An outstanding hotel experience. The hotel is genuinely excellent, with a prime and highly convenient location. The level of service is exceptionally refined and professional, reflecting genuine attention to detail and guest comfort. I didn't realize that there are two Swiss Flora Hotels nearby so my taxi dropped me off at the wrong one, which was very frustrating for me as I was exhausted and sick. But the kind front desk agent offered me a free ride with the hotel vehicle to the correct one, which was just around the block. The hotel was very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious (I had their traditional Saudi stew with rice and fresh squeezed orange juice) and the service was impeccable. The room was very comfortable with all the modern amenities as expected in any city hotel, but the room had a faint cigarette smell which I didn't like. I was too tired to change rooms, do I dealt with it. I asked for a wake up call at 2:30am which I did receive...thankfully!

Mashallah (God has willed it), this hotel is wonderful, and the staff are even more amazing. I stayed for 8 days, and honestly, on the last night, I was quite emotional because of our national team's last World Cup match and their elimination. But the staff member's calm demeanor and professional handling of the situation were truly outstanding. May God bless them and grant them success. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.

Rooms are good with all the required amenities. Service is good. They clean rooms everyday but on intimation. There is smoke smell in our hall whenever neighbours smoked in their room and that was a great discomfort to me and my 10 month old kid. Car parking was an issue for us. There is no private parking for the property. Other than that we had a good stay for a week in the hotel.

It wan an amazing experience to stay at this hotel using all the facilities there and it was clean rooms and very wide !

Very beautiful and clean, and the rooms are tidy. There's also parking available. However, I couldn't find the pool, and the location is very crowded.

The room was quiet big and spacious. The location was great. Breakfast needs alot of attention needs improvement, not much choice to choose from and the quality of food was not even up to the mark. The amenities in the room were of poor quality, the iron in the room was a simple one (no steam iron available) the shampoo n stuff was of very poor quality, the tv in the room was not working properly. I requested the reception to arrange a taxi/ cab to the airport which he simply denied thank GOD i had the cream app other wise i would have struggled to get a ride towards the airport.

What a pleasant stay!! The hotel is new, clean, comfortable rooms and the service is exceptionally good. Friendly front desk, very attentive staff at the restaurant even the housekeeping staff is very helpful. I must commend the housekeeping for the super clean bathroom. Especially the shower. That is a first in a long time for me. The hotel is walking distance from the Kingdom tower. There is even a Meed shop on the way for any essentials. I will definitely recommend this hotel. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

This property is located near many of Riyadh’s important landmarks and sights, which makes it easy to get around. The staff embodies the Saudi Arabian Culture’s friendliness and warm-heartedness. So much so that when I checked out, I asked the front desk man if I could take a “Koran” (having always wanted to read it) provided in the room, and he warmly presented it to me as a parting gift. Yes, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.
