This hotel is amazing - location is perfect for both railway and metro plus lots of great shops and restaurants around it. I used the free shuttle and it was seamless - so well organised ! Then my brother needed extra room last minute and amazingly they got him one even though he arrived very late Room has tea and coffee and everything needed Staff were extremely helpful.. answering questions promptly before and when I arrived Finally, the absolute star comes because they found my lost sunglasses ! Wow! No one ever has handed things back when lost at a hotel It was easy to find the location once I got there- key is it’s 17th floor Super close to metro making exploration easy Price was outstanding value

I decided to stay here for my Harbin trip after checking out reviews beforehand. When I arrived, I noticed it was down a small alley, which initially made me a bit apprehensive. However, once inside, I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel completely renovated. There were even two adorable kittens at the entrance! The room features brand-new, smart amenities, which I found very satisfying. This place offers excellent value for money, especially with the incredibly comfortable pillows and mattresses – I slept wonderfully! The soundproofing was also superb. My only minor disappointment is the lack of a laundry room and restaurant, but I'm still very happy with my stay. It's perfectly located, just a few hundred meters' walk from St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, and the subway station is only 300 meters away. There's also a local market nearby, making it super convenient for food, fun, and getting around! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Harbin.

Getting such a great hotel for just over 100 RMB is truly incredible value for money. I'm quite particular about my accommodation and always check the room before booking. I was genuinely surprised to find such a good room for that price. Since it wasn't peak season, they kindly upgraded my room type. My train was at 4 PM, and the hotel was flexible enough to let me check out as late as 3 PM. The location is great, just 1.5 km from Harbin Station, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Plus, there's a Qiulin Lidaosi Red Sausage store right downstairs! Overall, my trip here was fantastic.

I booked this hotel for my family because I had a wonderful experience staying here before, and I definitely made the right choice! As soon as we arrived, the front desk staff proactively helped with our luggage. During check-in, when they learned we had elderly relatives with us, they specially arranged a room on a lower floor and even upgraded us to a larger family room free of charge. After checking in, we found that the room already had children's toiletries, slippers, and even a safety mat – such thoughtful details! When my elderly relative wanted warm water, we called the front desk, and a staff member brought a thermos within 5 minutes, along with extra tea bags. At check-out, they prioritized our time to catch our high-speed train, and our deposit was refunded instantly. From check-in to check-out, we felt truly valued and cared for. The value for money is exceptional, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next family trip! The price is reasonable, and they even offer afternoon tea with some snacks, which are of good quality. At least the staff put their heart into it. Thank you so much to the staff at Amur Hotel. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

Stayed here for two nights, good service, warm and comfortable room, there is a glass zone before entering the room to take off your shoes, and the bathroom takes a long time to warm up again. The water is just right for two people, there are three heaters, one bathroom, two bedrooms. Thank you to the accommodation for including breakfast (there is a free beer cooler in front of the room 😁❄️)

This was the best hotel I stayed at on this trip. The environment was great, the cleanliness was excellent, and the washrooms were well-separated and well-organized. The staff were friendly, especially the breakfast lady, who patiently guided guests during peak meal times. It's very convenient for exploring Jiangnan and Jiangbei, with the subway right outside. If you're driving, it's best to pay for the parking at the hotel.

The second time I stayed at the hotel, clean and hygienic, the front desk service was warm, the hotel was in the center, opposite the Mother Square, the Russian TV Tower, Mazhanshan Memorial Hall, free National Fitness Center, Heilongjiang Park, Liao Library and other check-in points were all within walking distance. The international morning market and the international night market are nearby. The hotel breakfast is very rich and will stay next time.

Overall, the hotel is ok, you can live, but it would be nice to do a renovation, since the condition of the furniture and interior leaves much to be desired. The location is excellent, various shops, cafes, Huafu and a pedestrian street are within walking distance. I booked from December 28 to 29, 2024 for 2500 ₽ on trip com. There were no problems with check-in. They checked me into a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room was warm. Everything you need was in the room. For that kind of money, I think it's quite normal, for more money it's probably better to look at an alternative. The bathhouse in the hotel is for an amateur, it costs 33 yuan per person. There are massage services, which you need to be careful when ordering, they can include in the bill secondary services that you did not need. I ordered a foot treatment for 100 yuan, not knowing the technique of this massage, and in the end, due to a misunderstanding or specially imposing additional services, they gave me a foot cleaning for 59 yuan, a pedicure for 79 yuan and a foot massage for 79 yuan.
