Location, 6 metro stops to central. Metro station is 300m away, close enough.
Parking is 12Eur a day, unlimited in and out. Super
We booked an executive suite, with is huge.
The only complain is the bathroom
1.the designer needs to be fired
2.the tap for bidet, the ass cleaner, is 90 degree pointing downward, in fact is the same tap use for hand washing... Who has an ******* facing outward?
3. The bathtub is high, with a slope, and super slippery, luckily there is a handle, wonder anyone fell and injured in the bathtub.
4. The bathtub comes with a clear glass facing the bed outside, and the curtains is outside.. If you have a sexy partner, that would be a good design, for families... Hmm.
5. The washing basin is took high, wrong product
Please fire the bathroom designer.

Despite my late-night arrival, the Customer Service was still operational. The breakfast was delightful, the sauna experience was exceptional, and the cleaning staff were outstanding. Without a doubt, this is a recommended hotel for a stay in Lisbon.

The facilities of this hotel are not only new, but also very smart and convenient. The room is spotless. The soundproof glass is amazing. Once it is closed, the room is instantly silent. [Strong]
The surrounding facilities are complete and convenient. The train station, subway, shopping malls and supermarkets, the Expo Riverside Food Street, the music center... are all within a kilometer.
The most convenient thing is that the room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a small kitchen. It is completely no problem to stay for a week.
The only thing is that the breakfast is exactly the same every day. Although the product is very good, you will definitely get tired of it. 😝

The hotel is in the old town. It is a bit strenuous to walk and needs climbing, but it is very convenient to take a taxi. Lisbon can use uber.
This time happened to be my mother's birthday, and the hotel also remembered to send cakes to Japan ~
The mini bar can be used for free for the first time, everyone said that tea and coffee are available every day ~

Fantastic hotel. Not exactly in the centre but I liked it. Shopping centre 30 seconds walk away and €5 to get to all the tourist bits. Hotel staff super friendly, lovely big standard classic rooms; great decor and feels very special. Really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is clean and tidy, very new. Turn left and there is a shopping mall. There is a supermarket downstairs in the mall. It is an eight-minute walk from the hotel. It is not in the old town, but it is not bad! The front desk has a very good attitude. There is a handsome guy named Nuno, who is very enthusiastic and smiling. The flight after checking out of the hotel is at 7 o'clock. I left at 4 o'clock in the morning. I asked the front desk if I could take some breakfast with me. They agreed very happily. There were six people in the group. They gave six breakfast boxes, which were very large, with two sandwiches, juice, mineral water, bananas, and coffee. One big box for each person, we almost couldn't take it. It was so real and loving. We ate this for breakfast and lunch. Thank you very much🙏

This is a very special hotel in a beautiful location with beautiful rooms, most with great views, and excellent service. Loved everything about it and recommend it in the strongest terms for leisure travelers.

Front desk staffs are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast with food choice and even can have Champagne. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant 3 times, Is a good experience. For the first two times, really good food. The last time changed chef, taste terrible. So better check the chef before go. Not many shopping spot around the hotel. But can walk to hop on hop off bus. Good value for the price.
The service in a five-star hotel is different. The staff are very enthusiastic. When I checked in, they offered me water to drink, and someone took me to the room and introduced the room facilities to me.
When I first entered the room, I thought it was another mirror facing the bed, but it was actually a wall-mounted TV! The room is very large and comfortable to live in. There is a coffee machine, but I didn't find a kettle.
There is salmon in the buffet, so families who like seafood should go for it!
When I checked out, there was a beautiful lady at the front desk with a good temperament. I was waiting in line. When she saw me, she smiled at me, and my mood improved for the whole day... It gives people a very good feeling and impression, worthy of being a five-star hotel!

Very Good
GGuest UserVery nice hotel!! We spent our vacation there 4 nights. Clean and good amenities, good for photos. Nice service with everyday room cleaning.Staff are mostly friendly. We received a little presents because of my boyfriend’s birthday. A little improvement is the room view it is blocked by wire. Would be better if they have the airport shuttle service as mentioned. The spa was the best part of this hotel 😆 We have been there twice and its free of charge! This hotel is a great deal in my point.
GGuest UserThis is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The time difference between the first time and the first time is quite long, because the time difference is only eight days. When I came back, the room was smaller and I had to stay on the 1st floor. The attitude was average and the sanitary products in the room were often forgotten to be updated. I stayed there for five days and had to ask every day if I had forgotten to change the sanitary equipment. Because I often forget to ask for a taxi before I leave, there is no helper to take my luggage to the taxi. I will not stay in this hotel again next time!

AAnonymous UserIt is a very good hotel ~ the atmosphere is very good ~ the hotel with historical heritage is fascinating ~
The room is spacious and comfortable
It is a hotel worth visiting again~
GGuest UserIt's a nice hotel, but I think the location is not good enough. You need to take a taxi to get to various attractions. We arrived at 11:00 and were allowed to check in early. However, the front desk service was inconsistent. The first day, the receptionist was very gentlemanly, but the second day, he was very impatient. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's showers are very good and powerful. The hotel breakfast is also good, with egg tarts.
GGuest UserHighly recommended! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and gracious throughout our stay. Location is excellent, and afforded us the opportunity to walk and use public transportation to experience Lisbon’s beauty.

GGuest UserThis place was nice, unfortunately we had to bail out the second day because they didn’t have any water and next day they didn’t have hot water. We didn’t have a good experience at all

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is relatively remote, the neighborhood is very deserted and there are few passers-by. The advantage is that it is quiet, new and clean. It is a small boutique hotel with slow but attentive service.
