beach, there are beach lounge chairs under the cliffs, and there is also a swimming pool in the yard. There is a SPA on the first floor, the technicians are all from Thailand, and they get off work very early.

The rooms were clean and large. Very nice to go with the family. Bi hotel is very careful about hygiene and cleanliness, food is very delicious, only in the winter season, garden rooms can be a little cool.
