Very good location. Easy access to the King Center and nearby locations. However, the hotel itself is old and outdated. The service is not bad and also can't expect more. It is ok for just expanding a night.

The hotel is very beautiful. I hope they maintain this level of quality in the coming years. I would also like to thank Lujain in particular, as well as all the young staff and the foreign workers; they were all very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely book again in the coming days.

The location is OK, the entrance is the subway, there is a small supermarket and a small restaurant downstairs, opposite a big hospital, in front of a four-star hotel, Chinese tour groups live there more. The room is quite big, the equipment is a bit old, acceptable, there is a microwave oven, refrigerator.

The location is great and the underground parking is spacious, which is a plus. The hotel is new, so it's very clean. The room was also large and clean, but almost unnecessarily spacious. The downsides were that check-in was incredibly slow. On top of that, they assigned me a room that hadn't been cleaned, so I had to go back down to the front desk to switch rooms. Also, the breakfast was really disappointing and didn't live up to Best Western standards. If only the breakfast could be improved, I'd want to stay here every time I travel for business.

The clean room condition is good. There is not much to see around, but it is a good and safe business hotel. I plan to stay there again next time.

Very beautiful and clean, and the rooms are tidy. There's also parking available. However, I couldn't find the pool, and the location is very crowded.

Very nice. A simple note: the bathrooms have a slope that isn't right; the water doesn't flow directly into the drains, it only flows in the area. But the rest is, to be honest, very nice.

The hotel is quite nice, very close to the Marriott. It's on the side of the road, so it's a little noisy, probably because the soundproofing isn't great. Otherwise, overall the hotel is okay.

I did not know that the room did not have a window in the living room 105 . The view from the bedroom was the fire stairs, which was quite shocking. However, the cleanliness of the room was very good, and the receptionist was really nice. On the other hand, the location and other aspects were very good. The service is quite slow when requested late at night, but quick during the day. Overall, it is a good hotel, and I recommend it.
