Normal apartments near the beach. The view is simply mind-blowing, very beautiful. The proximity to the sea and eateries is pleasing. Otherwise, the room has seen some views, not the first freshness, but you can live and the condition is acceptable. They cleaned only if there was a scandal, otherwise they ignored it. It's a pity that you can't smoke. The presence of a refrigerator and all the other necessary equipment is pleasing. It's far from the center.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2025 and would like to share our impressions. First, the hospitality is incredible. We arrived at the hotel at 10:45, the owner is a very welcoming and hospitable host. We were offered to hurry up for breakfast, which ended at 11:00, although check-in is at 14:00 and we only have breakfast the next day!!   Second, they allowed us to check in early, which was very nice.   Third, the breakfast menu is very varied: coffee, juice, wine, salads, pastries, jam, sliced ​​meats, scrambled eggs, fruits. Very satisfying and tasty. Fourth, the hotel staff shows genuine concern for their guests. They ask if the room is warm, clean, and also offer various activities, play billiards on the upper terrace, which offers a view of the tower on Europe Square, the embankment, or drink coffee. Special thanks to Irina! Our chef! A very nice lady, creating a homely atmosphere.  Fifth - The hotel rooms are clean and cozy, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Among the amenities - Wi-Fi, drinking water, shampoos, soap (both in the shower and at the sink), hair dryer, slippers, hygienic shower, a set of towels. Heated floors. There is heating, which is important for the cold season. Also in the room there is a TV with channels in Russian.   Sixth - the hotel is located 5-7 minutes walk from the Batumi embankment, the sea, Europe Square and the Argo cable car.   We will definitely return to this hotel again and will recommend it to our friends and acquaintances. The apartments are located in the Orbi City complex, block D. A very pleasant owner answered all questions at the reservation stage. Communication in English at Whats App. Ask for a room higher and with a good view on the sea - he provided it. On the 40th floor with excellent view on the sea, city and mountains. The room itself is in good condition, everything works, nothing falls off. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a fan, clean towels and a pair of sets of shampoo+gel for shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi in the room works without complaints - the Internet is fast. Also in the room there is a small tile, a teapot and a tug. In general, everything for comfortable accommodation. Of the shortcomings I can note only the absence of a yursik. Otherwise, wonderful apartments with a wonderful owner. I definitely recommend.

Отличное место для нескольких ночей, мне достался спокойный этаж, так что было минимум шума, спала замечательно. Вся мебель новая, чистая, уборка на 5+ Хорошие шторы, достаточное количество розеток и неплохая скорость wi-fi Минусы: рядом с комплексом находится парк развлечений и ночной клуб, так что вечерами там довольно шумно, но если закрыты двери - то едва различимо. Мой номер был посередине этажа.

A wonderful hotel with a gorgeous view of Batumi. Responsive staff who are always ready to help. Good location - close to agrohub and many attractions. I liked it so much that I didn't want to leave! I recommend this hotel to everyone. 10/10

Отель в целом нам очень понравился. Находиться в старом Батуми , красивые улочки , рядом в пешей доступности , все достопримечательность. Единственное сначала нас заселили в номер 421 , там было очень шумно ночью спать и кондиционер очень сильно гудел , попросили поменять нам номер на более тихий , нам сразу поменяли . В целом шумоизоляция на 3 , в номере было слышно как сливаешься воду на этаже выше. Очень вкусные завтраки, есть и рыбы и разновидность сыров , хамон. Можно попросить сделать скрэмбл или глазунью . Бассейн большой , теплый и чистый , а вид с него прекрасный . Попросили утюг и доску гладильную , принесли в номер .Отель однозначно рекомендую.

The hotel is small - only 11 rooms, which completely occupy the second floor of a residential building. The room was cleaned every day with replenishment of two bottles of water and tea and coffee bags. We arrived early in the morning, we were allowed to rest in the hall before checking into the room. The room has a comfortable bed with snow-white linen, new plumbing, soap and shower gel. We recommend the hotel, we think the price-quality will suit everyone.

A perfectly wonderful place, clean and comfortable. All equipment and furniture are new, modern. Tea room and even portable coffee machine with capsules. The only minus - on the balcony to be quite noisy, there is some noisy thing in the yard, maybe something like a generator. But in a room with closed windows the doors are quiet and quiet. They clean up on request, sometimes they come. I recommend very much even for a long period.
